Excellent process from start to finish. Robert was great with my Z06 purchase. Was picked up from the airport and the vehicle was glowing in front of the door. All of the start was attentive and also excited. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and selling me this beast at MSRP!

I was greeted immediately upon arrival and service was taken care of in a very timely manner. The technician was very pleasant and explained everything that was done in a way that this 80-year-old woman could easily understand. My family has used Day's Chevrolet for over 60 years when we bought our first new car from Levi Day and have never been disappointed with their service and knowledge. I have no plans to change now!

TLDR: trust their advice and don't go anywhere else.I'm from out of state, needed to get an oil change on my car. I've used another shop before and it was not great. So I was extremely nervous about doing my car service in Georgia again, as this a chevy dealer I decided to give it a try. What an experience. The tech listened and could have taken advantage of me. I was worried about tire depth and possible air leak. The tech checked everything and told me that he could sell me tires but that they were all fine and it wasn't recommended. Then the team checked for air leaks and found everything to be good. They changed my oil, balanced my air, and just did the very basic maintenance. I can't recommend this shop enough. They won't take advantage of your ignorance, they will be direct on what is needed, what is suggested but can wait, and even what is fine and not worthy of your stress. I can't promise you will be finished quickly but I certainly was. So long as I'm in Georgia I will be making the drive to have my vehicle services performed here. 76usd for an oil change, you decide if friendly, trustworthy, and professional people are worth the cost. I don't know how cheaply I could get oil changes for, but no matter the savings it wouldn't be worth it. Peace of mind, respectful and helpful treatment. Truly you can't put a price on that. Okay you can but their price is a deal for such treatment. In today's economy where else can you get top tear treatment at such budget prices?

Terrible service. Staff was polite, but terrible. I had an 8:30AM appointment for an oil change. I got my car back at 3:30PM. They told me it would take a couple of hours, but took the ENTIRE day just to change oil on a car. No one bothered to go over any service they completed. Just here's your keys and the bill. I'll NEVER go back and recommend you don't go either.Thank you for your response, and yes it was a 15k maintenance. So, fuel injection cleaning was added into the normal inspection, tire inflation check, tire rotation, and air filter checks. The only addon that I know of was fuel injection cleaning. Which may add half an hour. I was quoted lunch time pickup and was not called at all. I called your site at 1:30PM to find out that a later start to the vehicle (when I called) had occurred and quoted 2 additional hours. I showed up 2 hours after that due to not receiving any further communication from you and found the truck "almost" ready. The main point here is a lack of communication. This whole ordeal could have been avoided with proper communication with your customer. Either way, an entire day for services that come standard with an oil change and adding fuel injection cleaning was certainly not quoted to me. If I had known the truth, I could have made plans or rescheduled if needed.

Made an appointment to have my transmission changed for 10am. However, when I arrived at 10am, I was told that my appointment was pretty much worthless because I should have made the appointment for 8am.I was told that I would in fact not get the 10am appointment I reserved, but I could drop the car off and they would possibly get to it after other service appointments scheduled for a later time was taken care ofI purchased this vehicle from the establishment and have had all service appointments scheduled since that purchase. After this encounter, not only will I never use them for service needs, I will never buy another vehicle from here.Do yourself a favor and visit Carl Black for services and purchases.

I rarely leave reviews, I was looking for a particular truck and Days Chevy had one and is located over 2 hrs from my home, they gave me all the information I wanted on the phone . I drove 2.5 hrs and everything they said was exactly as was discussed. Very friendly , honest people.I highly recommend this business!!

Loved having the updates on my car twice a week, it kept me informed. They were very easy to work with. Only thing I didn t care for was when I got my car back there was an Alberto s phone programmed into my car and there were black smudge marks on the roof inside.

I had a scheduled appointment for quick lube at 12:30 and someone was there to greet me and check me in. I waited for maybe 15 minutes in the customer lounge before my truck's oil change and tire rotation was finished and I was on my way. Super easy and super quick.

When I picked up my car, I didn't noticed right away but the day after, I noticed white clouds in the areas where the truck was painted. I also noticed that the bumper wasn't connected properly and there was paint on my driver side window, they didn't clean the excess overspray off of my window. I had to take the truck back for them to fix the bumper and to remove the white clouds from the paint job. They said they buffed the truck but the white clouds are still visible on my truck. I've seen better work.

I asked Rob Sanders a service writer about how much it would cost to replace my timing belt in my 2015 SONIC LT and he gave me the estimated land taxes and so I had my car serviced. My car is running great and I don t have to worry about driving and the timing belt breaks on my getting me stranded somewhere.

I put in an online request for information regarding a specific vehicle I was interested in. Within 5 minutes I was contacted by Jeff and he hooked me up with a veterans discount and had all the paperwork ready! I drove about 3 hours to the dealership and when I showed up he knew who I was even though we never met lol. I had a pre-approval through my bank, so I'd say within about 20 minutes I had my new car. It was the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had.

The collision area sucks, they are unprofessional and liars. My car has been in need of repair for a month and they never gave me status, I always had to keep calling to find out how it was going, and week after week they had a new excuse and new days for delivery. The day I decided to come personally to pick up my car and find out what happened, Pablo, the person in charge of my car, was very rude, had no professional ethics, much less empathy with the customer. I brought my vehicle here because my insurance works with them, but I will never ever do it again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR.

For a not so fun experience with my turbo going out - Day s made it a very bearable experience. I can t say enough great things about this dealership. They were absolutely fantastic and an answer to prayers. Rob Sanders was very professional, super kind, and accommodating. He kept in touch with me constantly to let me know what was going on with my car, and to answer any questions that I had. At the beginning of this whole experience, I swore to myself that I would probably not buy another Chevrolet. However, after this experience, I will definitely consider one again. That s how great the experience was!

Days Service center is your typical greedy buiz. there worse than sales people that sell u the clunkers! they said they dropped pan on transmission and sadly it was lie. i 1. paid for service i did not recieve. 2. i think they know about 6l80 transmission have bad torque converter that comes apart after 120k miles. 3. if they would have actually dropped pan and change the fluid they may have seen early signs of issue. that was 8-9k miles ago.i had mentioned to service lady that i dont think tech changed fluid that it looked like day i brought in. she said that some fluid i torqued converter makes brown lmao. mind u i trusted this person. i dropped pan the filter clogged with metal pan full of metal. no way they did job i paid for. no warning of bum torque converters. im sick now im on hook yo replace transmition like we dont suffer enough with high over priced everything!! There no better than carl black or any other!! POS!!!thank you days chevorlet for your honesty and integrity!! puke

Robert Ard was great and patient with us. We are loving the new Trail Blazer for my daughter.I was just in for service for my old '97 Silverado that my Dad purchased new. I have had the truck for years and have gone to Day's for parts many times with great experience thanks to Chip Youngblood and his team. So many parts have been purchased. I recently had Brenda Lee and Warren in service do some work for me that was pretty extensive to my old truck. The service is excellent to say the least. Warren is a Master at repair and knowledge. I picked up the old truck yesterday and it drives like a completely different truck. I can't say enough about this Team.

Well after being bent over the barrel, the truck seems to be back to where it was. But raising your quote $1700 after you had it in the shop? I will NEVER recommend you for anything!! So I hope your business tactics were worth everything you just gave up. Because, I went from telling everyone how good you were to telling everyone that Hardy and Carl Black are far more trust worthy than you crooks. Bought our new 2024 Chevy 3500 HD High Country at Day's recently and had found out there was some issues with the new ECM they are using for the new model year. We took it back and were treated in top notch fashion...we were given priority attention, and the issue was taken care of with a new ECM update...the manager was very accommodating and kept us up to date on the process and all his communication with GM in Michigan...Best service I've ever had from "any" dealership...Thank you Day's for a great experience!

Really enjoyed the experience of buying our new truck. There was a great selection to pick from, and the best pricing we found when shopping around. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible collision center. If you have car to fix Don t, Don t, Dont ever take your car here. My car has been in this body shop for over a month. Every time I called they give me a million excuses that my car will be ready next week. Next week turned out to be over a month. If I can give them a zero I would. Very disappointed!!!
