We brought our camper in for a repair on the skylight and a new water pump, both covered by our warranty, and the service and attention were AMAZING! Jacob Davis, our service rep, was very professional, attentive, and kept us apprised of the process along the way. Everything was repaired in a very timely manner by the knowledgeable and dependable service department. This is the second camper we have purchased at the Acworth facility and highly recommend them - friendly, competent, and efficient. Thank you so much to all of the Acworth crew!

I purchased my used toy hauler from Collier, in Acworth Ga. Finally got camp set up and Loving every second of retirement. So let me send a huge Thank You to him and his team Tim/Mark in sales, service, and finance and the greeter at the door I never asked her for her name but she was the sweetest thing . Our experience purchasing our new RV here was Amazing! The entire team worked hard to get our unit ready in a timely fashion. We appreciated the low key sales approach with a consultive mind set. This must not only be a great place to purchase an RV, but to work also. Every employee we came in contact with was happy, customer friendly and appeared passionate about their job.

Buying big ticket items like campers or trucks can sometimes be a very frustrating experience. However, our experience with Campers Inn and their staff was nothing short of stellar. We were able to come to an equitable deal on the new camper we wanted with relatively little haggling. A very loud shout out for the efforts of "RV Matchmaker" Collier Horton, who was so very helpful and courteous - someone that I now consider a friend. Yes, he was that nice. Also Mark in their finance department. Absolutely stellar. If you are looking for a camper in the Atlanta area you owe it to yourself to see the folks at Campers Inn RV of Acworth.

I bought my camper back in November and had to have some work done to it. Tracey P. In the service department did an amazing job working with my insurance company and getting the work done. I dropped my camper off and it was done and ready for pick up 2 days later. We will be coming back in March to have the leaf spring kit put on our truck and we are super excited. We are forever Campers Inn of Acworth customers.

Came here looking for Storyteller Overland Mode OT, and this was our 2nd Campers Inn RV location that we came to because the one in Tucker didn't have any in their lot. Instead of dismissing us like the Tucker location, Robert Leach greeted us and showed us a similar model and then located our RV in Virginia by doing a search on his computer. Then later Steve Timpson helped us with the paperwork and financing. Both Steve and Robert were extremely personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. No pushy salesman here! The RVs are very clean and you can freely walk around the lot.Thank you Robert and Steve, for going above and beyond and making my husband's dream come true.

A very disappointing experience from beginning to end! From being told the salespeople were busy and couldn't help, while they clearly were just standing around, to the salespeople rushing me to look at their products and being reluctant to even show me. He asked my limit, I explained I'd know when I see the camper I liked(I just deposited my 300k commission check so either cash or credit I was fine) he in turn rolled his eyes and laughed. Despite him looking like me, he stereotyped me and that was a big no no!I drove a long way to shop with them, but I promise I'll now shop elsewhere!!Moral of the review... don't judge people!You have no idea what someone can or can not buy, and I WAS ready to buy, but now not from you!

A wee bit slow on the service end. They don't mind selling you and RV. But God forbid anything go wrong with it. Rather, it's a manufacturer issue or something you have done. Good luck in getting it fixed quickly. I've been waiting on a stabilizer jack for weeks. It was a manufacturer defect, How hard could it be to ask the manufacturer to ship me a stabilizer jack UPS ground 3 day service. Installation time 30 boom 4 days your done..I could go on for hours on other issues.. And for God's bid, don't buy the stupid extended warranty . Useless!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The sales people were great when I bought my camper in November of last year. The problem is the service department. Because I bought an extended Warrenty with my camper, all repairs need to be done where I bought the camper if within 40 miles of the dealer. I reported a problem with the slide out at the end of May. They gave me an appointment to bring the camper in for July 12. I don t know why there was a need for an appointment because they did not look at my camper to diagnose the problem until 6 weeks after my appointment date. I finally got my camper back at the beginning of October when I needed it for a trip, however they were waiting on a piece to go on the front of the slide to complete the job. I received the call on October 10 that the part was in then made an appointment for November 6 to bring the camper back in to have the part installed. I was told at that time it would be about 1 week. When I called on November 29 to ask why the work wasn t completed, after being given the same excuse i had received many times before, I was transferred to the stores general manager. He told me that the part was not coming in until the end of that week and the camper would be ready the middle of the next week, although I was told the part was in on October 10. I finally got the camper back today, brought it home, and found that the part they put on did not completely cover the front of the slide out, it was short 3-4 inches on one side and 5-6 inches on the other, which just demonstrates the quality their service department provides. I will not be buying my next camper from them when I upgrade in the next couple of years and will not recommend this company to anyone who asks.

I had a first class experience with Campers Inn of Acworth. I rarely leave reviews but when a team pulls off service like they did, it s worth the time to share. I worked with Collier Horton and he patiently and professionally walked me through the process of researching and eventually buying an RV. Absolutely no sales pressure. I can t say enough about the purchase process, the team that helped me learn about my new purchase (Pete), and all the professionals that helped!

NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!!! Camper's Inn in Acworth, GA has made purchasing an RV a very pleasant experience. In my opinion, they do not have sales reps, service technicians, or finance agents onsite. In dealing with Collier Horton, I like the fact that he is referred to as a "RV Matchmaker". Their service staff are more like talented educators and the finance staff seems to simply tie up loose ends. In 2020, my wife and I decided that a travel trailer would be good. We met Collier and explained what it was that we were interested in. Collier proceeded to show us those exact examples in travel trailers on the lot. No attempt to up-sale to some other class vehicle. We came looking at used travel trailers and left with a new 2021 Grand Design Transcend?!? This past month, we decided to trade up. Again, Collier worked his magic, Pete in service educated our ignorance and tuned up a few things on our new rig, and Mark tied up loose ends presenting the easiest financing option. Very accommodating with the swap from the traded in trailer to the new trailer. As far as we are concerned, Camper's Inn in Acworth, GA has a loyal customer here. We highly recommend!!!

We just bought our first camper from Campers Inn of Acworth and they were so friendly and kind. They really care about their customers. Our salesman, Steve, took care of us from the very beginning after an awful experience over at Camping World. He listened to exactly what we needed/wanted and we ended up buying the very first camper he showed us. He even checked in on us throughout the buying process and helped occupy our energetic 4-year-old. It was nice making a large purchase without being able to name every sales technique thrown our way.I also want to throw a shout out Allen in service who gave us a wonderful walk-through of our new camper. He showed us all the fun stuff and the need to know stuff. We left Campers Inn today even more excited about our new purchase and felt like we just bought into a family. Thank you all for taking care of us!

Though we did not purchase our coach from here, our sales person Collier was amazing! He walked me through every detail of the coaches we saw and is very knowledgeable. It came down to pricing and our budget as to why we did not purchase from here. We found a coach from an out of state dealer but we will be coming here for service as the staff here is great and very welcoming. I'm a first time owner but because of Collier I was able to ask the right questions and ended up with a beautiful coach. Looking forward to camping!!

We bought a new 2022 camper went on our first trip the camper broke! Slides broke, gas tank doors broke, inverter broke. I ve owned the camper 2 years and they have had it in for repairs more than i have had it. When they call us to pick it up we dont even make it out of the parking lot before stuff starts breaking again. And now they wont even return our calls. Terrible customer service.

We just purchased a brand new 2020 Imagine RV and we could not be happier! Our sales person, Fred Roberts, was absolutely wonderful. He took us through the trade-in, deciding what features we could not live without and the buying process all without a hitch.On delivery, Josh walked us through our new camper teaching us all about the features. He covered everything inside and out, answered all our questions and even set up my Bluetooth to work the radio.We highly recommend Campers Inn RV. They truly did us up right!

Really an amazing place. We went to another camper dealer a couple days before and got the worst service ever. When we came here my hopes were low, well Collier was AMAZING and got us into our new RV. He did not try to upsell us, really listened to our concerns and answered every question. Mark was amazing dealing with our paperwork and explaining everything. Alex was amazing showing us all of the bells and whistles of the unit and literally answered every question. We felt like family and felt welcomed. We will forever be customers here. Seriously the only place to buy a camper.

On Dec 30th, 2023 after setting up our 5th wheel, we realized our heat was not working. It was very cold in our unit but luckily we had brought a space heater. I called Campers Inn and Sherri Hill answered the phone. Sherri was WONDERFUL and saved our camping trip. She stayed on the phone and helped us troubleshoot the problem, we even exchanged pictures via text. Sherri narrowed down the issue. (another dealer had installed the incorrect thermostat) and we went over to the store and purchased the new thermostat.Sherri saved our Winter 2023 Camping Trip! I wish we lived near this Camper's Inn location, we would definetely take our unit there.Exceptional Cusotmer Service!!

I have been to this location on three different occasions. The salesman I have been dealing with is Gentry, which he has been very patient and understanding of what I'm am looking for. They have a good selection of campers. The staff is very friendly. I suggest if you are looking for a great rv buying experience to check Campers Inn out. I will definitely be buying a camper here when I am ready.

A huge shout out to Kristin D Ambrosio who helped us so much with the purchase of our 2021 Allegro Bus 35CP. This was a long distance purchase and Kristin helped us by taking extra videos and answering all our questions. After our preview trip, she helped make all the arrangements necessary for our return trip to take final delivery - she even picked us up from the airport. Everything went smoothly and we set forth on our 2,100 mile journey home.

This is going to be a long review, but worth the read. We purchased our 2020 Flagstaff 27RKWS (the last 27RKWS to ever be built!) from the Campers Inn of Tucker. All I will say about the Tucker location is that we will NEVER go back to that location again. So why are we mentioning the Tucker location while reviewing the Acworth location? Simple, one person redeemed the Campers Inn for me and my wife when we needed warranty work on our camper. Here is how Tracey Smith in the Service Department at Campers Inn of Acworth earned our business.The rear power stabilizers bent on our rolling vacation home and our experience with the service department at the Tucker location was so HORRIBLE we thought about eating the $700 and repairing it ourselves to avoid taking it back there. After a lot of prayer and discussion, we decided to reach out to the Acworth location. They did not sell Flagstaff but were a Forrest River dealer. We recently purchased a takeoff Thomas Payne reclining loveseat (another review coming on this transaction) and were pleased with the deal, so we thought we would see how the service department performed.We were transferred to Tracey and at the onset of the conversation, we knew the experience would be pleasant. Her calm and friendly tone was empathetic to our dilemma and it was a welcomed change! She guided us through the information-gathering process, including photos and an explanation of the damage. The communication was on point and she did not aggravate or agitated when we called early out of sheer nervousness to obtain an update. We delivered our unit and thought we would have a few maintenance items performed while they had it. Again, her top-notch customer service "Red Carpet" made it a joy to hear from her with updates. I will go out on a limb and say that even bad news would probably be a little less bad with Tracey. Yes, that is speculation, but I have been in a service industry my entire adult career so I know solid Customer Service "soft skills" when I see them.Bottom line, Campers Inn Corporation retained a customer, and Campers Inn of Acworth has a new customer going forward, all thanks to Tracey Smith. if you need service on your rig and venture to CIoA and ask for Tracey.

Beware... Do your homework... First thing in the morning I asked about any additional fees like doc fees, prep fees, freight fees, shipping fees any fees at all that would affect the out-the-door price.... They gave me a number and said "that was it, no additional charges, they're not like the other guys", and then throughout the day the fees kept rising they kept adding additional fees - don't get fooled, dissect your quote with great detail, thought maybe I had found a diamond in the rough with the camper business world, but they are exactly like the others with the same shady business practices, literally lied right to my face, well through text messages and on the phone, lol... Why can't people just be honest, truthful and upfront with their charges don't tell me what you think I want to hear tell me the truth and be legit don't start off a potential business relationship with lies, how can I trust moving forward when the first impression is filled with dishonesty

Our July 2023 purchase experience was excellent. Our sales person (Collier Horton) was very knowledgeable about the unit we were interested in and he was great to work with as we provided information about the unit we were trading. He took the time to answer our questions and kept us informed throughout the process and even touched base with us after we took possession of the unit. We also had a great experience with Mark on the financing process and in our unit walk through with Bert. I would recommend this RV Matchmaking team to anyone seeking an RV.

After searching for a new travel trailer for many months, my wife Kim and I were not having much success. Many of the RV dealers we visited were pushy, and sometimes even rude. They were more of a turn off. After a deal fell through at a popular dealer in Chattanooga we decided to go an hour further south to Campers Inn in Ackworth, GA. There was a camper there that we were interested in, but originally hesitated going there as it is located 3 hours+ from our home and we were hoping to find something closer to home. Upon arrival we met with Dan Moore and we were so glad that we did. He was friendly, informative and not pushy in any way. After he showed us the camper that we were interested in he provided us with a fair and honest quote. He did not low ball price for trade in and he was fair. This was the purchase of our ninth RV and it was a pleasure and an honor to work with Dan and Campers Inn at Ackworth, Ga. When we came back to pick up our new camper we met with the RV tech Alan and was great. He took his time to go over every facet of the camper so that we were totally comfortable with our purchase. Thank you to everyone at Campers Inn for a great experience.

I wanted to thank Sheri for working so hard to get our parts in stock before we brought our camper in for service. I d also like to thank Sammy and Tracy for coordinating the service and committing to completing it in a short time frame for us. We made the mistake of looking at the new campers when we dropped it off and decided we needed a new one. Daniel was perfect to work with and made sure our purchase process was seamless. So then everyone in parts and service switched gears to get our new camper ready to pick up this weekend! We're so glad that everything has worked out perfectly, so that we can bring our new camper back with confidence that it will be taken care of by the service and parts team.We appreciate all your help!!
