Kory helped me install my wiper blades and was super friendly! Was able to teach me how to install the blades very fast and had a smile on his face the whole time! Will definitely be returning!

Jacob was so helpful and kind while I was in such a bad place with my car. He helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me advice and assistance without a second thought. He was extremely patient and had a great attitude in the work place towards us, and everyone else I saw him come in contact with! Along with Jacob, everyone else in the store was also extremely kind and just wanted to help! I will not being going to any other auto parts store in the future, 10/10 experience.

Stopped in to get new lug nuts and Jacob gave me superb assistance! I wouldn t consider stopping at any different auto shop in the future. He was kind, patient, and exceptionally helpful. He went out of his way to assist me with purchasing the correct lug nuts. Appreciate his expertise with assisting me and will definitely be returning to this location to see Jacob! Highly recommend.

We went in to replace a battery. Jacob Moore- Stafford was amazing! He helped us out with the battery, helped us pick out wiper blades, AND installed both the battery and wiper blades for us He even filled the washer fluid for us! Great customer service, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place!

As a long time customer of Auto Zone I hate to leave a bad review but recently I have had very unpleasant experiences shopping as well with an employee in particular (Kory). I am absolutely disgusted by such a person. This man has always been very racist and ignorant with the hispanic customers including myself a hispanic female. I feel targeted and uncomfortable that I am coming to shop to look for auto parts for my vehicle and I am not properly helped and I feel that I am being discriminated along with my family. I came in and spoke perfect english when I asked for my refund on a battery I didn t need. He asked someone else to help me out and kept making comments that were very unnecessary. Eventually he took over and told his coworker who spoke spanish to translate for us. I snapped back and told him that me and my mother BOTH understand him. This has not been the only time he has done this to me and my family. I came in not too long ago looking for Upper Control Arms and he was useless. I speak fluent Spanish and english and I kept explaining what I needed and I even showed him a picture and he went on about how I needed something welded or something and then he gave up on helping me even though I told him the exact part I was looking for he had his spanish speaking coworker take over how ironic. The person who took over (Serrano) was very helpful and gave me the answered I needed and is always very helpful every time I come in. If you re looking for someone serious that knows how to do their job he s the guy! I hope something is done about this employee because I and many other customers including friends and family have nothing good to say about him.

Had a small issue with my right taillight needing to get it replaced, and Kason was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable in helping me with my problem.Even went as far as changing my taillight himself and gettin me on the road in under 10 mins. He s great!

I just went to the Auto Zone off of 92 in Acworth and Kory was amazing. He helped me right away. Kory went over and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. My low beam light went out and he helped me change it and it was giving him a hard time. He still made sure I was taking care of. Thank you Kory. We need more people like you.

I came in with the molding on my driver side door that came off during my trip through a car wash. Of course the car wash people denied that it was done during the wash. So I went to Auto Zone on Hwy 92 in Acworth and the service was as usual excellent. Kory came out to look at it and explained to me what was needed. He even went above and beyond by fixing the molding with Jacob s help and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Thank you Kory and Jacob for a job well done!

A young lady here helped me put my battery in. I suck at names so I m of no use there but she was kind and so informative. She even taught me a little trick with my slipping strut under my hood thing.. with the vise grips lol. Idk what it s called for real but it s the little pumpy thing that holds your hood up when you open it maybe it s a strut.. anyways she helped me and it was cold so I m forever grateful for it.. I needed a battery and was in the middle of working so I needed to be fast fast. Thank you

Kory was so helpful today. I had to replace my battery in my 2021 Honda Accord, not only did he beat the price for over 100 less than Honda dealer, he put the battery in my car in under 10 minutes. Saved me lots of time and money. No hassle, in and out and back on the road!

Employee named Kory was very unpleasant to be attended by. Kept getting uncomfortable stares by him and caught him looking at my breasts. will not come here again for that reason.

The AutoZone website is really messed up, I was searching for a part, at the store on Hwy. 92, in Acworth Gs., however the store changed to one on Cobb Pkwy. Terrible website, not customer friendly, I give the web designer. -12.

We had an absolutely wonderful customer service experience at this location! Jacob/Justin (husband didn t catch name) went above and beyond to help my husband change out an alternator on our 2015 Dodge Journey. I would highly recommend this location! They re great. We were traveling home to Knoxville,TN and this could have been a much worse situation! Cannot give higher praise to the staff here. Absolutely wonderful.
