This is my favorite location in the area, they are always helpful, prompt, accurate with their orders and information they provide and seem to go above and beyond. Special shout out to Allan who is always kind and helpful and I seem to encounter him often when I shop here.

Came in with 2 batteries for our boat. Only needed one, Allan took the time to let me know that AutoZone offers a buy back program for batteries, they give you 10.00 store credit and then took a moment to find out how to do it and then made it happen.Great customer service! Visit him at 3451 Cobb Prkway!!!

I ve never had a good experience here. Every time I go they are slow to acknowledge me. Today I was going to buy some batteries and not a single employee looked at me or said they would be right with me. One guy was just sitting behind the counter staring into space. Never again.

I went with my daughter to check out her battery on her Ford Edge. The manager (Alan) went above and beyond to get her on the road. It was in the mid 90's outside and he took extra time to help. I recommend this AutoZone!

Told me it would be a specific price with the sale that was going on. Ended up being more expensive and when i asked if he could fix it because he told me something different he raided his eye brows with a rude tone saying no there was nothing he could do which isn t very good customer service on his part. Especially coming from the sales manager all i gotta say is do better.

Poor customer service. I spent $65 at this location and the staff couldn't even take the time to explain how to operate the OBD machine. I understand if they arent allowed to clear the code, but the associate didn't want to help until I was visibly frustrated with them. Too late. I'll be taking my business to Advanced from now on.

Chris is awesome. I called Wednesday night and needed a battery for my daughters car. They had 1 available and he installed it for me in about 5 mins. Highly recommend

Great customer service! I had purchased a car battery with a one year warranty from this Autozone back in December of 2020. I started having issues with it not holding a charge in November of 2021. I jumped the battery and drove to this store. I was immediately greeted by a young man named Rod and told him my problem. He picked up his battery tester and went outside to test the battery .in very inclement weather. He said the battery tested bad. I showed him my original receipt that reflected the one year warranty and a free replacement if it failed within the warranty period. He verified the warranty and provided a new battery for me at no charge. He even took the time to actually install the new battery in my car .which saved me the extra time in having to drive home, install it myself, and then have to drive back to turn in the old battery core.Rod was extremely helpful and courteous to me .customer service like he provided is definitely hard to come by these days ..and very much appreciated.

I walked in and wasn't greeted, I had put two things on the counter and need some things looked up on the computer. Tall red bearded employee walked over and just started scanning the items. I let him know I had a shop account and would like a few things looked up. He stepped back and pointed at the commercial manager and said "him" then walked off. I figured if he won't help me I can look up the stuff I needed so I proceed to do so and was told I can't look up anything by another employee who watched all of this go down then told me to get in line and he would get to me when he can. If this is how this AutoZone treats its commercial customers I won't be coming back. It's ridiculous to walk off from any kind of customer. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. There's to many people that need jobs for a company to employ someone with terrible customer service.

They did a great job of diagnosing my problem quickly and efficiently. They helped me pick out a good replacement battery. After I purchased it they then replaced my old battery with the new one. I highly recommend them. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.5/5 Would go back again

12/6/22 I stopped in the parking lot adjacent AutoZone on Cobb Pkwy, Acworth, Ga. My old 67 LeMans wouldn t start, and asked if they sold a portable jump starting unit. They did but they re not charged yet (new in the box). Dylan thought they had a unit charged for such an occasion. Dylan brought the Duralast Jump Starter with him, I popped the hood, with quick battery cable connections and the flip of 2 switches he stated, start it up . Just like that my car roared to life due to Dylan s outstanding & professional service. I haven t had great customer service at many businesses; whether auto, restaurants or retail, so when it occurs, that person needs to be spot lighted. Thank you Dylan. After this encounter, and after running errands I stoppedback at this Auto Zone and bought that Duralast Jump Starter + Portable Power. Thanks Dylan! You made my day and have a repeat customer.

Went here for a new battery and Steven was awesome he tested it to be sure and had a new one installed within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location other stores make me feel like an inconvenience and these guys make me feel like they are happy to help. It s refreshing to get that level of service these days.

What a great experience. On my way home from the VA I stopped to get a headlight bulb. Andrew P. was the employee I talked to and was incredible. Answered all my questions and was so polite and professional. I will be coming to this store for all my vehicle needs from now on.

Had a great customer service experience on New Year's Day! The assistant manager (I wish I could recall his name) installed a headlight bulb for me (was not exactly a piece of cake to set in place) as well as an air filter that was purchased elsewhere. Aha, chivalry still exists! Thank you so much - I will be back at AutoZone when it's time to replace the windshield wipers. What a great way to start the New Year! :)

We came to this location when an indicator light came on and we were given the diagnostic tool to test our car ourselves.This is not the customer service we expect, as we have been customers for years.All of the other customers were accompanied by representatives to look at their cars.Another Auto repair shop explained the Covid-19 protocol and was very polite.The representative at this location should have explained this.

I would like to give a shout out to a young man named Chris at AutoZone on Cobb Parkway near Mars Hill Road. Tonight I took my car in because someone suggested that I might need a fuse and it could save me a lot of money. I had no idea where the fuse box was or which fuse to get or anything. Chris came out to my car, looked in my owners manual, went on Google, looked in his computer and did everything he possibly could to try and fix the issue with my car so I wouldn t have to take it in for an expensive repair. It ended up being that he could not fix the issue with a fuse and I am going to have to take it in to have it repaired, but it s not for lack of him trying! I would like to thank him for such excellent customer service! I will definitely go back to this AutoZone if I have any other car needs!!

Had a frustrating experience with get my wiper blades at this location yesterday. Talked to the manager today who was knowledgeable and understanding. Thankful as he taught me about my cars weird wiper adaptors.

Very helpful and friendly. One employee held the door for us and another tested our battery and got us the exact part we needed. Very happy to not have extra products pushed at us, too.

The last few times I ve shopped at the ACWORTH Cobb parkway location, the folks have been less and less helpful and just south of rude. The staff used to be knowledgeable and friendly, but now there s none of that. They have the stock which is nice, but it s not a pleasant experience anymore. I think it s time to try Advance Auto or O Malley s instead.
