Second time I have worked with Autowise and they were both great experiences. First it was a collision repair to the front fender and then an employee backed into my truck bumper in our parking lot. they handled each job professionally and communicated through out the entire process. O yeah, they also returned the cars fully detailed. Highly recommend!

I came to this shop with a scratched/dented door. Autowise repaired it very quickly at a reasonable price. They are simply easy to work with, which when you are dealing with an unpleasant circumstance, is highly important. Their technicians are highly competent and customer focused, as my door looked like the day I bought it when done. Highly recommend.

If I could give more stars, I would. The work they do is impeccable, but the people are so above excellent. The communication, the service! If you hate your car, don't go there. If you, at least, care about your car, do yourself a favor. Go there !

First of all, let me tell you, Mr. Fred is amazing , phenomenal! Customer service is on point. I ve been working in Manager for the last 31 years. I wanna tell you he made me feel like I was the only customer when I came in to his business. When I dropped my car off on a Friday, he told me would only take three days and he was a man of his word thank you so much you were simply amazing! I true gift from above!

I was devastated after my brand new SUV was struck in a grocery store parking lot, causing severe damage to the driver's side door. The friendly staff at Autowise not only restored her to her former glory, but they were also so incredibly friendly, helpful, affordable and timely! They communicated every step of the way and even repaired a scratch on my bumper that I had caused previously. I can't say enough about how seamless the experience was and would absolutely recommend Autowise Collission to anyone!!

I normally don't leave reviews, i am just too busy And I don't have time but I think it was important that I write something extremely positive about the family at Autowise collision. I was in an accident on the interstate far from my Hometown. I took my truck to them Friday night around 10 o'clock when I called them on the phone they answered, even on the weekends. And always return my phone call. My truck was done beautifully and on time. A few months later, I had a leak in the area of where the accident took place and without any question they offered to pay for it Even though I was in kansas city. Michelle even facilitated the work by telephoper. Like I said I just think I am so fortunate I took my truck to this family, auto wise collision. You cannot go wrong with these guys.

This is my second time using Autowise to fix cosmetic damage to my car. David is THE man to go to and will always do the job right. Bigger body shops only care about how much they're gonna get from insurance to fix your car, they don't really care about the customer; David and his team at Autowise focus on the customer first 100%. If you need to save money if you're 0aying out of pocket, David will help you as much as he possibly can. I've had experiences with other shops that took twice as long and didn't do the job right. The people at Autowise are very quick and precise in their repairs to your vehicle. My car looks better than it did when I bought it now because if these guys. If you need bodywork and don't want to wait forever and you want your car fixed RIGHT, and feel like your car is brand new again, take you car to Autowise. I wrecked my brand new Honda Odyssey. I figured it would take a month to fix, but they fixed it in 2 weeks and did a wonderful job. They even had it cleaned. Auto wise is an outstanding collision repair place.. all insurance companies try to make you go to their shops but for me and all my cars we will always use auto wise. They always treat you like family.

Awesome experience at Autowise! Staff was extremely professional, personable, and easy to work with. When I first purchased my brand new truck, there was damage to the door from transporting from the factory. The dealership originally fixed the damage and repainted the door, but as time went on, it was clear they did a very subpar job and the door ended up being a noticeably different shade from the rest of the truck. It drove me crazy every time I looked at it. Well 9 months later, someone backed into that same door and what I thought was a curse, turned out to be a blessing. I contacted Autowise for repairs and they got me in for an estimate ASAP. Even though the insurance kept losing the estimate, Freddy stayed on top of them and helped expedite the claim/repairs. After their repairs, the truck looks brand new (better than when I first bought it). They went above and beyond what most other shops would have done to make sure it looked great. The dents were repaired, the paint matches exactly, and it was blended perfectly with the factory paint (very hard to do with silver paint from what I ve been told in the past). Autowise did an amazing job and I can t recommend them enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I must say the professionalism and great care given with the repair of our newly purchased BMW was outstanding. Not only did we get repaired in a timely manner, we also received great guidance on how to purchase the parts not covered by insurance. It is horrible to suffer an accident on a newly purchased car however it r are so thankful of how much care and attention we received. The best part of the whole experience is our car actually looks way better then before the accident! Thank you auto wise for exceeding our expectations once again!!

Autowise was FANTASTIC!!!! I had a nasty wreck and they knocked out the repairs in 2 weeks!! They were very communicative and accommodating. Beverly was so sweet and helpful with all of questions! Highly highly recommend!!!

This is my second time using Autowise after an accident. This second experience was just as amazing as the first. They will answer every question you have without getting annoying or trying to rush you off the phone. They worked with my insurance company so basically all I had to do was drop off the car and then come pick it back up. The work is top notch, looks like new and it was finished much faster than I was expecting!Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

An overall awesome experience. A giant tree branch fell and dented my roof in, which is unfortunate, but Autowise was able to fix it to the point that it's undetectable that that tree branch ever happened in the first place. They gave excellent and friendly service while my car was in the shop too, and helped with insurance. Hopefully another tree won't hit my car, but if one does, I'd go back to Autowise, definitely.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bev and Don are amazing! They communicated with me and responded in a timely manner! Parts and insurance held up my repair a bit but they did not hesitate to help with my extension of a rental car. Beverly and David at Autowise Collision provide top quality customer service and auto repair service. Everything about my experience at Autowise was great and stress free. From communication about my vehicle to the final finished product, I couldn t have asked for a better company to choose for repairs. Everyone here is very personable and works very efficiently. I will definitely be choosing Autowise for any future repairs needed on my vehicle!

I lost the cover for my antenna during a car wash. But you have to replace the entire antenna. Last week, I called about 12 different places, and all were backed up for weeks. But I called Autowise Collision and David said he could do it this week (5 working days after I called). The replacement was done quickly and the price was reasonable. The employees were very friendly and I would definitely bring my car back here for work. I will also recommend Autowise Collision to my friends and co-workers. No, I'm not getting paid to say this. I was just truly impressed with the quality of work, the time it took (not very long) and them making time to replace the antenna during the Holiday Season.

David and the team were great. This is my 3rd or 4th car that I needed repaired in over 10 years and they never disappoint. He kept me informed of delays, told me where they were with finishing the work and also kept my insurance company informed so that they would cover the work. He even helped me turn in the rent a car as well. Now this is white glove service and the car looked brand new when they were done with it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Fantastic!

To avoid increased insurance premiums due to young drivers I opted not to utilize insurance to pay for this repair. Autowise did a great job and repaired more than I originally asked at the original quoted price. (With great communication thru the entire process) Happy that I spent a little more money to get it done right with a lifetime warranty! This was my first time using them and I will use this local, family business in the future.EDIT Dec 2022: I never wrote this review, I assume my account was compromised. SUCH an awesome experience here! I was in a minor accident in my brand new vehicle that left it unable to drive. It would have been over a month before I could even get a quote from the dealership. I called around and was lucky enough to find Autowise! Freddy and team there was able to help me find a tow truck and put together a quote almost immediately. The repairs were done promptly, despite the difficulties in getting parts on such a new vehicle. They communicated well the entire time, and made me feel at ease in such a stressful situation. I hope to never need repairs like this again, but if I do, there is no other body shop I would choose. 20/10 recommend these guys - you won t regret it!!!

The whole staff was very professional and knowledgeable. My son's car was wrecked and a total loss from the insurance. It took about a week to work out details for the pay off from insurance. We have done business with auto wise for years on multiple vehicles and have never been dissatisfied. If there s ever been any small issue with anything we ve had done they ve been more than accommodating in regards to fixing it. They pay attention to detail, provide quality work and most importantly explain the process and go above and beyond to keep me in the loop. It s a rare thing to find such excellent customer service anywhere these days and we wouldn t take our vehicle anywhere else.Thank you to Beverly, Michelle and all the staff for always taking such great care of your customers!
