This Body Shop wasn't even in my thoughts, though my wife and I pass by it many times. With her '04 Mach1, I went to other shops for estimates. With all the GM Vehicles at Auto Collision Solutions I didn't think about going there. My wife said lets give them a try, it won't hurt. I'm HAPPY I listened!! I talked with Shannon, and during our conversation I was sold. He even told me issues other Body Shops over looked, or can't do. And he's repairing that portion on the rear bumper other Shops just won't touch, but matters a whole lot to me, and Shannon sensed that. He is VERY customer oriented.

I don't normally do reviews, but I'm very thankful for the service Shannon and his team provided and their quick turnaround and I wanted to share my awesome experience. Shannon was thoroughly transparent with my options, the cost, and when he'd be able to get it fixed. My Jeep looks awsome now and the whole process was very painless. They were the best ever!!!!!! First time being in an accident to the point where my car had to be repaired & they made my experience as easy as ever! Better than the insurance company I unfortunately had to work with! Natalie was certainly a breath of fresh air and reassured me as much as she could that everything would be taken care of and it certainly was! Everyone at the shop were so friendly and made me feel more than welcomed. If I ever need a repair again I know exactly where to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you so much.. You guys rock!

My whole experience was top notch, which is hard to find when you are getting work done on your car, as you never know exactly what you are in store for. The case with Auto Body and Collision Solutions is far exceeded my expectation after I was rear-ended and needed my bumper and tailgate repaired. Up front fair an accurate estimate, no surprises, and regular updates throughout the duration of my repairs. The office was always easy to reach and staff were great to work with, you can tell they take great pride in their work. I would quickly recommend them, and will use them again if the need arises.

The service Shannon and his team provided on my 2013 Grand Sport Corvette was fantastic. Shannon and the team worked diligently to find the right vendor to repair/replace the headlight lenses. Natalie looked for the best vendor, but made sure costs/timing were reasonable to all parties. During the down time waiting for the lenses to be replaced, Brian repainted the inside of my chrome wheels to bring them back to showroom condition. This is the second time using Auto Body and Collision Solutions and plan to go back to him if needed!This is an awesome place to do business with!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic experience! I came to Auto Body and Collision Solutions to have work fixed from another body shop and couldn't be happier. Natalie kept in contact with me for the entirety of the repair. She reopened the insurance claim, organized the rental, advocated for me and made sure everything was 100%. Shannon explained everything that needed to be done and why and made sure my vehicle was once again safe for me to drive. They all went above and beyond!

I highly recommend Street Rod Solutions and all of their staff. I had seen some of Shannon s work before and was impressed. I referenced others on his work and All had good things to say about him. I recently took my Ford F-250 Harley Edition truck to him with damages done to the rear of the truck from a tire blowout. When I went to pick up my truck I was nothing but smiles!! They did an excellent job on the whole repair. All the paint blended perfectly. It looked brand new. I was very happy with the whole experience. They took care of everything, from dealing with the insurance co. with all the supplements to all the repairs. I will be back. Shannon and his staff are top notch. Thanks again.Dale Johnson

Excellent Work. I had work completed on my Mustang by Shannon and his crew. They are very detail oriented. Very fine workmanship. You will not find a shop as straight forward, caring and honest as this one. I would bring my car(s) back there in a second if I needed work done.

Fantastic and super-quick repair done to my basically new Nissan. I went to them for an estimate on a Thursday. By the following Monday when I dropped off my car for the work, they already had the parts ready to go. My car was back in my driveway by the end of the same week, shiny and new again. Great office personal and staff, very pleasant. They worked with my insurance to get the repair cost taken care of. Highly recommend and would us them again if ever needed.

Absolutely the best experience I've had with a body shop! The entire crew is polite and professional and they fight for their clients to make sure insurance companies do what is right. What makes it even better is the quality of work Shannon does. Every piece is lined up perfectly and the paint and finish is amazing! I am so happy with their work that I am referring EVERYONE I know! What was a miserable month of fighting with the at fault drivers insurance company was made all better when I saw my car today. Words cant express how much I appreciate Shannon and his crew!

They took really great care of me and my car. Shannon, Megan, and the crew went above and beyond in making sure everything was good as new. When I got my car back it looked better than when it rolled off the lot.They work closely with insurance companies to make sure everything is taken care of. They also make sure to update you regularly on their progress.I highly recommend for anyone with any sort of damage to their car, big or small.

If you need body work done and you care about the details this is the place to go! Shannon is a great guy and very honest. He has worked on 4 of our family cars, both mechanical and body work. I had body work done on my 2018 Traverse and you would never be able to tell anything ever happened to it. I highly recommend using them, hometown feel and awesome service!

Can I give them 10 stars!? This is best experience anyone could have with the unfortunate need to have collisions work done. The shop is down the street from my house and I always see nice, vintage cars at their shop, which indicates that they must be good at what they do if people trust their classic cars with them.I had an unfortunate string of events to where I needed my car repaired. The latest I did a number on a curb and my car. I was out running errands and got stuck at the AT&T store, which put me at the shop 15 minutes before they closed. I was promptly greeted at my car. I was showing the gentleman my damage looking for a quote, when we realized the severity of my rear tire. It was splitting, not safe to drive on, especially for my 45 minute commute to work in the morning. He immediately took action, contacting his boss and owner, Shannon. He told me they would do everything they could to get me a rental in the morning and Shannon would be in touch with me. (I didn't get his name, but thank you so much for your sense of urgency and helpfulness).Shannon contacted me that evening, we discussed getting the rental car and the plan for the insurance and repair. Shannon expressed that he had a good relationship with the insurance adjustors, and he stands behind his work. He would not be pressured into doing less than above average work to save the insurance company money by cutting corners.I had to get to work, so the shop picked up my car from enterprise where I left it on empty due to the hazard and time crunch. The shop put a quarter tank of gas in my car for me. (Again, thanks)Throughout the week, Shannon kept me updated of the status of my car and what they had completed almost each day. Much to my my surprise and joy, my car was ready the same week. I dropped off Tuesday am and got my car back Friday afternoon.My car was cleaned and polished, they even buffed my headlights because they were starting to get hazy. Shannon went over everything in detail, how they pulled each piece of individually and painted it. He also told me that the previous repair done to my car prior to my ownership, the car had very poor work done. Not matching the paint, they painted it a flat black, not the pearl black the rest of my car is, painting over my sensors, which inhibits their effectiveness, along with some other things.Shannon and his staff were very knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, and truly have genuine pride in their work. Which this day and age, is far and few between.A million thanks to the Street Rod Solutions and collision crew!!!

I worked here for just about two years. The painter and body guys at this shop are caring, attentive, and on top of their game. They will take care of all of your body work needs better than anyone i know in the business. The paint matching these guys do is second to none and the quality of work is better than factory. I highly recommend checking this shop out and would trust them all day long with my personal vehicle.

I chose Auto Body Collision And Solutions because they were recommended by Hagerty, my insurance company and it s a small business knowing I could talk directly to the owner . I made the right choice. The shop did everything they say they would do . He also said it would look better than it was before my accident. It did ...... I was up dated as parts were delivered and assembled , primed, and painted. Most of the front of my car was taken apart, repaired and back to me in 3 weeks . My car looks the best I ve ever seen it . I took my Toyota Camry for a repair. I had an excellent experience with the staff. The repairs were speedy and the communication throughout the process was stellar. Most importantly, the body work on the vehicle was impeccable! Thank you for making my experience seamless and stress free!

Shannon and his crew are the best of the best. Maybe I have a crash into me sticker but I have had three cars repaired by these guys and all three times the cars have come back quickly and looking better than new. Highly recommend these guys for collision repair and total restoration and customization.

The guys here are great!! Customer service at its best. Shannon and Brian will definitely get any of your needs taken care of. I am more than positive any of the employees would do the same, these 2 are the only ones I have personally worked with. Recommend a million times over. Very pleasant experience!! High five guys

Absolutely amazing job. The back end was fixed, not replaced, and it looks better than brand new. You would not believe the work they do here. They matched 6 year faded tri-coat perfectly halfway down the car and you can't see it. You'd be an absolute fool to go anywhere else.

Great quality repairs at reasonable prices.update-9-2018. I am adding extremely honest to my review. I discovered a minor error on my bill after I got home. I left a message after hours. The owner called me the next business day to apologize and to make it right. I was extremely impressed with these folks.If I ever need any work done, whether at my expense or that of an insurance company, I will only take my vehicles to Acworth Auto Body and Collision!

I highly recommend Street Rod Solutions. They went above and beyond repairing my Grand Cherokee after an accident. I will never go anywhere else! They worked with my insurance company, towing company, rental car company. They take pride in their work, were very thorough and got the repairs done quickly. Great shop!

Though we were not able to get our car fixed there because Geico is not great to work with, the folks were very courteous, friendly and apologetic that they could not help us. I appreciate that they were straight forward and explained why they do not work with Geico.

My car got an overspray on it somehow. A lot of people told me it would have to be buffed out, which scared me because I knew that could hurt my paint, if not done correctly. My brother-in-law recommended Shannon Morrison to me. I thank God for sending me here! Shannon and his team are AMAZING!!! They care for your car, as if it were their own. He immediately knew how to get the overspray off, and it didn't require a buffer. He gently used clay bar and got it off my car by hand. It looked like it pulled off the showroom floor when he was finished! There's no one else I would trust with my car! I highly recommend him to everyone I know!!!

Highly recommend . The owner Shannon puts his heart & soul into that shop.(Autobody & Collision Solutions) My vechile came from there spotless dent free work was done with pride. Let s not forget Megan the receptionist the do everything young lady. Always on top of everything.Ms. efficient, so pleasant always. I would give this shop 10stars if I could for workmanship.
