Called asked a couple questions, was told to bring my truck by, well it stayed there for a week and boy was it a blessing. These people are awesome, always communicating any issues and or problems, didn t say I need this and that, fixed the issues at an affordable rate, quick and easy. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing mechanics work. Drake the owner is very knowledgeable and will help you even more other than your vehicle! Honest, professional, reliable, and just an awesome guy in general! Will only take my vehicles to him!

Drake and his team at Allatoona Diesel did a fantastic and high quality job! They are extremely knowledgeable and in my opinion the leading specialist on Powerstroke Diesels in the area. They did an honest job at a fair price and got me back on the road making money. They communicated every step of the way and fully documented and photographed every step of the tear down and repair process. If you are as concerned as I was in getting your diesel truck worked on in a potentially 10k plus repair, look no further than Allatoona Diesel. My only regret was not taking my truck to them sooner. It would have saved me another 3-4k.

Quick diagnosis and quick repairs. Thats super important for me as my trucks are in the road making me money!! I wish it would stop breaking, but that s my fault lol. I m glad to have a trustworthy shop to get it back quickly.

I visited Allatoona Diesel for the first time. I was impressed by the professionalism and the great service. I made an appointment, I was seen on time, and I was out the door shorter than the time that they stated. The pricing was better than expected as well. Truly not an experience that you get at most shops anymore. I highly, highly recommend Allatoona diesel!

Had a programming problem that needed fixing after a fix at another garage. We still don't know if additional or caused by, but Im just happy it's fixed! Luckily got referred to Allatoona Diesel and their great staff. Will definitely use again and have already recommended them to friends. They know what they are doing and do good work. You will be happy with their service too!

Allatoona diesel did a great job on an old truck. I like the way they diagnose the issues then give you a written bid on each line item. Will definitely recommend them to my diesel buddies.

Was traveling from Chicago to Florida and broke down half way with my '07 Ram...thankfully a local dealership referred me here!! They did a grat job in my time of crisis. Thank you for all your help and doing a great job on the repair!

They were VERY much sooo worth the wait. They fixed all of my issues and found some real issues needing repair for sure. They keep you informed and make darn sure you are happy with thier work. I will go back for sure! I'm 100% happy! That is hard to do folks.

They have always gone above and beyond for our old 2002 7.3 F-250 . This is the only shop we could ever trust with our truck. Drake and his team are the best.

Very nice guys though they didn t work on trucks as old as mine. I have a 2003 F250 and I think they stop at 2005 models. They said the parts take too long to get and the customers get upset. So I get it.

Went in and expected to pay the $250 diagnostic fee plus more for parts and labor to take care of my 2017 F250 6.7 power stroke. 30 minutes later and $50 later, my trucks check engine light was off and truck was back to normal.

Very upfront with diagnosis of vehicle.Seemingly knowledgeable about the industry and it shows when speaking with Drake. Young company owner with a great head for business and customer service. I will definitely be taking my older 6.0 Ford diesel back to Drake and the crew.

I have a 2001 Ford Excursion 7.3l that was leaking oil bad. I took it up to these guys and just happened to catch the owner, Drake. I'm so glad I stopped in when I did , he looked at my truck and in literally 1 minute told me where it was leaking and found an additional leak he showed me. I asked him to give me a ballpark estimate give or take $200. He said just off the top of his head without getting into it and finding any additional problems what the cost would be. Well I picked my truck up today and he was right in the ballpark! It was less than what I thought it was going to be when all said and done! I can't say enough good things about my dealings with this company, and Drake and his wife Morgan! I will not use another company for my truck from now on! They are covered up with work , but still managed to get my truck in. I believe they are very honest and they are very friendly on top of that! If you need work on your diesel truck I highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars I would. It's hard to find good honest mechanics that go above and beyond, but I Believe I have found them at Allatoona Diesel!

Very happy with Allatoona Diesel.They were able to service my truck on my time and schedule in an efficient and timely manner. Prices were good and reasonable.I drove three hours for their work and they did not disappoint. Will use again.Thanks again Drake!

The techs at Allatoona Diesel are stand up guys. I brought my Ford in for a couple small repairs and a front to back maintenance check. Drake broke everything down for me, and I was able to approve quotes right through text. Everything being in writing is pretty nice.I recommend this shop and tell all my family and friends the same - Appreciate you guys!

Was on the highway and lost a boot clamp on my Banks turbo pipe called no one had anything drove 16 miles in no boost got to thos place they gave me 2 clamps help me get back on the road ... even with my bad attitude they still kept it professional definitely recommend them awesome people

I ve now used this shop two times with outstanding results. My f250 is a work horse and my business cant afford for it to be down for weeks on end. Drake worked around my schedule and got me in within a week diagnosed it and had me up and running in a very acceptable time frame. The attention to detail is superb along with their communication throughout the process. I ve found my permanent shop and feel totally comfortable referring them to anyone who may ask.

Had a great experience with the folks at Allatoona Diesel. I Had my truck towed there when another shop couldn't figure out what was going on with my truck. Drake did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my truck, and fixed the truck in a timely manner. He also brought to my attention some issues that might need my attention down the line.Thanks!

This is by far the most honest and hard working crew of guys that I have had the pleasure of having met. They take pride in everything they do from the most simple to the most complicated, trust me me I have had them do both. I will take my trucks to these guys and these guys only regardless of the distance I have to drive. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a chance, you will not regret it. Drake is at the top of his game with running his shop. Drake communicated throughout the entire process and kept us up to speed! The customer service here is second to none. I couldn't happier with my experiences with Allatoona Diesel. I have used them since they opened. Its hard to find good diesel mechanics that you can trust. They stand behind the work, and parts recommendations with service that stands apart. I have used them for things as easy as an oil change all the way to a motor replacement and engine upgrades. Drake, Beau and the team are always friendly and take the time to explain what the problems might be. 2015 F350 transmission unfortunately went down. The guys at Allatoona had it diagnosed and quoted very quickly and once given the go ahead it was back on the road very quickly. My exhaust filter on my 2019 RAM diesel maxed out without any warning and I needed a new one before heading out of town in a few days. I called a couple dealerships and they had no idea what an exhaust filter was and told me I needed to drop it off for 5 days before they would look at it. I certainly didn t feel good about that so I reached out to Allatoona Diesel and they knew exactly what I needed and texted me over an electronic quote within a few minutes. They had my truck back on the road in within 2 days! There aren t many companies that offer service like that anymore. I won t go anywhere else in the future.Service: Exhaust
