Honestly I've stopped going there!!! The "Monsterger" Mary is beyond RUDE!!! Never and food in the hot displays. Boiled peanuts are always just the juice no peanuts. The soda machines constantly empty. Don't get me started on the nasty bathrooms. Majority of ppl who stop there aren't from around here and don't know any better. They think Circle K is clean and well stocked...NOT THIS ONE!!! They only want you to do self checkout. Then get huffy if you need cigarettes or something. I really don't understand why the Owner and corporate keep Mary Brown as the manager. She is rude!!!! Store is in bad shape! DO BETTER CIRCLE K!!!!

Last week visit I bought a buy one roller get second for a $1. Well! That didn't ring up. I paid full price not wanting to hold the line. Today I picked the but two breakfast sandwiches for$4. Surprise! That didn't ring up either. This time I said: hey the sign says two for 4. I KNOW replies the cashier. After any attempts she gets help to give the discount and After my total her expression was (Wow!) That she just could not understand why o wanted to save a dollar! Where has customer service gone? It's not the dollar lady! But don't pit stuff on sale if you ain't willing to honor the discounts. Customer service is horrible there.

Mary the manager has a nasty attitude. She tried telling her co worker that the mistake she did was my fault. You don't tell your co worker right in front of the customer that they were wrong and it was their fault?! Who does that? I debated with her saying you can't say that and that it was not my fault because I don't work there. She needs an attitude adjustment. The store suffers on account of her.Since my last review and visiting the store, Mary has certainly been way more helpful and kind. The store has a better flow to it and is very clean and always well stocked. I would recommend giving it one more go if you had a previous issue.

Would give 0 stars but it won't let me. My husband paid $20 for gas and the pumps were going so slow that after 5 mins and it was barely up to $0.77 we decided to just get our money back and go somewhere else. But with their new system they couldn't just refund the remaining change without the receipt and couldn't restart the pump. So they were just going to keep our money. Never shopping here again. Had to tell them I was calling corporate and the sheriff office on them. Mind you this was at 5am so not like there was a lot of people there, and the manager and the cashier were both very rude.

Don't waste your time stopping here.Service is horrible. Manager tries to speak above everyone in the store to assertively try to force people in line to use the self checkout even when no one wants to. Not all but some of the clerks are the same way. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. (Especially the short fat one)Nice big new store but nothing special there. They tried to have the appearance of the other big name filling stations like Racetrac but don't have anything more than the small old circle ks besides a larger beer cooler for all the local drunks.A lot of the time the iced coffee, and fountain drinks are out of order. You'll be very disappointed when you expected to stop for refreshments. Do yourself a favor and visit the local Dollar General instead. The large number of gas pumps is the only nice thing here.

I'm a regular customer here, but every time I come in, the short chubby cashier just has a nasty attitude. Tonight I came in to buy a 24 pack of budlight. There were two different prices labeled for them. It rang up $26 something, but it was labeled $18.99. I simply told her that they need to get the price updated so it doesn't confuse us. She just turned away and mubbled something that I wasn't able to hear. Everyone else has been great, except her. I wish I knew her name. Maybe she needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers.

Its a shame, such a new beautiful store that is not maintained what so ever. The employees dont seem to care about service or cleanliness. It's generally out of stock on multiple items, receipt paper at the pump has not been working on multiple occasions, and the place is disgusting. Fingerprints on every surface in the store, food bits on the countertops. I watched the manager put more coffee in without even thinking about cleaning any item on the coffee maker. Only good thing about this store is it has non ethanol gas.

It s sad this station is not very old and looks like it is 20 years old. The bathrooms are always very disgusting. The store is very dirty. Employees don t seem to care. When it was new the food was good and store was clean. Now it s just like the station across the street. Specially in these time you would think cleanliness would be a priority. Circle K get it together.

So they install self pay check out, while 6 employees stand around, roller grill is always empty except for what has sat for hours. Place looks great, awful employees and customer service

So what can I say there's a lot I can say about this store,1) the manager Mary is RUDE RUDE RUDE off the back, she doesn't treat her employees right no wonder why this store has a NEW employee every week or better yet every day2)Maria NEED TO BE FIRED ... lets just say if i go after 12am and I see her i REFUSES to go in3) Jessica she is ANOTHER one she is RUDE,LAZY IDK y she is even workingIf i could give a zero start I would but the only reason why I haven't is because there a NEW young man i believe it start with a P Im not sure , He seems to be working HARD and keeping that place clean, organized and i never have a problem when he's working not to sure but I would do WHATEVER it take to keep himIf u really care about your customers you should really look at your reviews and make some changes . Also i will be passing by to see if any changes has happened

I was staying with some friends in Zolfo Springs and unless you have been here there are not very many businesses here because this is like a bedroom community. So this business is one of the most frequently visited by anyone and everyone. But they have nice helpful employees and their always willing to help a stranger.

Brand new circle K in Zolfo Springs and nothing is ever stocked. Who manages this joke. We have given this place at least 10 tries hoping it was just due to newness and this is the absolute last time. Visited 12:15 pm on a Sunday. Not 1 hot dog on the rollers, no cups available for fountain drinks. One cashier with a line to the door. If I could give negative stars I would. You need new management.

Bathrooms look like they're never cleaned. Empty soap containers floors soaked in urine. What a real pleasure.

I went to check my lotto ticket and the emplyee refused me because I forgot my ID despite me have buying the ticket there the next day I went for a polar pop and the same employee refused to service me and my family because my mom was honest on how she felt on the service and pressed the poor service button the employee is a thin lady I didn't catch her name her hair is light brown almost blonde she also yelled at me on the day with my ticket

Ukraine Propaganda on gas pump tv. Just lost a customer will only go to marathon across the street now go woke & lose customers. The political game will affect business guaranteed.

It says masks required on the door so I turn back to get one but nobody, including the employees, was wearing one. Why even have the sign then?

They were ready to wait on me ; I would of been but standing right next to another customer and I replied very politely I am practicing social distancing I ll wait thank you . the young girl at the register said what ever . Very rude . Phone #s don t work or they are the wrong #s Please up date Thank you

Dirty bathrooms and no toilet paper! I was told they were out. Hang a sign or get some off of the shelf. Think outside the box or get some from another store! Unacceptable!

We go there every day for the past 12 years and have never been treated like I have been treated today. I went in for coffee and I was acused of stealing their coffee.... I always get my refills there and im never going back... I would of put no stars but I had no other choice.... don't get your coffee there

The machine messed up my transaction and I paid with food stamps and the woman who was working the register was extremely rude the guy was trying to help me and she came over telling me that he wasn't allowed to help me that she ran the register she kept getting an attitude with me when I was trying to understand what she was saying she ended up not being able to Total anything out when I told her to take off what it didn't cover she ended up giving me something I didn't even want because she couldn't add up to the total that was taken off the card and I knew for a fact that I still have money because not even 5-10 minutes later I went to a different circle k and my card work just fine also two men approached me outside the store and told me she was talking about me in Spanish so was so rude and the man working with her even agreed

Newer store and larger than other circle k's in the area. Conveniently located at route 17 and route 64. Gas and Convenience store.
