This place is terrible. 300% mark up on aftermarket parts. Charged $850 and then told me I have to take it to the Dealer because they can't figure it out. Paid the dealer another $800 to take apart redo everything Zephy Auto did. Save yourself some time and money go to a reputable dealer That stands behind there work.

Fair prices for the work done love this place a Tommy and Sarge always take care of you. I only bring my vehicle to them. Got a cheap oil change for less than $40 but call for an appointment

Lol, where to begin. My son had his truck towed there and dropped off on 7/26/23. Blown head gasket. They told him about a week. He called in a week they told him another week. He called the following week and they said we need X part. My son had already given them them the gaskets. They then told him another week. On week 4 I called and put my foot down. Then it seems all hands were on deck. They needed more parts, my son purchased the parts ran them all over town (bullfrog and salvage place) and back to them. Week 5 they claimed they needed those gaskets again (which they already had for 5 weeks). Then came up with more parts he needed. So my son drove around in a borrowed vehicle again finding parts and running them back to them. Here we are 6 weeks today 9/6/23 and they claim its finally ready. Went to pay and ask to have a test drive done they didn't want to allow it they also will not guarantee their work. We have never had the run around and been fed lie and lie like we have with this company. Are they good with little things like oil changes idk maybe. I assure you we will never go back nor will we ever recommend. Not to mention my son lost his job over this ordeal bc they kept telling him a week. If its more than an oil change or tire rotation I would look else where unless your good with a run around of lies and being with a vehicle for an extended amount of time.UPDATE: they didnt put my sons battery back in his truck. They out something way to small in it. We tried to figure out why we kept having to jump it especially since we just replaced the battery. Found our original receipt fornour battery andnthey one thatvwas put back in there is an old walmart battery with not even enough cranking amps to start it.Stay far away from this business.Service: Engine repair

Sarge and his team are amazing. They are the most honest and thorough auto shop I ve been too. Would recommend to everyone including Sisters, mothers, and grandparents. After calling to confirm they would have no problem looking at my car and making repairs to the brakes I got there and was informed it would be $40 for looking at the car and $100 to put my brake pads on. They then infor.ed me that because of no available ramp / lift they could not do my pads that day and I would have to bring it back. They charged me the 40 for looking at the pads and I went elsewhere as I had explained I needed this done immediately.Service: Brakes

Took my vehicle to this location after doing reviews on it and I must say based off other locations that I have went to and the price quote they were giving me this business has done a remarkable job and providing excellent service at a great price. They are honest and hard-working and give you a price that s affordable and they do not charge like other businesses do Definitely a business to take your vehicle to if you re having any issues, I will be sure to use them again thank you Sarge. Brought three cars here for years and finally decided to stop doing business with them. They are too disorganized, always having issues with my appointments, finding parts, surprised to see me at the office when I had appointments scheduled weeks in advance, etc. Thanks for the work you have done in the past but I m not coming back

Very honest, SUPER hardworking, reliable, unbelievably fast. I was a walk in with no appointment and from the very beginning their staff, run by a very nice man named Sarge, demonstrated customer service beyond any services you would see anywhere else (corporate dealerships) he gave me accurate quotes down to the singular dollar amount. One great offer was that he quoted me on the part I needed, then had options available where I could go find the part cheaper, but in HALF THE TIME it would of taken me to drive to the nearest auto retail shop. My parts were already delivered and in the mechanics hands. 45 minutes from start to finish. Nothing can best that!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Zephyr Auto is a professional group that goes out of their way to make you comfortable with getting your car serviced. They are efficient, able to work with scheduled as well as walk-in appointments. They get a lot done with a small group of mechanics. Have had nothing but good experiences with them. Highly recommend.

GREAT SERVICE!!!! Zephyr Auto (NOT Zephyrhills Auto) just saved me $760!I went to Wesley Chapel Toyota to get my car s oil changed (dumb move, I know) and they wanted to charge me $800 because the bolt on my oil pan was stripped .I may not look like the brightest crayon in the box, but I m not an idiot. Left immediately.I found Zephyr Auto online and checked out the reviews. Decided to go. My oil change cost me $47 (as in 4-7 dollars) $760 LESS than the hoodlums at Wesley Chapel.Also - they plugged a nail hole in my tire for FREE!!!Sarge has a dry sense of humor (but that matches mine) Will go back for my noisy AC before it dies on me.Service: Oil change

I have always brought my vehicles there for the past at least seven eight years. My fiance's truck was running rough and nothing would come up on the scanners to say what was wrong with it. I suggested he take it to zephyr Auto for Tommy to look at, which he did. They put it on their scanner and nothing came up either. They took it for a test drive and it was driving really rough and skipping. Tommy said to have them do an oil change and then he would check it out again. After the oil change Tommy found that that was the issue all along. And only charged him for an oil change and unlike other unreputable auto repair places that is all he charged him for. And now it has been two weeks and the truck is running perfectly

I pulled in to see if they could do a quick oil change because my car was making noise the gentleman came out and looked at the car and advise being the oil was full he could have easily said they did a oil change but he was very honest

I called to get some service done and I started off the conversation by saying hello how are you and he said yes and I said how are you doing and then he hung up on my face. I would not recommend going here. They are not friendly people at all.

Great work!!! Honest people!!! Very helpful. Jeana went out of her way to make sure I got my Truck back on the weekend with a big storm, she didn't want me to be stranded over the weekend!!!If you need a ride they are always willing to accommodate you!!! This is the best auto shop around! I have an older van that something goes wrong with a few times a year and they always are helpful, try to save me money while doing the job right, and quick. It s a family atmosphere and they make you feel like it. They are awesome!!! I was referred to Tommy when I was told that I had a blown head gasket. I have a Saab and was told he did great work on European cars. He took my car and look it over top to bottom and could not find a thing wrong with it. I thought he would charge me an arm and a leg but he charged me nothing. I then had him do an oil change and my oil changes in past have cost me over a $100 and he did a full synthetic oil change for $32...who does that. Very nice guy and wonderful to work with. I recommend if you have any kind of car to go to him first with any issue.

My whole family has been taking all of our cars there for 10 years now - a Lincoln, a Nissan, a Honda, a Corvette and even a mini-van. Tommy and his team have always been able to help with them all (from new bumpers, to alignments, to oil changes!) and have always been more than fair with their pricings. Great team to deal with - and always kind and fair. Also, to comment on their "smarty pants girl", SHE IS AWESOME! So kind and funny - not rude at all :)

Easily the best experience I've had at a mechanic! Tom is honest and fair in his pricing (which is extremely competitive) and to top it off quick.I had a car that was overheating and was recommended to Zephyr Auto Repair by a family member. The staff is friendly and eager to assist you. Gina was kind and kept me well informed on the status on my vehicle: the cost, repairs made, and an ETA.Tom will never sell you a repair you don't need and rest assured you're not getting a hidden charge for blinker fluid.I will definitely be a returning customer for the life of my vehicle (a pre owned Dodge '04)

They are great. They replaced my water pump & fan clutch and belt and had it back on the same day5-25-19The past few months that I have taken my vehicle in to be looked at they told me that I needed something that wasn't even tho issue or they just tried getting me to Pay for Something that we didn't even need. My dash light was on but they never put it on the computer. If I were you I Would Go Get A 2nd Opinion Big Time. My Vehicles will not be going back at all.

They put it on a computer and told me a number of things were wrong quoted me a price of 1409 I had all that done. Went to pick up the car and was then told the main battery needed replaced 4000 and they can't do that Why wasn't I told about that before I had all the other work was done ?Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I have been coming here for years now with 2 different vehicles. Been to other shops for estimates and repairs but there is no one I trust more then Tommy and Gina when it comes to my car. Can't say a bad word about the people ,place,work or price.
