This rating is solely based on the cortez location in Brooksville who absolutely ruined my car. $4100 in repairs and not even 10 minutes of driving now needs a new motor. Also leaking oil out of everything they just replaced.

I had a great experience here. Jason worked on my car and originally I thought I d need a new oil change due to a previous botched job from another mechanic store, but then he inspected it and found it was simply loose. He was very honest and tightened it and told me no charge! I left him a tip because he deserves it and more. I trust honestly and integrity like that, so I recommend this place to anyone who has mechanic needs!

All I needed was a simple tire patch. They said sure no problem and I left the tire. 5 minutes later they called me back to the shop trying to tell me that the tire was ruined and that I need a new tire. They showed me some rubber shaving inside the tire and that was their proof that I had ruined the tire by driving on it flat. It's a brand new tire and I never drove while flat. The shavings were actually from me previously trying to fix the tire with plugs that wouldn't hold. I took it to the next place down the street and they had it fixed and back on the road in 15 minutes. For cheaper too. These places try to take advantage of people to get you to buy more than you need. If they would of just patched the tire, they would of gotten money for that and a future customer next week when I plan to have two new ones put on the other side of the car.

I took my work truck in for two tires that I knew were bad and an alignment due to one of the two tires mentioned had worn badly. I called on Thursday and offered to drop off the truck Friday for a Saturday appointment. The first red flag was when I dropped off the unit. I was expecting the service writer to come out and look over my truck with me at the time of drop off or at least have me sign something. Nope, none of that was done. My wife and I went late Saturday to pickup the truck. She went inside to pay and was told There were no other problems found and your ready to go The paperwork had no notes on it. I was expecting the documents that showed how much it was out. I received a invoice with vague information on it.when I was driving home the steering wheel was crooked while driving straight. Didn t think too much of it. Until one day shortly after the service the truck wouldn t start. When I went under to look I noticed two things I was shocked that were not brought to my attention. First the passenger side tire was just as bad as the driver s I just never looked. The other issue I have is the sway bar has a bracket that was torn off. Some roads I have to go on are terrible as a result I went to have the truck repaired it is my family s only income it has to stay operational. I added photos of the issues I was never made aware of and they let me leave the service center like this as again they said no other problems found I called and explained myself to the mgmt. and I never received any response. Please don t trust you car with this shop your life could depend on it

I noticed a nail in my tire this morning and brought it in for repair. They fixed it within a very reasonable amount of time and with a reasonable price.

Absolutely the best place to have your car fixed in Zephyrhills. Great service and you can always trust them to give you exactly what needs to be done and not fluff the bill

I was informed the night before I had a nail in my tire from a friend. The next morning I called to see if they could work me in. I was informed they were fully booked but if I could get the car to them they would try to get it b done before I had to leave j for work. They delivered within less than two hours. So timely and professional.

Wish there was an option for more than 5 stars. Dropped my truck off Monday morning after getting an estimate from the dealership for approximately $1900 of needed repairs. Topline initially said it may be Thursday before they could get to it (which I expected since I didn't have an appointment) but they had it done the same day. The best part is they found that not all the repairs that the dealership claimed were urgent actually needed to be done at all. The total Topline bill was a quarter of the price from the dealership's quote. I am so thankful for their honesty and highly recommend them!!

Had a flat. Stopped here around 8:15 am since it's close to my house. They said "I don't know when I can get you in" and let me know it wouldn't be a day thing. Three stars for being nice and empathetic and happy they have the business, but it was the 3rd mom and pops shop I tried and none would do it...so I had to go to a major chain. These small places like to whine and complain about chains taking business and this is one reason why.

I would give this business more than 5 stars if it was possible. My car needed a new water pump installed. Originally I went to the local Jeep dealer who gave me an estimate I considered very high and they said it would take 2-3 days to complete. I contacted Topline Tire & Auto Center and they said the part was available and I could probably get the car back the next day. I dropped off the car at 2pm and was surprised to get a call at 5pm saying the repair was completed and I could pick up my car. Plus, it cost me less than 1/3 of the Jeep dealer's estimate!

These guys have worked on ALL my cars (Mazda, Honda, Subaru, etc.) for the past 21 years. They are honest and local. You have to love that! They quote the price up front, and if they see anything else, they give you a call to let you know what the ticket out the door is. The appointment setters (Gwen and Larry) are just as kind. They are some of my favorite people!

I had my car towed there this morning with a flat tire. They were very friendly and efficient. They fixed my tire, (when they could have easily convinced me that it could not be saved) and made a few recommendations for the future. Everyone there was pleasant to deal with. I know where to go for all of my automotive needs!

I have been this place three times already, and I have never had no problems with them. They very good at their job and very affordable compare to dealership mechanics I can tell you that. These guys are the best! Hands down!!! Trustworthy, honest and every one there is more than nice. I came in late in the day on a tow truck. I had gotten a nail in my tire and I needed it to be fixed. They were able to fix my tire very quickly and very reasonably priced! I was on my way in less than probably half hour. They even have a super cool original 1970's soda machine in there, that works and had nice cold drinks on a hot day. I am very happy with the service they gave me and the great customer service they offered, Steve was really nice. If I need new tires, even though I live an hour away, I'll be back!

Topline were fantastic in every way. My car had a nail in the tire, so they had me drop the flat off while they patched it. The patch was done VERY quickly, even though I had just dropped in, and they mounted the tire back on for me. I interacted with three staff members and all three were very friendly, professional, and courteous. The price was also spot-on, and there was no attempt at all to say "Oh we can't patch this, better buy a new one." Nope, it was an immediate "Yeah this will be no problem to fix, we'll call you when it's done!"I just got home and went to put my donut and jack kit back together to put in the trunk storage space and when I popped the trunk, I found that they'd already done that for me! It's a small detail but it made me very happy.I'd highly recommend them. Excellent service and work.

A very busy shop, which is a good sign. Customer service was excellent and workmanship was of high quality. Some parts needed to be ordered and I was contacted immediately when they came in and repairs were completed without unnecessary delay.

I am really happy with my experience at Topline! I called them up to do a diagnostic. They told me how long they thought it would take to look at the car (they were really busy so they asked me if I could leave the car with them for the day), exactly what they thought was going on, and what would fix the problem. Everyone here is straight up and no nonsense, which I really liked. The guys in the shop were really friendly, and we were joking around the whole time. They told me the work would be finished by the end of the following day, and they had the car ready for me by 9:00 AM the very next morning. I'd much rather people tell me realistic estimates for cost, diagnosis, and wait times. Top notch. I was really pleased with my experience, and I know anyone that goes here will be really pleased, too. They even recommended a car rental company so I didn't have to miss a beat! What a pleasure!!

Was recommended this place by a friend saying they were honest and did great work. So I figured I take a Chance. Lots of repair shops get a bad rep due to shady practices. This place is not one of them. They gave me a great price and did my alignment and tires with no appointment. I was in and out in no time. 3 other places gave me appointment dates days out. Will be taking my other vehicle here too from now on.

Well I had Topline Tire do some work in Zephyrhills. FAIL. I gave them 10 days to do it. Rushed it into one day, returned truck missing engine cover, no brake lights and all kinds of check engine lights. They were kind enough to fix it in a a day and charge me full price to fix a switch that was fine when I put truck in shop. Never again! BEWARE TOPLINE TIRE IN ZEPHYRHILLS!

It is a great place for tire service . They are very professional about their service . Very kind ! Larry or Gwen are awesome people very helpful . These guys are the best mechanics in the area. They are very friendly and explain things so I can understand. I have used them for all my cars maintenance and tires for over 15 years. They have always been honest with me and given me a fair price. I would never go any place else.
