Kevin Stringer was the most professional person I have worked with in years. If you are looking for someone to install 4 down towing equipment for your "toad" vehicle, Kevin is the guy. You'll find him accommodating and professional. Kevin's business is over 50 miles from where I live. The trip was well worth working with a true professional technician. Kevin's installation of all equipment was neat and well routed. He provided expert instructions on how to use my Blue Ox and Demco system. He helped with a test drive and made final adjustments, plus provided instructions for additional adjustments if needed. It has been a couple months since my installation and I have driven a couple hundred miles with the towing system and everything works as it should. I'm looking forward to our travels this summer, where we will put about 10,000 miles on our RV. Keven is a very good choice and he will take care of you.

Kevin is, without a doubt, a superlative RV tech. He was able to identify problem after problem and repair them in an expeditious, courteous, and professional fashion.Kevin's kindness extended to my payment schedule. I am a disabled teacher and he was willing to work with me so that I didn't have to wait to get repairs done when I had the cash to pay. Kevin fixed me right away and allowed me to pay when I couldI would recommend Kevin Stringer for ALL things RV. He is the consummate professional, as well as extremely kind and incredibly courteous.I endorse Kevin with a 5 star rating.

I can t even begin to say how much of a Godsend Kevin has been! He s installed a new roof, fixed an electrical problem, repaired a hot water heater issue and so much more! He s responsive, dependable and does the work faster than anyone I ve come across. As a bonus, he s a great guy as well. I definitely recommend this company.

July 2022. Needed a fast roof leak repair in Zephyrhills and Kevin came to the rescue. He is very prompt, very knowledgeable, and fixed my leak. He is now my go to guy. Before finding him I tried to contact 5 others and it took them 5 days to reply. Kevin responded within 5 mins and was on my roof within 1 hour. Great sense of humor! I recommend him for your repair needs!!!

As a new-to-RV-life female, there was a lot I didn't know and didn't feel comfortable with even after abusing Google and youtube. Kevin took the time to not only fix the issues in my used RV but he also educated me on the various areas of the RV I didn't understand. Quality work, patient guy and very friendly. I will be calling him again no doubt.

Kevin has repaired several things for me and done them in a quick professional manner. I was having some small electrical problems and he suggested I get a small solar panel to keep house batteries topped off which solved the minor issues.

Do not trust these people to install your A/C unit properly or stand behind their work. They installed a roof A/C unit in my trailer and it leaks so bad it ruined our roof and even filled a ceiling light with water and the heater strip doesn't work either. We have tried to get them to fix it for weeks to no avail. The owner and technician Kevin stringer says he only wants to work on paying jobs so he won't come fix his work we already paid him for. He continues to promise to come out and doesn't, he just lies to string us along hoping we give up. We have given him every opportunity to make it right, but he has no interest. He is very unprofessional and we definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND him to anyone. Do not use this company. I'll update this review if they actually step up and fix their work. They should be ashamed at how they have treated us.

Excellent and timely repair from Kevin. My fan motor bearings were going out and he showed up and did a AAA job replacing it at a great price. Highly recommended for Zephyrhills area RV related repair.

BE VERY WARY OF DEALING WITH THIS GUY. I called Stringer with an RV air conditioner problem to see if he could help. The digital thermostat read 32 degrees F and the AC wouldn't turn on because it was being told that the room was already cold. I explained this to him and his response was that the 32 was in Celsius and that I needed to change the temp scale on the thermostat. I explained to him that I knew that wasn't the problem because I had verified that the thermostat was in Fahrenheit. "Well if you know so much you don't need me to help you out!" he yelled as he hung up. Incredibly caustic behavior toward a potential customer! I AM SO GLAD I DIDN'T HAVE HIM TRY TO WORK ON THE PROBLEM! BTW, Toy Doctor came by later the same day and fixed the problem in five minutes. A wet connection on a secondary indoor temperature sensor line (we don't even have a secondary indoor sensor) was shorting out so the thermostat was reading 32 F. Rainy, humid Florida problem -- quickly solved but not by Stringer.

To be clear, he didn't actually do a job for me. Because he got weird with me before it got started. Unfortunate reaction, and unexpected. I was going to have him install a cooling unit on my fridge. Was about to send over a downpayment. Had a question about the warranty and one line item on his invoice. His response to that question was to refuse service and cancel my invoice. Seemed like a nice guy on the phone, but clearly there's something weird going on here. I probably just avoided some hassle, and just glad that happened before I sent him almost $1000 as a downpayment. Oh well.EDIT: Yes, you can definitely refuse service if you want. But, you had no reason to. And to be clear, you didn't tell me ANY of that until I asked, and AFTER you refused service - by editing the quote. So, nice try.

I had a great experience getting a flat tow system installed on my Class A diesel Motorhome and Jeep Grand Cherokee. I submitted a quote request online Saturday night and the quote was sent back to me 8am Sunday morning. I called Monday to discuss the specifics of the equipment, my vehicles and installation timeline. I paid the invoice and the tow equipment was delivered within a couple days. I was easily able to coordinate dropping off the Jeep & Motorhome on separate days. When everything was installed, Kevin showed me step by step how everything needed to be hooked up. If I ever need any assistance with maintenance I will definitely be back. Equipment installed: Demco Air Force One braking system, Roadmaster diode light wiring kit, Roadmaster baseplate & Roadmaster Nighthawk tow bar.
