If you need to get tow right away i would recommend asking for Brian, he is fast, efficient, and reliable. Took him 10 seconds to get into my tight gate and less than 5 mins to get my huge truck on the tower. He was the second tower that came, the first guy didn t even attempt but Brian came and did it without hesitation. 10/10 would get a towing service done again if needed but with Brian. Don t forget to TIP him.Service: Car towing

Yoheddy did an amazing job for us! Came out to to us very quickly, was professional, and very informative. Hopefully we won t need their service again, but if we do, we will definitely be coming back to Stepp s!

David was a true life saver tonight and I was extremely thankful that David answered my call and was able to tow my car. David was super fast, professional, and made me feel sooo much better when I was so stressed and upset about my car. Thank you David!

Needed an early morning tow on a Saturday and called several places with no answer. Stepp s answered and said it could take 45 minutes and I would get a message when the truck was on his way. Got a message within 10 minutes which I was pleased to get so fast. The gentleman was very professional and got me to the auto dealership right away. We had a great conversation on the way also. Very happy with the service and pricing was very good also. Less then I expected. Will definitely call them again if needed.

They told me it would be an hour to come change my tire for 130 dollars because I didn't have a jack with me, After waiting for 1 hour the driver drove past me so I called them and they told me it would be another hour... I wouldn't believe anything they say

I don't know if your driver is stupid? impatient or both but I don't suggest Pulling out and cutting off everybody on Shady Hills road from peace boulevard At six am With a vehicle on your flat bed. Good way To cause an accident. Especially since right After he cut me off his light turned green

Really great service. I had scheduled a tow to the dealership for the next day. I received a text confirming the pick up time. The next morning I received a message that the driver was on the way. He took care to not damage my vehicle . Very personable guy too.

I went to recover my belongings after an accident and the ladies in the office were very helpful. Long story short, I got what I went for and left.PS. They take cash and don't keep change. So call ahead to learn what you need and bring exact change.

I was in desperate need of a tow. The staff at Stepp's Towing were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The tow truck driver was awesome. He definitely knew his way around that big tow truck.If I ever need a tow again I will definitely be calling Stepp's, and I highly recommend Stepp's Towing if you're ever in need.

Very dissatisfied. Had a 10:30 appt. to have vehicle picked up, time got to be 11:45 and still no show. Called company, off on another call, be there in 35 min. Waited another 45 min, still not there. Called again and was told they would be there in roughly 15 min. Finally showed up around 2 p.m. Driver fixed vehicle in parking lot and didn't need a tow. My gratitude to the driver for finally getting me on my way.

If you need a tow or in my case get pulled out of a mudhole at 3 am on a sunday don't waste your time on anyone else. I had 2 other towing company's come and try to pull me but was a no go after several hours wasted. These guys listened to me when I said I need a big truck. Oh man they brought out the big rig and pulled me out within 30 min. Very professional and super nice staff. Great job guys I can't thank you enough.

Hands down, the fastest tow guys and gals in town. My classic was picked up in extreme prompt fashion. Mike, the extremely professional driver had me to my shop in no time for repairs. Thanks Mike from the San Antonio location. I will no longer accept a tow through Geico unless they're coming from Stepp's.

Had my car towed saturday morning called to get it was told it was $174.00 but if i waited till monday it would be $154.00 because they charge more because they was closed weekends.went to get it on monday and they charged by the day and said they dont know who was dispatching and charged $209.25 . how do you not know who works for you and answer your phones. They dont care and you need your car so they care less about helping are keeping their word.

Had the "unfortunate" pleasure of having Anthony come to tow our CR-V for the recall issue. Anthony showed up early, was professional, friendly, and had a great personality. Based on this experience would not hesitate to use Stepp's in the future.

Lisa with (billing department)is very rude, unprofessional also she like the grinch who stole christmas. Never spoke to any one like her, sounds very unhappy. Lori (billing department) she a nice lady to speak to. I left a mess for Tod Stepps the ower never got a call back yet. Eric at the lot is awesome.

My semi broke down at a very busy intersection here in Zephyrhills. They sent out Matt. He was very polite and knew what he was doing!!! From this good ol� boy from Kentucky Ya'll know how to help out and git-r-done!!! Ya'll are top notch in my book!!!

They had towed a car that I didn't own three owners ago but somebody never changed the title out of my name so I had to pay $320 or I could not renew my tags so people make sure when you sell a car you go to the driver's license office and tell them it's sold
