Best customer service in this area of all the auto parts stores. As I have an older vehicle, they always seem to have everything I need so far. They answered all my questions and gave suggestions courteously.

I like the people . They try hard and are always friendly. I do wish the company get their employees better access to product information. Again no issues with staff .they are always great

The young man who waited on me was knowledge and friendly. By asking if I was a military veteran, I received a 15% discount. Saving almost $20. They have my business forever. Excellent selection, everything for your car is in stock.

EXCELLENT. I went here because it was close to home AND had excellent Google reviews, and the reviews were right on target. I was ASTONISHED at the kind, courteous, thorough help I received from GAVIN, and I could see that other employees were busy helping other customers with the same depth and quality of service. Really, this is the best auto parts store I have ever frequented...it was my first time to any O'Reilly's and I will definitely return. Gavin looked up my VIN online to verify that my part was correct, wrote some stats from my car on a piece of paper for me for future reference, then offered to install my part. They are awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ok so I go to Big Mechanic in Zephyrhills and have a fuel pump installed. It is purchased at O Reilly s in Zephyrhills, Florida. I am a Snowbird so when I get back to Kentucky the fuel pump goes out two months later I really don t think it was good to begin with, I have a new one installed I ll bring the old one back to the mechanics, they are wanting to give me a run around and I called O Reillys. One of the managers there wants to give me a run around saying he doesn t know how to handle it. OK so the part has a year warranty. It s over $300 I d pay cash for the part plus mechanics fee. Why can t big mechanic just refund me my money and deal with the warranty with O Reillys? Wouldn t you say that would be the logical thing? Oh I thought I would have more trouble out of the big mechanic but it looks like I m having more trouble at O Reilly s. I don t understand what part of the picture they don t understand

I used to use the other two auto parts stores (that start with an A). Now my parts store is O Reilly. The employees are very polite and friendly and they offered to order a part for me and have it in 2 hours which they did. I called the other parts stores and they couldn t get it in for several days. Great customer service with the same price as the others or lower. Now they have the new O Reilly location at Summertree Plaza which opened a month ago.

There okay at best. Staff could use some more knowledge and maybe some ppl with auto industry experience might help. But they usually get you out the door with the right part..... An was that 2 wheel or 4 wheel???

WOOW AMAZING SERVICE!!! Went in with a bad battery. Mathew took great care of me! He really listed and cared about my problem! He took the time to take care of my problem and not to rush me out of the store. This is a place to go if you need anything!!!

I've always had good experiences shopping at o'reilly's. The stores are well stocked, the service is good. They're always willing to help with whatever you need. The zephyrhills store is no exception, this is definitely my store..

Great store I don t usually deal but with one guy at this store they supply my company with excellent parts delivery there always at my shop on time and have been very happy with them I used to use Napa auto parts in Zephyrhills but they always got stuff wrong and there delivery time and phone hold time we won t get into that was horrible so glad I found a good commercial guy that is dedicated to his customers and always goes the extra mile thanks adam

Nice to know that customer service still exists in today world. Needed two heavy duty Motorcraft batteries for my diesel truck. Was able to find OEM Motorcraft batteries in stock. But the gentleman behind the counter was great (Matthew). He removed and installed the batteries in less then 1/2 hour. We need more of this in our world.Great job!

Literally nearly cost my husband and my life and our 4 small children simply because they could not give me the correct brake pads even though I gave them all the correct information on my vehicle they still gave us the wrong ones so when I came home from work and we tried they don t even fit and I had to drive all the way home no breaks and my vehicle nearly smashed into the back of another vehicle that if I had had the right brake pads and was able to change them like I was trying to I could ve stopped with plenty of time. Honestly very upset with the company!!!

Man what can I say about this place. The zephyrhills location is the best. The employees all are great and the employee Matt is a rockstar. There has not been one time that I have been in to this establishment that they couldn't have helped me. Always super friendly and extremely helpful. If they don't know an answer to your question, let's just say you won't leave with out it being answered, they will find a way. They should just close down all the other auto parts stores out in this area. This guy's are the real deal.

Very friendly! And helpful. Had to buy windshield wipers. Gentleman helped look up and checked me out. And the Assistant Manger Leone put all 3 on. 2 in the front and 1 in the back. Thanks,Zephyrhills O'reilly!

Great auto store! Every time I go in they are willing to help out and find the right parts I need. Never had a problem with anything here.
