Great customer service. Friendly and honest. I dropped my car off for tires and they called within an hour and told me my car was done. I've never got my car back for anything that fast. I definitely recommend and will be bring my other cars in.

They are amazing. We were in the area for a quick trip and having trouble with our battery. They did a quick check, and fix, until we have the time to fully fix the issue. Wonderful people!!

I noticed my tire pressure dropped I pulled off into a gas station called the closest repair shop. It was after 4pm on Good Friday they were able to patch it and I was on the road by 4:30pm! So appreciate the nice and helpful staff. For saving the day! My Traverse Stella appreciates having her tire fixed! Thank you

The Zephyrhills community needs to know the facts about this place . And the parts they are using for the community of Zephyrhills and their vehicles. They claim to be honest and for the community. . So hear my story I had a part replaced in my car wich was not cheap around 800.00 it faltered a few months later that was supposed to be a 80,000mile part . So I did the natural this a had them do the honest thing and own up to their mistake and replace it . Like honest people do . They said nothing was wrong with the part. So I got 4 different opinions andlusion. The part was bad and they still charged me all. Four places had the same conclusion. The part was bad. . Is this place hurting for money so badly .they are doing faulty work with bad parts and chaging the people of Zephyrhills for the full service with the work not being done the correct way. . . I am just warning the Zephyrhills community to watch their money it will be stolen from this place with no remorse they should be ashamed for what they have done. Stealing money from the hard work community of Zephyrhills.

While they are not the largest or have a fancy waiting room, they have been for me ( and neighbors) a reliable, fair priced place to take my auto. I have never been pressured by them for any up sale services. When they found multiple things that requires to be fixed, they put the items in order of priority to be fixed. Never been disappointed with the outcome of their work.

This place was recommended to me when I needed some brake work (so I thought). After inspection and test drive I was told they were fine. I had 50% front & 60% rear. They could have told me I needed the moon & I wouldn't have known! Also.... upon returning with my van, the mechanic had my door open and lift lowered all ready for me to drive on in! How wonderful. Above n beyond Sooooo...... yes, I highly recommend this place as being honest & reputable and I will certainly return when I do need work done.

This was the first time I used their service and they were very nice and informative. They fixed my brakes by replacing the pads and I had a vibration when I stepped on the brakes for several years. No more problems. When I was returning back home up north they had a checklist for items they check on your car for traveling. It was only $31 and I did not need anything done but told me what to have my garage check when I got home. This is a wonderful garage to take your car for any service. I trust them and they were recommended by several friends in Zephyrhills and my Auto garage back home. I recommend them for any Auto Service. Thank you Norm and sons.

I have never been here or had any work done here . But they called me to come in for an inter view for a tech position . The lady on the phone was super nice both times we talked . It is a long drive for me. So I went a different direction . But from our two 30+ conversations , this business is family owned and veteran operated , they are family orientated , and are dedicated to details . If I weren't a certified tech , I would have no problems taking my vehicles to them. If I were closer , I would have taken the job . Norm and sons tire and auto repair gets am A++ IN MY BOOK !!!! From someone in the business of making my customers car run the best they can , to norm and sons , thank you for being a shining light in a very dark business !!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!! 15/10 !!!!!!

Forget going to the dealerships!! This is real life, real fair, and really really nice kind honest and hard working shop!!They treat every customer as if they are family NOT like the dealership where you are a dollar sign!!When I go into their shop to get a flat fixed or like today for break inspection I know we can trust them - they take you back to a time where people actually have values and you soon learn they are working hard to make repairs a pleasant experience!We will return and highly recommend you try them out as well!! They deserve 10 stars!

ETA: we ended up going back here for a brake issue on a different vehicle, and they did a much better job with that. They were able to fix the issue quickly and inexpensively, and we haven t had any further issues with it (this was about six months ago). In the spirit of fairness it s only right that I edit my review to reflect their improved performance.This place is ridiculous. I m only giving them a star because Google won t let me post otherwise. We tried to get our a/c system changed and at first they got it in okay but the system itself was faulty. Okay, not their problem but still frustrating. We take it back there and they check for leaks and found only one of two (they completely missed that the compressor was leaking) and sent it back saying it was good. We went to another place because it was still leaking and wanted a second opinion. They found out that the compressor was leaking. We decided to take it back to Norm s and set up an appointment for a Monday. After driving an hour to get there, I was told that they couldn t actually work on it today and was sent away with a new appointment on Wednesday the same week. Again we drove an hour only to get there and be told that their only a/c guy was out sick since the day before. They had our phone number, and had confirmed it at the appointment on Monday. They didn t even have the decency to call us on Tuesday to let us know that he wouldn t be able to fix our car Wednesday. This company is cheap, but then you get what you pay for I guess.

Called first thing in the morning, said they could get me in at 3 pm to patch my tire. Dropped it off about 10 am and they called me before noon that my truck was good to go. Very reasonable price too

I stoped in yesterday to get a tire fixed, but they had to order one from Tampa, and they would mount it on my rim and call when finished. Out standing customer service from the girl in the office. So sweet, she even loaded the tire in my car for me. Really good at her job.

I took my Pilot to a local Plant City shop and they quoted me over $1000 for a repair. I drove to Norm & Sons and received the complete repair for $370. Great work, Honest, & Fair Pricing. I will always take my vehicles there.

Very good service, friendly people. When repairing my truck they accidently loosend a hose. Went back after Check Engine Light came on and they fixed it quickly with no hassle.

I had gone to a dealership in Dade City. They told me I had an oil leak and needed my rear brakes replaced. Norm & Sons told me I didn't have an oil leak and that the brakes didn't need done right now. What impressed me the most was they charged me nothing for the check up.

Special Thanks to Sean, Don and staff at Norms. I had a screw in my tire at 3pm. Called & was told to bring it by last call at 4pm. Sean noticed 2 other blemishes in tire. One out of the repair zone & a small cut neither of us noticed before. Recommended a used tire. $40 a great deal and Back on the road by 4:20pm. Thank you so much for "Saving My Day!"

The folks are always so nice and easy to work with. Went for a low tire and had the grandkids in the car. Josh the mechanic allowed me to stay in the vehicle while it was running while he did the repair. Fair pricing and great employees

Just had my tire plugged from a screw. They got me in right away. Right off that bat I could tell that the mechanic working on it was a straight up honest person which told me, this was a shop I can trust. So I enquired about getting more work to be done. I spoke to Don and again the same feeling. I m from Illinois and had a shop out there that I trusted and now feel I found another. And the price for the plug, let s say that it was $10.00 cheaper then what I was paying in Illinois.

Another mechanic changed the pulley on my Chevy cavalier and after he changed it my shifter locked,the ignition switch broke and the key was stuck in the ignition.I asked the mechanic at Norms and Sons what happened and I asked him why my ignition switch was broken after the other mechanic changed my pulley.He knew exactly what happened and told me the other mechanic bumped my shifter while charging the pulley which caused the shifter to freeze and when the other mechanic tried to fix shifter he broke the ignition switch.I was very pleased that he knew what happened to a car when another mechanic messed up.I could then go back to the other mechanic and tell him he was responsible because he bumped the shifter while changing the pulley.Which caused the key to get stuck.He really helped me and I plan to go to him for all my car care needs.I highly recommend him.He knows cars very well

They are snowbird rips. No name oil filter. I guess they used correct oil weight. Nothing on work order, after oil was changed, indicated products used. In person they stated they used correct products prior to oil change. Went home, dropped down under the vehicle myself to double check them. I've done my own oil changes in the past. I know what i'm looking at. Very disappointing! If you don't care about the longevity of your vehicle... go for it. If they are doing this with oil changes...then they are doing it with everything else!
