I own a very small fleet 5 trucks and he gives me the big company treatment! Every truck is given a thorough inspection during maintenance and action plans for future work. It keeps my fleet on the road longer and my unexpected expenses down on the road. The entire team kids included are what's still right in the Trucking game. We appreciate the attention and the cost are fair and always broken down to the last item. They treat me like a partner and not just a customer, do not hesitate to give them a try .

Next Level Diesel Repair has a customer for life! I spoke with Darrell and let him know that I needed a DOT inspection on my hotshot truck and trailer. Within a couple of hours Tre and Nick met me and completed a thorough inspection and provided all necessary documentation. Customer service was excellent! We also discussed a few trk/ trl modifications that I want done and they specialize in. Every hotshot setup I put on the road will definitely pass through their hands!

BEST DIESEL SHOP AROUND 10/10 ... Darrell has saved me countless dollars and hours with his expertise and knowledge. He's extremely reasonably priced and does the best work in town. Once he says the issue is fixed, it's fixed. I've never had to come in twice for a problem He's fixed on my freightliner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Next level diesel was their for me when my 2006 f250 went down. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a diesel. They do fantastic work and are fair and upfront with everything, nothing is hidden. Also, the first shop to ever ask me to come down and take a look myself to see what they found. Price is very fair. They also gave me a courtesy call 3 days later just to see how the truck is.

Number one thing you want in a mechanic? Not the only thing but very important is honesty. The owner Darrell is absolutely that honest, cares about his customers and fair. Prior to even getting my vehicle to him he took time to try and help resolve or trouble shoot the issue over the phone.

Shoutout to Next Level Diesel repair!!! I accidentally put DEF in my gas tank and took my truck to GMC. GMC wanted to charge me $20k so I took my truck to Next Level and was able to get my truck fixed for half the price. Great service, very personable, quick to get the job done and great business. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back for future truck work

Definitely 5 star service. Nick and Tre came out promptly and got us squared away on both trucks. As a dedicated shop manager I can honestly say it's not too often nowadays when I get a bill and I'm wowed by the price in a good way. They got our crane up and running and also got a set of injectors put in our other truck as well. They were 100% honest and definitely quick. We will absolutely use them in the future. Thanks guys!

Darryl & Nate were SO responsive to our needs of having the entire exhaust on our 2006 Fleetwood Discovery replaced. The impossible to find parts were supplemented by parts they fabricated to get us back on the road. If you want it done right and fast, look no further then Next Level!

Darryl and crew have the expertise to repair just about anything. I went there to have air bags installed on my 2024 GMC. The job was done professionally and the pricing was reasonable. I would not hesitate to ask them to work on any DIESEL vehicle.

These guys were great! Was here from Connecticut and needed an oil change an fuel filters done on my Ram 3500 dually. They fit me in and took care of everything. Professional, reasonable and knowledgeable. You can t go wrong with these guys, they are the best. Thanks Darryl and company!!

Darrell and the the guys are the real deal. He spent alot of his time advising me on which engine brake and air bag systems to go with on my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L 4x4. My wife and I are full-time RV'rs and needed both systems to give us the ride and confidence we needed for any driving situation we may encounter.He said he'd have them both installed in 2 days and he made good on his word. Thank you Darrell and crew for all the hard work. We will be back again for any truck need.

Absolutely amazing company I recently moved here to Florida and have been looking for shops to do my work and had no luck then I was recommended NLDR and I gave it a shot. Absolutely amazing company very friendly people got the job done fast my truck runs amazing, it needed 2 injectors and valve cover gaskets replaced. Quick turn around time. Don t waste your time looking for shops, go with these guys. I definitely will be back to get more work done in the future.

These guys got 1 of our ambulances up and running better than a new one. We purchased this at a online auction and arrived in town to find that it was in limp mode. After several hours of unsuccessful shops and calls, Darrell called me back and had me limp it to his shop at 10:00 pm. He and his crew got right on it the very next morning. They had me on my way before the end of the day. These guys go that extra mile and are well below the average hourly labor rate. I am considering taking more trucks to them and they are 6 hours away. They could have taken advantage of my situation but instead they took care of my problem and even made sure I made it home. I am very thankful. I will surely see them again sometime in my future.

I have to take that guy to the court, everything he repaired for me was over charges and also it didn't work, I went with one light problem to his shop, I came out with three lights problems, he did on patch on the trailer, it was night mare. He wouldn't fix what he damaged on my equipments, neither refund the money. It is the worst I have ever went to.Don't go there.

Blew one boat trailer tire and the spare didn t last long. Now we re broken down on the side of the road 5 miles from the nearest gas station last Friday night. We have SeaTow trailer care and waited several hours for them to find someone to help us without any success.We started making calls ourselves and finally talked to Danielle and then Darrell from this business. By this time it s midnight and we understood there was no way to get replacement tires at this time. We were about to leave the boat by the side of an isolated road and come back in the morning.Darrell took his time and gave me invaluable advice which I took. Was able to get the boat to a secure location and go home. Found a place that opened early bought a working spare and got going again.Around 8am we get a text from Darrell asking us if we re ok. Classy. He didn t make adime from us but his help was priceless. Several other businesses said sorry can t help, bye.Just wanted to share this story. I took a shot and tried Next Level Diesel Repair. So glad i did!! The works done, the truck is running great! The price is unbeatable! When it comes to diesel repair as most of you know the dealers just suck... they throw parts into the truck even if you don't need them.. they charge outrageous prices and don't even care if they fix the problem. At a dealer you can blow though 10k leave and a week later that same problem shows back up... Working with Darrell was a breath of fresh air. He is straight up about everything, he's knowledgeable, and even though the poor guy is busy he gets the work done fast! So if your in the tampa area and need repairs this is your guy!!THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Needed new tires for my 26 foot travel trailer, but didn't have a way to tow it to a shop. I called these guys and they came out the next day and knocked it out in about an hour! Very professional with good communication. I've already recommended them to a few friends at the RV park and will definitely use them again when I'm back in the area!

We phone Next Level Diesel Repair after leaving our information with several area shops that failed to return our calls. They were busy working in the shop but assured us they would be able to assist us within a short time. Next Level drove to us within the hour, listening patiently to our description of the issue, quickly diagnosed and had our Diesel Pusher purring. Next Level identified a cracked fuel filter housing, requiring replacement. They returned with the needed parts the next morning and completed the repair. Very polite and responsive. My husband was stranded on the side of the road during our cross county move and I called them for help and they laid out the options and the timeline needed to get parts in. Unfortunately we did not use them because our truck rental told us we needed to use a specific shop for it to be covered by insurance. However based off the limited phone conversations I would highly recommend them! They seemed concerned and willing to do anything to help us get back on the road!

I have a 42 foot Monaco Diesel pusher that s my pride and joy and cost me dearly I ve broke down a few times and was at the mercy of the closest repair shop or dealer and wasn t very satisfied with the out come. I must say these guys at Next Level are Awesome!! There HONEST and know more then anyone I ve dealt with including the dealership. Darrel the owner & Richard who I think was born with a Wrench in his hand were both so polite on time and courteous fixed my problems one of witch the dealership caused and the price was way less then any of them. I belong to a private Monaco Club of over 4000 members and I m referring you guys to all of them. Thanks again guys for your great service.

Darryl worked on my engine to stop oil leak. Week later oil leak reappear, It cost me $2400. He wouldn't warranty his work. STAY AWAY!!!(Answer): Darrell, My engine was rebuilt 2 years ago Even you said when you put my air compressor on that upon timing my engine that it was very tight. YOUR JOB WAS TO STOP OIL LEAK AND YOU DIDN'T. I put no limitations on that being done because money wasn't an issue for me. You wrote no warranty on my bill, that mean you didn't cover your work. THIS GUY LIES LIKE HELL!!!
