Mike Keys were great! Paul changed out the locks on our new house and assisted us on the garage door remotes! Paul is very knowledgeable! We recommend this place for anyone who needs their services!

One of the last few reasonably priced locksmiths with a small town feel and welcoming attitude! And they also have a book store to browse if you have to wait! A great professional set of folks!

10/10, got here insanely fast and made sure that all was taken care of. You can tell he puts a lot of effort and care in his craft. If you in his area of business, call him and he ll get you taken care of.

Excellent service. The lady who took the call was polite and took the information and told me the service person was on another call and would come to me immediately after. Showed up confirmed my request and started job. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Price was as quoted. Thank you

Very good service. After several visits at attempting to have several keys made to fit four new knobs I bought beth was finally able to get them all to work properly. It was a good 40 dollars worth of work but she never charged me for any of it after all that.It was a surprise and very much appreciated.Very nice people and great service

One of my clients came in to the shop having walked from her home up the street. She had locked herself out of the house and we were the nearest place to find assistance. Called Mike Keys and they were on it quickly. Friendly and expedient service for my friend! Thanks.

Fast and reliable. Got copies made for motorcycle keys and I was worried they wouldn't have the size but no problems! And the adjoining used book store is great too. Great to support good local businesses.

I own a 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman hard top. I called 26 companies including Mini Cooper. None of which could help me out or I was out of their coverage zone. Chris from Mike Keys Locksmith came out and had the car open in less than 3 minutes. I would highly recommend this company and Chris if you are ever locked out of your vehicle. The prices are great and the services were very well performed. Thank you again Chris. Keep up the professionalism!! :)

so I went to atleast 5 places to get a spare key for my motorcycle. I wasn't in Mike keys got 5 mins they found a blank and had it cut.. and got under 5 dollars.. couldn't b happier.. thank u for your awesome service

Called to make sure they could make a key for our special padlock and was told to bring the lock with me to verify the new keys fit. She looked at the key and in less than five minutes had my spare keys made. I then handed her the key to our deadbolt and she could tell me the brand of my deadbolt. She is amazing and prices are evening less than Wal-Mart.

Went to get a key made that Ace, Lowes & Home Depot couldn't do. They were done in 2 minutes and cost a whopping $2.50.

I went there to get the key for my car cut. The first time, they cut it and then told me that it was not the correct key and that it was backwards. That is partially my fault as well because i should ve been paying attention and I completely understand that. The lady was not nice at all. At the end of my first time there, she told me to buy the right ones and that they would cut them, and I was perfectly fine with it. The second time I went there was to get the correct key cut. She cut the key for me, and told me to wait for the other guy because he had to remove the other key and replace the correct ones back to the fob. I was there for about 20-30 minutes until I decided I needed to go as I did have to work. I had someone else stay with them for me so that they could get the key done. After two times of trying to get the key in, they still put the WRONG key in. I go back for the THIRD time to get the correct key put in, and the lady says i have to send him on break then proceeds to ask us if we have masks. We ve gone there three times, and there has never been an issue with masks up until now. Extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend this place at all.*replying to the owners reply*Neither of us were told that we needed an appointment at any time. We walked in, the key got cut, and I was told to wait for him. I could not wait because I had to get to my job.

If I could leave them 10 stars I would. My mom locked herself out of her car. They had a guy there in 10 minutes before I had even paid for it. Beth was patient and nothing short of amazing dealing with the back and forth phone calls trying to get the info that was needed. You guys are a true blessing and saved the day. Thank you so so so very much. Businesses like yours are hard to come by these days.

My 86 year old mother locked herself out of her home at 7:30 pm Thursday evening, we called, and was told it would be an hour and a half.By 9:30, I called again, I was told he would find out what was taking so long, by 10:30 and still not hearing anything, I called back again and canceled the service and called someone else.He didn t apologize or ask why, just simply said, ok

Don t think they know much about programming keys to a new computer for vehicles. I asked if it was even possible they didn t answer it. Needless to say service wasn t completed and they still try to charge me for programming a key that was unsuccessful. Even if they were able to rate for it was good.

Friendly proficient service.Makes keys, sells locks, rekey products, sells books, comics, located downtown Zephyrhills on SR 54 (5TH AVE) near Gall Blvd. Service costs are very reasonable.Does road services.

If I could give them less than one star I would. My husband scheduled an appointment with them Friday, they came out and spent most of the day there and still could not program the new key to the car, killed our battery in the process of trying to turn the car over multiple times. Then leaves with my husbands driver license and bill of sale to the car after telling my husband to have the weekend guy come out because he is not very good at programming the keys tot he cars computer. Husband calls their office and was told that he was supposed to be charging his battery and that the guy was going to come back that day. Huge question for me, How the heck is a man supposed to charge his battery when he is stuck at home with no car? The guy never came back and never called. So now my husband has taken a second day off work waiting for this guy to show up. I will up date the results of their seriously crappy customer service, communication issues and if they actually have the ability to program keys for very common vehicle. Over an hour this morning, second day, they killed the battery again and then expected my husband to pay for a key that will not start our car. AND the latest, they want us to pay for a key that does not work...

Called for a lock out on our motor coach. It was after normal business hours. I left a message and they called back within 1/2 hour. Send a locksmith out within the next 1/2 hour and he did a great job opening our coach. I highly recommend Mike Keys Locksmith to anyone. Thank you very much.

This morning I called "Mike Keys", spoke with a woman who let me know he was currently on a call, that he would be with me shortly after. Sure enough, in less than an hour, the technician showed, was polite and efficient with time. He fixed our lock, and matched our dead bolt with our handle and after ordering quite a number of keys, he made sure each one fit, and turned the lock without any problems. I will definitely be using "Mike Keys Locksmith" in the future. Thank you for your service!
