I have been a customer of this establishment for at least 15 years. They have worked on every car that I owned during this period. All repairs have been excellent. Recently I brought my 20 year old Volvo S80 in for a front wheel axle on an all wheel drive auto. They took me in almost immediately and the repair was done the next day. The price was less than half of the dealers estimate. Eric, the owner, has several locations and we have been acquainted for many years. He makes a real effort to do it right the first time. His staff is hand picked by him and are very courteous and helpful. Everything from tires to complete brake jobs reflect their excellent work. In short, I trust them as my go too mechanics and my experience with them is wonderful!

I don't usually give out 5 stars on reviews unless you WOW me, but this location is very honest, respectful, & has great customer service. They tell you exactly what's wrong & how much it will be to complete the service. They are also very honest about everything that needs to be done on the vehicle and seem to enjoy their work. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a car service to be completed. Thank you, Joey!

I don't recommend anyone take there truck here, I was sitting in parking lot waiting on my husband truck to get done yesterday, I observed one of there mechanics open my husband truck tool box ( for what ) and look all in there, then go to back of truck lift cooler lid and look not once but twice, this is supposed to be a place we trust are vehicles with, The tool box is full of Dwalt tools, obviously this isn't the 1st truck they snooped through. We now will have to go all through make sure everything is there, we didn't yesterday due to my husband is very sick, And I don't know what all is in there.. Customers just be ware ..

I came from Georgia to Zephyrhills to watch my grandson play t-ball. On the way down we noticed a vibration from the front-end that became considerably worse the closer we got to Zephyrhills. I started looking for a shop to check it out. The first tire shop we stopped at recommended the Midas store. I came into the store and was greeted professionally, and they listened to my description of the problem. They also listened as I explained I was from six hours away and would be heading home in a few hours. They were slammed, but told me they would get it on the rack and check it out as soon as possible. In less than an hour they had diagnosed the repair and given me an estimate. They told me what was critical and was not. I asked how long, they said two to three hours, I gave the ok. They completed the repair sooner than they estimated and looked for every discount they could offer me. The ride home was so nice, no more bouncing and noise, and I didn't have to worry about getting stuck on the interstate in the middle of the night. Midas could have said they were to busy on a Saturday, or they didn't have time to work me in, but they didn't they listened and made our day so much better. Great job guys.

I took my car for brakes service today and was completely amazed by the level of customer service I received and observed while I waited. The prices were exceptionally lower than the dealership rates of grown accustomed to paying. Managers Jimmy and Joey handled every customer with professionalism, patience and care. This is rare during the holiday season. This location was recommended to me by a friend, and she was spot on. I will continue to use Midas Zephyrhills for my families automotive needs. Thank you for giving me hope in humanity.

The place is so clean...the men at the desk are so warm, persona le, welcoming,go out of their way to make the best deal, have such consideration for the customer, they aim to please but are realistic...the men in the service area, respect our cars, seem to love their jobs...the best Midas is in Zephyrhills....I feel safe and trust the men implicitly with their assessments and work...I know my car was cared for

Joey/Jim and all the guys are always professional and explain in great detail the work to be done. Prices are fair also. I never leave feeling taken advantage of. Great experience everytime I go to the Zephyrhills location on Gall Blvd.

Completely misdiagnosed my vehicle. Said it needed a rack and pinion, tie rod end and rotor. Quoted me $3,500. Went to another mechanic and it was actually a front wheel bearing. They did the job with parts for $370. Always get a second opinion

I have been to Midas Zephyrhills multiple times. The guys here are incredible. Today I tried to bring them a thank you treat of cookies but another customer had already beat me to that! You can count on them to take great care of your vehicle and of you.

These guys helped me out in a big way and I'm very thankful for them. I had used another shop in town to get my car checked out before a big 1,500 mile trip (moving out of state). I wasn't sure what they did to my car but it was worse than when I had taken it in and they didn't get it back to me until 2 days before I was supposed to leave. They told me there was an issue that needed to be taken to a dealer for repair. I did not have that kind of time. It was now Saturday morning and I was set to leave Sunday morning. I didn't know what to do. My car did not feel safe to drive that long of a distance. Midas was open so I took it to them Saturday morning hoping they would be able to help. Turns out the first shop put the wrong spark plugs in my car and didn't tighten down.... something. I drove it out of there and the 1,500 miles to my new home and it is still running great! They were all very helpful and explained things to me very well. I'm very grateful they were open on Saturday and took a walk-in. Returning the mechanic's flashlight left in my car was the least I could do. ;) Thank you all so much and I'm sorry I didn't get your names.

Can't get alignments right . Now having to go in again to see if they can get it right. This is already 2 different cars iv had this issues. Better off driving to Tampa . Gave them a 2nd chance but I'm done. While this was going on another customer had the same issue as me at the same time..was told 30min wait until my car will be worked on. Waiting over 1 hour just to get my car started. ...another hour and still not right....

If you want someone to be rude to you and make you feel humiliated, go to Midas at Zephyrhills. I wanted to have my rear "resonators" delete on my car, and because they are not called resonators, but mufflers, they remove the front resonators. I never mentioned anything about working on the front. I'm no expert on exhaust, but if Joe "the nice guy on the phone" knows I want work in the rear of the car, at least he should have verified with me when they figured there are no resonators in the back. After the job was done and we realized there was a mistake, he yells at me and tells me that if I don't know the difference between a resonator and a muffler, it is my problem, then proceeded to turn his back without giving me a chance to try to work something out. At least I know the difference between the front and the back of a car, apparently he doesn't. I was willing to accept some blame, but after JOE pointed the finger at me (literally) while giving me a rude tone, turn around and disappeared, I realized he didn't want to make the right thing for the customer (ME) and I decided to use this route to express my frustration. I do feel bad for the mechanics that were there, I could tell they felt embarrassed by the way this guy Joe treated me. First time and last time at Midas. On top of that, they wanted to charge me $250.00 to fix the problem. Customer service - 0.00. I know Midas doesn't need me, but for sure they will not get great advertising from me. Thank you for nothing, Joe and Midas at Zephyrhills.

When it comes to tires they will try and sell you tires so far above MSRP it s not even funny. I called and got a quote for a full set of 33x10.50r15 BF Goodrich KO2 s. BFGoodrich has the MSRP listed at $293.99. They tried selling them to me at $369.99 a piece. With an alignment, they said my total would be roughly $1900. Complete joke. Called a tire shop around the corner, they sold me the tires at roughly $270 before taking more of a discount off after coming from a different shop. Before discounts for the same tires and services it came out to 1300. Midas tried charging me 600$ more for the same service. What a complete disgrace of a store and joke of pricing. Won t even waste my time calling to quote anything out there again. They don t care about their customers, only the money that goes into their pocket.

Had to take my car into the shop. My break lights stayed on all the time. Took it in and was an easy quick fix. Joey was a great help. Will be a return customer!

Don't trust anything this Midas touches!!! I went there to get 2 parts for my brakes replaced. These parts total online were under $300. They charged me $1100. Had my car for 2 days. I get it home and have to get it towed back to Midas because the brakes were locked up and they had it 2 more days. Never looked under the hood before calling me with another diagnosis. I knew that they didn't put any fluid back in it because I checked before it was towed. They had no idea and then lied and said it was clear thats why it looked empty. I opened it and shook it and it was bone dry. Now after they "fixed" it again, I'm taking it a third time to get the mysterious engine light shut off that appeared after they touched It again... what a joke. You re playing with your life getting anything serious fixed by these people.

I purchased 4 new tires, mounted, and an alignment. Every one of my rims were deeply scratched all the way around. $900 paid just to get all my rims "ruined".Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

My first visit at Midas Zephyrhills and I was greated with professionalism and a smile. My mechanic David listen too my issue and was able to identify and make corrections that I approved. Midas takes advantage of women, period! Zephyrhills FL Midas sold me 4 tires, alignment and other work which I later found out by a reputable shop was unnecessary work. I tried to replace my tires with less than 15K miles on them but they refused. I've contacted the Zephyrhills Midas (3 times) and corporate office (3 times), no reply. I will post my complaint on every website I can find re: Midas. Bad business! Takes advantage of women! Maybe a class action suit is in play because of the women who posted on the Midas corporate website. Shame on Midas!Update 8/15/23. thank you for your response, however, I completed your online contact form twice with no response. Please advise. I called this morning and spoke with Joe about possibly getting some work done on my car. During the whole conversation, he was continuously interrupting and speaking over me. He would not let me finish anything I had to say.I usually have great experiences with Midas. However this experience was anything but the same. Joe was on some kind of power trip. I didn t appreciate his tone, or his attitude. Of course Midas will not care, but I will not be returning.
