I brought our 2019 Lexus NX 300 FSport to this facility for repair the day before a knee surgery I was having. Savannah was welcoming, professional and thorough with telling me they would have the car finished within 4 days and would work with me to pick up the car when I was back ony feet. Not only did they deliver on that promise, Brian the manager, delivered my car to my home perfectly cleaned up, as beautiful as the day I bought it. The repair was flawless! Also, the front desk person, Audrey was warm, welcoming and always asked how I was doing following my surgery. I would highly recommend using this business for any vehicle body repair needs!Thank you Jim Browne. Fantastic experience!!

My car was stolen for 4 days back in February and Jim Browne was the chosen establishment to get repairs done. After 6 weeks the vehicle was returned, everything looked fine on the outside. But, the car was filthy despite charging my insurance for a detail. it definitely was NOT detailed also my check engine light was on. I brought it back the same day to be looked at again. After another 2 weeks, my vehicle was returned with a HUGE chunk taken out of my door. They reported the damage and still refuse to fix it. Having to sue for damages and negligence. They claim to have video they have NEVER given me, I ve asked for it several times. They said I left without any damage even though the damage is documented over a week before it was picked up. Their guys left FOOD and ketchup packets in my car (despite charging my insurance for detailing) and they left a vape pen in my car. My Vehicle was put into the shop, and in a week they had it finshed. I've known Anton for a very long time and he's always done a great job, so I put trust in knowing the techs he has now would take great care of the car that I have now, and of course he didn't let me down! Thanks Jim Browns Auto for taking care of us, I appreciate the great work you guys did! I will refer people to guys in the in the future.

Just picked my ram 2500 up with ram boxes from Jim Brown collision after Jim Brown service let me down several times after they warrantied some work that they did Jim Brown collision Brian and his guys took care of me went above and beyond fixed my truck better than it was when I took it there repaired the problem said if there was anything else he could do if I had any issues whatsoever not to hesitate and bring it back and he would take care of it but as far as I can see right now it looks like an awesome awesome job I really think they they are just amazing up there and Brian is such a good guy and follows up with you does what he says he's going to do will never take my vehicle anywhere else but to Brian and Jim Brown collision

Had my car taken there after rearing collision The body shop did great body work but they did not inspect my drivetrain after 30 days in the shop they gave me my car back with a cut fuel intake line and a broken motor mount which was diagnosed at a different shop. My car has been having transmission problems since getting it back from Jim browns due to them not inspecting the drivetrain and seeing that my transmission was leaking fluid. I was told the burning smell was my new exhaust system working in but I'm now seeing that was my transmission burning up. From not being inspected and repaired due to the accident.

I had my vehicle in the shop for some rear bumper damage. The staff made the whole process effortless, they kept me up-to-date on any supplement work and the estimated completion date. My truck went in on May 19 this year for a muffler, bumper and visor. Got it back on August 31. The head mechanic is someone that doesn't value honesty or communication highly ! Nice try on trying to leaving your trash in my truck's bed. Unfortunately the Operation Manager is not great at being honest either, thanks for not washing my truck after three months of being outside. They are the best place to take your car! I have worked with Jim Browne Collision Center now twice. The first time they were so great at working as fast as they could and keeping me informed about the progress and made sure I understood everything they did. The second time they were great since I didn t have a rental car they were able to drop my car off at my house. That made everything so easy. Brian goes through everything and makes sure they looked and fixed everything. I will defiantly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs!

Both the manager, Brian B and his assistant Savannah C were both outstanding in taking care of my needs today. Savannah kept me up to date on the progress of my repair and when it was finished. Very happy with the results to the point of bringing in another vehicle with the same issue soon. She took the initiative to already get the process started. Would definitely recommend this location for your repairs. I hope that management recognizes them and rewards them both for their tremendous service.

I honestly wish I d read the reviews before taking the insurance companies advise on taking my car there. They ve had my car going on 3 weeks & accused me of giving them a time when I wanted the repairs done. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. What a way to treat a paying customer. Now I am having to pay for a rental out of pocket due to the lackadaisical nature of the workers. No communication, honesty, or integrity. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE JIM BROWNS COLLISION CENTER AS LONG AS I HAVE BREATH IN MY BODY! Truth be told the only reason I took my car there is because my go to shop didn t have an opening. This place has been AWFUL. Needed a side door replaced. They had our van for 2 weeks and when we picked it up the insulation was missing, battery dead, the door panels will not stay on, door is sagging and not closing correctly, and the pop window is now broken. They taped it shut with duct tape! We've been calling for 2 weeks waiting for them to "make it right", but they won't return calls. We will NEVER use them again and will NEVER recommend this place. Cannot believe they were on the GMC app. We will definitely find a quality dealership that knows what they are doing. These people do not.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came in with our baby. Staff was very booked with other repairs. Sign on door said estimates by appointment . Went in to make an appointment but female worker said she d take a look now (assuming she was someone in charge). She came out and took photos of our vehicle and got an estimate back within the next couple of days.

Recently took my vehicle for repair at Jim Browne Collision center after a rep from the parts dept asked that I give them a chance to show me that they're not like other Chevrolet dealers that I've dealt with. They wanted to earn my trust as well as my business, that didn't happen. I got an estimate for damage from them for the amount of $1209.00 and was told not to worry if insurance company wouldn't accept the amount that it is to be expected. Got approval and check for full amount. Get car scheduled for repair. Dropped car off on 3/22, was told repair would take about a week and that I would be contacted by 3/25 as a follow up and to let me know if there was any additional unforeseen damage. That call/ text never came. When I still hadn't heard anything from them by close to closing time on 3/30 I called to do my own follow up. Was told repair was done and that the following day would be cleaned and repair work would be inspected and signed off on and I would be notified once ready. Picked up the vehicle on 3/31 and was not happy with repair at all. Instead of replacing the damaged front bumper cover, at a cost of approximately $300.00, they fixed/filled the scratches in it, the body line of the repair did not match body line on the other side. They had to also replace the chrome plate around the fog light which did not fit snug like the other side did. After voicing our concerns and being told that the repair was warrantied as long as I own the car or I could leave it there for them to possibly address our concerns and get back to us. Being that I also had issues with the rental car company and the fact that insurance company only issued a rental car for a week which we were beyond and I had taken time off of work for the second time I decided to just pay and take my car. After getting home I noticed that the front license plate holder was missing from my car. And upon opening my trunk I found there was alot of leaves and dirt in it that was not there when I dropped it off. I had washed and vacuumed the car prior to dropping it off. Needless to say, I've decided to trade my vehicle on a 2020 Chevrolet truck and no Jim Browne Chevrolet did not get my business.

Brain and his staff at Jim Browne Collision Center could not have been more friendly, helpful and kept in great contact with us from beginning to end. Once our part was in, the were fast and our car looks like new. They really went above and beyond to get it right back to us as we were headed out on a trip. Everyone was very nice and treated me like if I was part of the family. When I first introduced my issue with my black Kia soul to Antawn the manager I was so nervous because my car is brand new. The manager first calm me down and explained in detailed what needed to get done and that was exactly what they did. I was very impressed with there work. The car came back to me brand new again. Thank you team for a great job. I will recommend everyone.

Fixed my Yucon, was in a bad wreck , with a front end loader.$$$ lots of damages. They fixed me back, looks like brand new. Even better.. going to get a high speed polish now .. looks great!!

Excellent service from Jim Brown Collision Center. Rocco, Alex and Larry. Over the top customer service between the front desk (Alex), the mechanic (Larry) and Rocco who kept me updated everyday on the progress of my repairs. I ll probably use them for non-accident repairs too. Great job!

One evening I smashed up my rear bumper reversing into concrete pole that was hiding in my blind spot. I reach out Jim Brown collision and spoke with Anton Bowie - he had a tow truck at my house the next morning and when I spoke to him by that early afternoon they already had all the parts ordered. It hadn't even 24 hours yet - I was impressed. He took my car under his care in about 3 to 4 days the car was ready for pickup - but I didn't need to pickup it, because he had it towed back to my house. Thats BIG because finding transportation to a place that is 45 min away is not easy. The car looked brand new. The price was more than fair but even better was the service - top notch.

I have dealt with this body shop several times and each time have been positively impressed with the quality of service and how quickly the jobs have been done. Anton is detail oriented and able to handle high end vehicle work. Alex at the front desk is efficient and personable. This is a superior body shop.

Very disappointed. The estimate we received was double the other two estimates that we received. Check with the Manager of the Body Shop who provided us with the estimate. Macco did a terrific job repairing our car at half the price your Manager quoted.It is very interesting that you have no record on file regarding the estimate that I received. The estimate was provided to me by Rocco Rosato. Please see photo attached.
