From Canada leaving in a few days and the air-conditioning in my 2023 F150 was not working. Called FORD and they could not see me for over a week. Googled and Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair was first. Called and he said 30 minutes and he could see my truck. Arrived filled out the info on my truck, went for a short walk came back and fixed NC. John was very efficient and told me not to worry they will get to the problem. Tech M Mendez knew exactly what to look for. I was home in about an hour. Great honest service. If you need a personal touch go to Ice Cold Air Discount. Tx guys

I brought my camaro in and had to have the radiator checked as the temperature gauge was reading hot! I'm so glad someone in my Mobile Home Park referred me to Ice Cold Air Discount Auto Repair. I finally found a mechanic that is trustworthy, honest and repairs are fairly priced. It's so hard to find a reputable mechanic.

They will try to rip you off!!! Yes i needed all of that done. But i went to another mechanic and he saved me over 3000 dollars on that price. Look at the tires alone. 4 new tires they quoted 1000, i ended up getting them for 650 at mavis tire. Ridiculous how some people will try to take advantage of people.

This isn't a fancy shop but the service is first class all the way. They are kind,efficient,professionals whom I hold in high regard. I will definitely trust them with all of my maintenance on my Mercedes.

I'll begin by saying that our experiences with this location have been fantastic until the location was overtaken by new management recently. 2 months ago we took our vehicle in for an oil change & tire rotation & was told there are 2 oil leaks, but not to worry about them. They seemed more concerned about changing my air cabin filter, which wasn't even dirty. We gave them a second chance thinking that maybe it was just a fluke & took our vehicle in again to have it checked out due to the fan running after the vehicle is turned off. First, we were charged $173 for a DIAGONISTIC TEST! We could've taken it to the dealership for a $99 diagnostic test. They then claimed that they "think" they know what the problem "could" be & wanted to charge us another $1500 for work that may not even fix the problem. They claimed that oil was "pouring" onto the alternator. Then when confronted about it, they changed their tune & said "well, I guess that was a bad choice of words". When asked if they checked the cooling system or any other obvious troubleshooting reasons, they did not! We're NOT spending $1500 on something that "may" fix the problem. We no longer hold any trust in that location & with their staff. When Shawn ran that location, he made his customers feel welcome & provided honest & good service. That feel is long gone. The new folks running that place don't know their heads from their butts (no offense to the hard-working mechanics, who looked unhappy, but are just following their marching orders). Hopefully others are having a better experience than we are. We won't be going back there!PS: I checked my CARFAX this morning & they put in that they replaced the radiator fan, when all they did was a diagnostic test! DISHONEST!! Now it's going to take an arm & leg to fix that too!

Visiting Zepherhills Florida and my AC quit working. Looked for AC repair shops and found this one. Was told by Hyundai dealer that they couldn t even check my AC until end of March or middle of April. I called this shop and the owner Shawn asked how soon I could get there. He checked my AC to diagnose the problem and I needed a new AC compressor and they could order it and install the next day. Very pleased with the service and now I have Ice Cold Air

Shawn and his staff are very helpful and friendly! Outstanding customer service! I went initially for an A/C leak, they quickly and competently made the right diagnosis and repaired only what was needed. They do so much more. I take my car here for every oil change so they can help me stay on top of any other maintenance or repairs needed. Great value and customer service. I feel good sending my daughter there with her car because I know they will look out for her. I m not just a customer, I m a fan

I had numerous fault lights on in my truck and ice cold air was able to resolve them all to get me back on the road quickly. The price was fair with excellent customer service and high quality work. Oh my 2001 F250 239,000 miles been parked for a few weeks my daughter was driving this vehicle I was looking for a good service shop to take my vehicle to when I stumble across some good reviews I drove my vehicle to Ice cold air which is only less than a mile away from my house I met with Sean the owner and I have to say I found one of the best and honest mechanics broke it down nice and easy told me what needed to get repaired and replace the water pump serpentine belt pulley fixed exhaust leak fix the blower motor for the air conditioner he also replace the resistor that I had bought the truck is old and needs to be maintained But I know for sure that this is the only place I will take my vehicles to from now on thank you Sean for being honest and thank you for being my new mechanicServices: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto A/C replacement, Oil change

I've been a customer here for almost 11yrs and I have never had a bad experience. I can't say enough good things about Ice Cold Air and the manager Shawn! Shawn is very polite, kind, understanding, honest and just an all around great guy! He explains everything and tells you what needs to be fixed and any issues that were found. He will go above and beyond to help if he can in anyway. I would definitely recommend going here for any of your car needs, issues, or maintenance. Shaw ( the owner) and his staff are very knowledgeable mechanics. Whenever I need my cars looked at I will only go to ice cold air. Their prices, professionalism is beyond reproach. Highly recommend Ice Cold Air. I personally know the Owner and she and her staff have always done quality, honest work on our family vehicles. If I could give them no stars I would. Don t waste your time or money. I took my vehicle there to get the ac fixed. It was blowing but not cold. I was told it was low on Freon that they didn t a recharge to it and it was working but the put dye in to see if there was a leak. Was told to come back in 2-3 days to check for the leak. When we took it back 3 days later they never even worked on my car it sat there all day. They didn t even call is we just went back to see what was going on at 5pm and the couldn t even find our keys wanting us to leave it over the weekend. I have since taken it back three more times we they keep telling me to bring it back. They told me it was my blender door that was broke and fixed it. Again they put more dye and same thing was told to bring it back. Which I did and say thing it still doesn t work. I she spent well over $300 and several hours of my time with no resolution. The last time they told me bring it back and we will run a diagnostics test to see why it s not working. To me that should have bend done the first time. I m not going to waste any more time or money with this place as I m going to go to another place so I can get my ac fixed right. Also I m not sure how knowledgeable they are as the owner was telling us one thing and the mechanic was telling us a different thing. Even the amount of Freon that should be in my car. So who is right the mechanic or the owner?

I brought one of my trucks and a van to Ice Cold and they worked on not only the AC, but the brakes and did a tune-up as well. Professional, kind, (provided a ride back to work!), and fair. I have found that open communication is key, even when it might not be great news, and have gotten that from Ashley and company! Stay as far from this place as you can. They did some work on my daughters cars cooling system and left it running to test the work and forgot to check it and it blew the head gasket. They tried to claim it was blown before it got there but the car ran fine except for the overheating issue. When we told them we weren't having the head gasket repaired at the shop they refused to put the car back together after testing it. These photos are how they left it after $850 dollars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I started with having my AC replaced, and found they do all mechanical repairs. Use them faithfully, and highly recommend to everyone looking for car repairs. Honest, great service, SUPER mechanics, honest, reasonable prices and Shawn is AWESOME!

I will always bring my car here for any service it needs. I found them because my ac stopped working. Every oil change they look over your car and make sure you are safe on the road. Rip off.. talked to one of the mechanics and scheduled an appointment. My 17 year old son took my truck in because I was out of town. They knew this because I scheduled the app and let them know my son would be bringing in the truck..ac is blowing hot airMy son calls me with an estimate of over 3k .. I told him to tell them no and to go get my car. I called down there to make sure they don't do any of the work. The receptionist states that we still owe her 435? For what exactly? She said because they had to freon in the truck to find the leak and that my son agreed to this.Wow.. anyway I told her they should have called me and a 17 year old can't agree to work on vehicle he doesn't own. Anyway she said well we will just suck out all of the coolant we put in.. I asked her why was it going to be 3000? She said because my clutch was burned and I had a leak and needed a new compressor.Mind you this is my 3rd estimate.The last estimate I got the company said it would take 900 to fix the AC .I always get 3 or 4 estimates before giving the ok.We got the truck didn't pay anything because they didn't do anythingI guess maybe they pick and choose when what group of people they want to be honest withIf you don't fit the look stay away.In my opinion

Love this place. Sawn and his staff are very professional. My AC went out on my return from Ft Lauderdale last weekend and took it for an inspection last Monday. Immediately, they found out my blower motor needed to be replaced and also my clutch compressor. Sawn only charged me to replace my blower motor and not the compressor since he had replaced this in the past. Honesty goes a long way in my book and highly recommend going to this shop for car problems. Their prices are very competitive as well. Shawn and his crew really took care of us. I have always felt like I am taken advantage of at repair shops. Not so here. They are In the middle of doing an air conditioner leak test. I m going back tomorrow to get a replacement lightbulb and to follow up with the AC repair. They did more than just fill the coolant and send me on my way. They actuallyWant to get to the root of the problem. I am very pleased with the service they have provided. Got my oil changed and coolest cleaned and flushed, I have been to a couple other places and they are honest as to what needs done. Never any pressure to do it, unless it needs it. While waiting for my car Shawn spoke to customers, was very kind and honest. Even offered discounts to owner. One person hasn't driven car three months, and took it to three other places. He was happy to tell the car owner the good news.
