If I could give a higher rating , I would. This place was recommended by American Muscle cars to have work done on my 2017 Mustang GT. To be quite honest I had my own reservations about this company! I called the day before my appointment to be sure I still had a reservation and was told by a very nice guy that he would see me this morning at 9:00 am. When I arrived I was greeted by the same gentleman that I spoke to yesterday. He told me I would be on the lift in a few minutes. John, my technician, came over to me and introduced himself and told me he would be I stalling my new lights. He put pads on the lift as not to scratch the frame of my car. Wow, never saw that before. He installed the new lights in a short period of time and asked if he could inspect the entire under side of my car to be sure all was ok? He found 2 pieces of plastic that was not properly attached to the car and provided the fasteners to secure the pieces. I asked to pay for these fasteners and he refused to let me pay. He backed the car out of the garage and checked to see if the new lights worked as they should and then asked me to approve his work? In all my days I have never had this kind of service at any auto service place I have ever been to.Thanks to you all at High Caliber Automotive in Z hills, fl.

John is extremely knowledgeable on just about everything . He certainly can work on my vehicles. F-150 and my 96 mustang convertible . He's my go to guy . No complaints whatsoever .

The guys at High Caliber have worked on my truck a couple of times now. I would and do recommend them to friends. Quick turn around and have always been happy with the quality of their work.

Ordered a tow hitch on a Friday, said they would have by Monday. Nope, said was in wrong truck would have for Tuesday. Went back Tuesday, called about 3 hours later, won t have for a week ! Found another hitch, brought car back on Wends. am, been 2 1/2 hrs, still haven t started! My suggestion, if from out of town, go somewhere else!

Went in on Thursday and got a written estimate. Labor was $250. They marked the exact brand and part# of fuel pump up from $153 to over $250. At O'Reillys. We bought it ourselves because the labor warranty was only 3 months. We called and told them we did and it was in the backseat of the truck. We dropped it off on Monday and when we picked it up, the labor was $300!! Why? When I called and asked, they said if you buy the parts, labor goes up to $120!?!?!? EXACT SAME PART! I said how does that change the labor, he said just the labor rate! He said we gotta make money to keep the doors open!!! He said theres a sign in their shop we shouldve read!! Thats why we got the estimate! The time for labor was exactly the same, just more money!!! Or he could've told me that when I called and said I was buying the part!! Deceiving!!! What if I only had $250? They wouldn't have let me have my truck!! Very disappointed!! Wont use again or recommend!!! My name was not on the invoice! Saw that used to try and discredit someones review!

***BEWARE*** HIGH CALIBER AUTO MOTIVE IN ZEPHYRHILLS HAS screwed me over!!! With my charger! I brought it in for a spark plug change and ended up with my engine blown! Before that I had a sending unit issue and 900$ later still a issue!! now on my truck! (Tahoe) I've spent 1k last week on fuel system I brought it to them on 7-18-23 and told them please drop the tank and check sending unit in my truck also and I believe the charcoal canister is bad after having my truck all day the claimed it was just a valve charged me 134.75 after them calling me telling me the sending unit is fine it measures right amount of gas!! I went straight to gas station and tried to get gas well every 2$ it clicked still! so I brought it back on 7-20-23 and they said charcoal canister that was 380.86 ok so I'm thinking that was all the issues well! I still couldn't fill my gas tank past a quarter of a tank so I brought it back on 7-26-23 the kept it up until today 8-03-23 charged me 250.00 just for labor I bought part online so when I first brought it to them and told them my concerns they pretty much brushed it off and fixed one issue at a time and charged me 250 in labor 2 times when they could have fixed all the issues at once! The guy up there not David not John but the other mechanic was rude and disrespectful He told me the tank is dropped and we don't have the part and now it's our problem when we could fixed it now but I'm explaining to him I don't have $300 to buy a fuel pump that I can buy online for 80 bucks I'm a single mom and he's like well now it's our problem and I told him if you would have fixed all this the first time you dropped the tank I wouldn't have had to come out of pocket $1,000 when it could have been a 500 to $600 fix He goes not me!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! P.S I AM VERY DUMB FOR GOING BACK AFTER CAR BUT I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL Customer to them for 7 years and they played me! On multiple things I will never go back! The owner takes no accountability for what his workers do so I'm done. He's just as rude! This is things that has happened to me in the last few weeks!! Just beware!!!

2012 Toyota Sequoia - I wanted a Y-pipe and muffler installed. A call to ask for a quote and made the appointment. Dropped off and they pulled it in for a look at what needed to be accomplished. The tech told me they would give me a call when complete and I headed off to get a few things done. Drove by an hour later and it was being parked outside and finished. Paid for the work and it was the same price quoted! Would recommend and will use them in the future.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

Super nice and genuine people that don t want to just take your money they actually want to help and give you the best possible price. Took my husbands car here twice to get fixed. The second time David assisted us and he was great. Very communicative and their job was quick but well done. Will keep taking our caes to them.

Made an appointment for 9am.I was there at 8:45.3pm car was not done.therd ware no one .when I go there in the morning.I drove back home.when back and got it done next day.They did a lousy job.Ans the pipe still hitting the frame.wsnt to charge over $240I told them my estimate was $168Man!!!not good.

I had a bad experience at high caliber with one of the employees and his lying, it was completely ridiculous. One of those mechanics you always heard of that would just try and screw people over. Thankfully manager John was able to help. It would be nice to actually talk to the owner about it, because someone like that is a bad person to keep employed. Thank you John for helping and thanks to the actual guy that did the exhaust work

Unreliable guys there had my car for almost a week and all they did was tell me that my car needs a tune up, 90% sure that's not my cars problem. 1/5 stars because all I've seen done to it in 4 days is they turned it around in the parking spot it was in

I had my transmission fluid and filter changed just before I left on a long trip. Little did I know the transmission was leaking do to what looked like a quick sloppy job. I took it to a auto repair shop to get it fixed for another big expense bill. They showed me the terrible job High Caliber did and why it was leaking. I called High Caliber Automotive and they refused to compensate me for anything. Never going there again.

High Caliber Auto is awesome. They fixed my leaky exhaust before I could even call for a ride home. They were busy but looked at it right away. I thought I was going to be there all day. They had it fixed immediately. I was thinking the worst and Chris reassured me it was no big deal. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you High Caliber.Service: Exhaust

This is my first time having my car here. And even though my car is still there, it is not a bad reflection on them but rather a great one. My car's problem has been a great puzzle for them, again, not a bad reflection on them but rather typical of my make and model. They are very determined to figure it out, spending a lot of time just on my car when they have so many others to work on as well. They could have easily told me to take it somewhere else but instead they continue the battle against my car and it's mysterious problem. They call me every day with updates, sometimes multiple times a day. I definitely would recommend this place! They definitely care about getting the job done and done right. And at a very fair cost!

I took my daughter s car here from another local mechanic that could not fix the AC and actually charged us when he drilled a hole in part of AC component. I was at the end of my rope! Carley in the office was absolutely wonderful and both mechanics David and Jared have saved us so much heartache with the car! They got the AC running perfectly and fixed several other issues as well! So thankful we found an honest and dependable shop with great customer service!

Thought I really found my new auto mechanic after dealing with them. Unfortunately the guy (not owner) I ended up dealing with was not at all customer friendly. And when my car had same issue 1 day after they "fixed" it, I was completely ignored after several attempts to contact them.

I just want to start off by saying how pleased I am with the professionalism that this business has to offer and that's starting with Carly. Each and every time I had an issue Carly was very understanding and took care of any problem that I had even when most shops would have probably just said "not my problem" and took the business and ran. Taking care of customers is how a business grows and strives and that starts with the person answering the phone so Carly thank you again. The owner Rodney said to me that he started his business because he was tired of people being taken advantage of and this shop walks the walk and talks the talk. Rodney was even so kind to give me a ride home when I had no other way there so thank you for that man. John (the mechanic) did and excellent job on my vehicle as well and from what I noticed he takes pride in his work and was a very nice man to talk with. Hands down the best shop in Zephyrhills and I highly recommend you check them out. Thanks again guys and take care.

Horrible place. Don't take your car there. They overcharge. I am a woman so they really took advantage of me. They kept my car 4 days. Trust me.

Had a flat tire that needed filled up, come to find out it had a hole, he patched it up, gave me air and out the door, didn't even have to wait, excellent service you don't run into anymore.

High caliber is an honest shop that does amazing work. They are in constant communication with you about your repair from availability of parts to time frame as well as estimates while they are doing the work.
