I am a veteran who has been using mobility scooters for quite some time. I had switched to Freedom Scooters for my new scooter. The service is fantastic, they explained the features perfectly and have gone way above expectations on service afterwards. By far the best store I have ever dealt with. Their follow up is wonderful.

I live in Valrico, so its always a drive to get my wife's mobility equipment serviced. I had gone to another place in tampa and had a horrible experience. I found Freedom supply and from the first interaction I knew that I found an amazing place. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. They were also beyond competitive in price . Oakley was the person who helped with my vehicle lift and I cant say how great He is. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make my experience the best I've ever had with a mobility provider. I will never go anywhere else for my DME needs again. To the owner, you run an amazing business with great people and you deserve the best review possible. Thank you for all you do and supporting our veterans!

Best Customer Service I have ever had...PERIOD! My Mom's Bruno Power Chair Lift needed a critical part, that was on it's last legs. I called after business hours. They were closed but Carol still picked up the phone. She knew exactly what I was talking about and put me in touch with Dave to see if he had the part, or had to order it? He was also very knowledgeable about Bruno lifts and knew exactly what lift I had and which part I needed. He said he thought there was one out back but they've been closed over an hour, and asked if it was urgent? I said I'd call back during business hours....The next day although they were very busy and Dave was on a service call, Tony had already found the exact part I needed on a spare unit they had in stock. He said he'd be happy to remove that one for me so I did not have to wait to get one from the Manufacturer, and risk our lift failing. I said I'm an hour away, I'll leave right now. Tony said that's a long drive if it would be more convenient he would ask Carol to ship it to me and I could send a check back at my convenience. Who could ask for better service? Thankyou Freedom Scooter, can't wait to Thank You folks in person next time I am in need of a Mobility Item!

Couldn't ask for nicer people. Had an emergency and needed a wheelchair with extensions ASAP. Had me out of there is less than half an hour with a loaner chair. Highly recommend them. Great place.

Looking for a good scooter is work, at least I think I researched so many many mobile scooter. I wanted to get something that would work for me. The people here were very kind. When I decide I may check back with them.

They DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE. The store is dirty and cluttered. Staff was not helpful when I asked about a simple replacement part. They said there was none available, but if they found it, that it would be expensive. I found the part they said was virtually non-existent... online for FIVE dollars!!!If you're looking for parts or anything that doesn't involve purchasing one of their over-priced mobility apparatuses, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Maybe they're more attentive to customers who are looking to make a CASH purchase, because as I said, they do not accept insurance.

Too bad you can't give 0 stars. They came out to my family members house to install a lift .And was smoking pot on the job. I am reported it to the VA. Yet they are still in business .The smell was so bad coming off the man who owns the company I nearly puked .
