A great shop run with integrity. We had issues with our kymco scooter. Upon diagnosis we opted to wait on the repair until we were feeling a little more flush as far as cash goes. Mike, the owner, not only took his time explaining the issue, but was also completely supportive and understanding of our decision to wait. He was extremely fair on the cost of diagnosing. We will definitely bring the scooter back within the year for the repairs to be completed. His staff was friendly and helpful, with none of the "biker" attitude that is unfortunately common at many dealerships and shops. Very happy we found them and we plan to utilize their services exclusively in the future.

No complaints,they got my bike running like a champ great people great svc and my bike was in shambles!!!! kuddos to the mechanic -2006 Yamaha vstar classic ,this is definitely my go to place from here on out

Very friendly service with excellent knowledge of all motorcycles. If you need any parts or have questions about your motorcycle this is the place to visit. If they dont have it in stock they will order it and always get it fast.

It s been awhile since I had work done on my bike and didn t get around to a review until now. I brought in a 2006 Harley Road king and wanted a hydraulic cam tensioner installed. Turn around was within 4 days and pricing was very reasonable. I enjoyed conversation with the owner. Will definitely be going back to them in the future. Very happy with work performed. Looking for parts for my E Scooter Tires but they didn't carry them they tried to find supplier but they are primarily a motorcycle parts and repair shop but they were willing to get me to a shop where I might have better luck with suggestions and other bike shops. Made me feel better and relieved the stress of not having to order them

After they had my four wheeler for 4 months they did some minor repairs that did not make a bit of difference. Initially stated labor costs would be 79.99/hr. After countless times of no communication finally the mechanic came to the conclusion they couldn t fix my Grizzly 600. $1181 later I have it home and it s worse than when it went. Thank you for ripping me off.

Brought a vest from one week ago, wanted to return it after three days. Unable to the owner indicated it was on clearance, no ware in the showing clearance sell. Do gave my receipt and have not worn the jacket. Bad service.

Took my bike in for a new rear tire and oil change.They found a spacer missing in my rear and a couple other issues. They fixed them and even called to get my permission before hand which is great! Overall a good experience, affordable priced and courteous. Would recommend

I took my Bike there and they did their best to get my bike back to me as fast as they could. I heard bad things from one person but two of my friends reccommended them. I am glad I took my Bike there and I will continue to use them in the future. Sometimes you have to find out for yourself just don't believe one person do the research I am happy I did. The costs were very affordable and not a arm and a leg. Keep up the Great work affordable

Spoke with the owner, Mike. Completely honest throughout the process. Took about 3-5 days for them to get back to me with what was wrong with motorcycle, but they ran a lot of tests to ensure they could tell me exactly what was wrong.Mike even gave recommendations on everything.Would recommend.Service: Engine repair

Harley headlight wouldn't shut off with ignition turned off, happened last night. Took it to AMS This morning at 930am when they opened, got a call at 330pm that bike is ready!!!!! Thank God for last min cancelation!!!! Had. Mess of wiring that i thought would take forever, Mike the owner and crew were incredible and it was very reasonable!!!!THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB......WILL BE BACK AGAIN 100%!!!!Service: Electrical repair

Dropped off a set of dirt bike rims to have the tires removed for powder coat, they cracked not just one rim but both rims. I politely called to let them know and they said it s Pre-existing and they would not do anything about it. Will never bring anything back to them againService: TiresService: Tires

Went to get my bike fix had to leave a deposit to order parts. They are to call when parts show up that was Nov 2. So far nothing. Not a word. Going to go and get my deposit back or see what they going to do. Update to my review Yes they did do the work and seems so far a great job. I will use them again if needed too. only thing was left hanging when the job was going to get done.

Purchased two Apollo dirt bikes for Christmas. Reasonable price compared to local shops. I did have one little problem with one bike when I went to pick it up but was fixed and ready to ride. Everyone was knowledgeable and polite.

The machanic was cought stealing my clutch. And I had to take my bike away from them and finnish the repairs my self. I still paid the 950 dollar bill .. I putt my bike back together and did not know that they swapped my clutch with a worn out clutch, until I discovered that they left a pin out of a gear inside the clutch cover. They ripped me off. So Don't get ripped off.. go elsewhere.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Tires, Brake service & repair

I gave my CRF 450 to them for a carbrator rebuild or replace. But they stole the clutch and replaced it with a worn clutch.. I cought them when I discovered that they left out a pin in a gear inside the clutch cover. I literally walked in and cought the machanic removing the valve cover .. why? So I had them put the parts that were still off when I walked in, in a box and I had to put it back together my self. They basically totally destroyed my bike. I just gave it away and had to buy a new bike. This happened after I had bought 2 brand new 4 wheelers and many other mods for the 4 wheelers. So trust me this is a place that will rip you off.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Tires

It was my privilege to have these gentleman work on my bike. I came in for a front wheel bearing, leaky brakes, fork seals, and a back tire. Everyone was very easy to work with and the repairs are flawless. Thank you very much.

Awesome ! Had a Issue with a trike kit conversion, which without hesitation they said No problem we can take care of that for you.. And Yes They did.. Had been to a couple places to align this trike kit with No luck-Have only ridden 20 mi's or so, But for a trike kit think this is The Best it can or will be-Thank You AMS We will be seeing you againService: Wheel alignment

I called today about a repair job I needed done on a very old motorcycle. I'm not brilliant when it comes to these matters and often feel stupid when asking questions. The man that answered the phone was very kind and helpful and didn't contribute to the array of things that make my day ever so hard to deal with. He offered good advice and was very helpful,These guys have great customer service and awesome prices you should check them out!No I was not paid to say this!

There were 4 things i thought needed to be fixed on my bike. I asked them to give me a price to fix them. They said they needed to look at it to give me a estimate and there was "NO COST" to do so. I dropped the bike off and a week later received a 350 plus estimate to repair 3 of the 4 items. I thought the estimate was too high to replace the start shaft spring, fix a break line, and clean the carburetor. When I went to pick up the bike, I received a bill for them looking at the bike. They had the items listed that I told them was wrong with it upfront on a bill. They called it a diagnostic fee... 85 dollars. BEWARE!!!! ASK FOR ALL COSTS UP FRONT AND ***GET IT IN WRITING.***** STAY AWAY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!

Let me just say this-If they have a bike that you are interested in, get it. The people at this establishment are so considerate and customer oriented that I felt like I was receiving first class service on an airplane.Not only did I receive a very reasonable deal for my new 800cc Suzuki Boulevard, I also had asked for a favor- which was to help me get acquainted with my new Bike. Mike and Dave both assisted me with all of my concerns and questions and Mike even watched me handle the heavy bike and gave me tips/pointers on how to feel more comfortable, as well as some places around the area where I could practice and feel more comfortable.I feen invigorated and I dont think i'd be so happy with my purchase if not for the generous deal provided to me as well as the excellent customer service. Thank you very much Mike and Dave!

Buying our second bike from AMS. Their staff is very helpful. The bike we are currently in process of purchasing had issues and they are taking care of it no charge.
