Wednesday March 27 around 5:30p I stopped in to buy a windshield wiper blade. The sign says free windshield wiper replacement but as I started to walk to the counter one of the cashiers magically disappeared so they would not have to replace it for me. No problem! I m disabled so that makes it a little more special. If you re a disabled veteran stay away from these people PERIOD!

Great people, very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought 3 wiper blades, they offered to install them for me witch they did with a smile. Thank you.

Amazing customer service! Javi was awesome! Knowledgeable and friendly. He resolved my complex warranty issue during a busy time, always with a patient , pleasant attitude. I'm very grateful.

Every time I go in there the employees are busy stocking shelves or talking to other people or on the phone and they won't even acknowledge that I'm in there; they are very helpful when they do help you and the store is well organized and cleaned

The competitor across the way was so rude I decided to give this store a try. I m not from the area and I was not familiar with this company. Walked in and a nice gentleman by the name of Carl let me know he will be right with me. He helped me get the car battery I needed and installed it. Appreciate him so much and the good customer service I received there at the location. Definitely recommending this store and Carl from now on.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!We went in looking for what we felt sure would be some 'dealer only' parts.But, thanks to the folks at this store we're saving a bunch of money not having to buy the parts at the dealer!There were several people waiting in line when we walked in, but nobody seemed bothered by the wait.Most folks that visit auto parts stores know the amount of work the staffers have to do. The employees are always answering phone calls while in the middle of helping someone right in front of them. In addition to helping customers in the store, they have to run outside to assist customers by putting in new car batteries, windshield wipers, running diagnostics and various other outside duties.On many occasions, I feel for these folks, knowing they're multi-tasking to the max! We owe them a lot of praise!From behind the Commerical Desk, Courtney saw the lineup and came to our rescue. LOLShe immediately gained control over the situation and made sure everyone was acknowledged and steered to someone for help. My buddy and I stepped over to be helped by Courtney herself. She was really professional and knowledgeable. She quickly found the parts in the system that we were needing, but they weren't in stock. We could get them as early as next day. But, at least, no need for us to get dealer sticker shock!Turns out we were very honest with her, stating we were hoping to get the parts now and be able to complete the repairs asap. She understood and recommended a competitor who just might have the parts in stock. We appreciated that very much!We left, went to the competitor. They didn't have the parts in stock, either. Plus, the cost there was more. So, we went back to Advanced. Courtney was on break, so Robert helped us. We went ahead and ordered the parts, at a fair price and were told barring any delays caused by the in-progress Hurricane Nicole, the parts would be in next day.The parts did come in next day and all is good.Thanks to Advance Auto Parts, Courtney and Robert!

Had a great experience. Nice guy helped me figure out what power blower I needed for my 2014 Nissan rogue. Was nice to me even though I didn t know the model of the car and used his expertise to figure it out for me and get me the right blower. I fixed my a/c and I feel happier than ever. You know how that is here in Florida haha Kudos to the employee that helped me and Advanced Auto! Thank you!

I ordered a several parts online. Placed the order and arrived at the Zephyrhills location within 30 minutes. They had already had the order ready and waiting for my arrival. I had forgotten that I needed some extra parts that needed to go with the part that I had just ordered online. Mike was the employee who helped me and went above and beyond to make sure that I understood how the parts worked and what problems that I might run into when installing it. It makes difference when they have the experience and knowledge can give you tips on how to avoid potential problems. Thanks again

The store is kept clean and accessable to handicapped with wide aisle and plenty of light.they probably have everything you need,but the staff don't no where it is and the other guy hasn't seen it but the computer SAYS we got 3..smh They only know what the computer says they have very little or no inclining about cars or how to fix them.Good thing they sell CHILTON'S manuals.

I would never work with this store again. After ordering a part and being told that I could pick up the part anytime after 1pm. I went to the store location at 2:30 the part never arrived from from either delivery route and I was provide lie after lie of the part delivery. The local stores here are not professional and have no appreciation for their customer time or needs. I would suggest ordering your part online then deal with the lack of service from this supply chain.

We needed the staff to look at a truck and run a diagnostic test on it before we bought it. They were awesome. The employee stayed and worked with us to come up with a parts list of the items we needed to purchase. Will definitely be going back. Great job!!

Apparently the kid is new and limited on his knowledge to find parts not immediately listed for him.He found the right fuel filter after multiple prompts from me. Several times I had to give the information. It seemed his listening skills were not focused.

The advance in Zephyrhills, off of Gills I believe, is the absolute worst advance I've been to. I'm a mobile mechanic so I go to alot of different stores, but never had as bad of experience as this store. They didn't know how to find parts on the computer I had to show them, they took over 30 min to pull brake rotors and pads, helping other customers that came in before they finished helping me. After waiting so long I eventually just got my money refunded and went to auto zone. Will never go back to that specific advance auto parts store.

Usually have what I need. If they don't, they will usually by the next day. Friendly staff, well stocked shelves. Great prices. Thanks for all you do, guys!!!

This business has gone so down hill! Their customer services isn't bad it's nonexistent. Went in this afternoon to exchange a part (I was given the wrong one yesterday) they didn't have the same one in stock so the counter person( Donna) brings back the more exspensive model and proceeds to ring it up and gives me a total. I was floored. Add that with their other employees gossiping about other employees. This is a store I frequented regularly. They have had a ton of management changes as well as staff. None has been for the better. Hope they get it together. I won't be returning.
