Finally a manager of a car service company that doesn t try to rip you off. Jonis is the manager and was very honest, gave me options on tires and provided great customer service. Now I finally have a place that I trust to take care of my cars.(dealership and another local service place that was not so good at all) Highly recommend this place!

I've been using Tire Outlet in Yulee since they opened. Jonis and the crew are professional, fast, and pleasant to work with, from small jobs like oil changes and other regular maintenance to full suspension upgrades and tire mounting and balancing on high performance custom wheels - without scratches! Highly Recommended.

Went in to to have the rear passenger tire looked at for a possible nail. Sure enough it was a nail, would have fixed it but opted to buy 4 new tires because it was almost time anyways. Jonis the store manager is a great guy and delivers unbelievable customer service. Can't go wrong here for your tire/auto needs!

Very professional staff and a job well done for my vehicle. Tire rotation and oil change was done quickly and with an appointment, I only had time to watch half of an episode of shark tank in the very clean waiting room. Great job excellent service.

The people at this tire store are just the best. We were on a road trip from CT to FLA and needed a flat fix. They couldn t have been nicer about such a small service. They took us right in and got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The crew also checked out other tires and made sure we were good to go. Thank you so much Jonis Fejzo, (store manager) and your great team! Totally professional operation. Would go back in a heartbeat!

I was in today with needing a patch for my tire. I was in and out very quickly. The manager Jonis was helping me and they fixed my tire for free it was a very nice surprise considering my husband was just in a week ago needing all new tires for his truck and as you can imagine that wasn t a cheap expense, then having this happen to my tire just a week later .highly recommend! Thank you!

Jonis was extremely helpful and understood our situation. He quickly changed the tire that had a blow out after it hit a pothole on 95 and got us on our way home. I greatly appreciate the quick service.

There is a few good people that work at this face that I'm very impressed. Especially a young man Carl Lindsey. He has done an exceptional job on both of my vehicles. Now that his name is out there. That's the one I would choose.

Live around the block from this place and I love it! They are very professional and honest about prices. Its the only place I feel comfortable taking my car now. Ive gone for tire replacements, alignments, oil changes, and every experience has been great!

Very great pricing for the service... The only place I could find near me that does 26 inch wheels and I am glad I found them... I will be back and lobby was like a lounge with free wifi and TV that actually works... Lol. I recommend this place to anyone with large rims that need services ..

Bought tires a year or so. Had rd hazard on all tires. Had punchcard side wall after 13,000 miles. They said since they make that tire no more I had to by another of brand. I argued my point but lost needed a tire. Said I would never be back. But wife went back with a vibration in steering wheel. Rebalanced tires and alignment. She paid for it. Still good vibration. Young lady said we will need to check are alignment machine and get back to you, if it could not be fixed just tell us.

My wife had an appointment for four new tires to be put on and still waited 3 hrs then drove away and the wheel sensor came on when they told her they was going to replace them, so she had to return and get it fixed, so my complaint is they need to be more attention to detail, we'll see if we return in the future .

Had some work done to my truck and one of the parts that was replaced failed. I brought it back and jonis had it fixed and back to me within a hour. They stand by their work and their customer service is amazing

I actually wante to give 4 1/2 stars but its not an option. I never give 5 stars because everyone have room for improvement. Great service as usual. I walked in with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out with no problem. While rotating my tire they located a nail and removed and fixed my tire.

yule fl Phil and janus run this store are top notch! Professional they stand behind there work i had problems with my car had to keep bring it back to get it done and they kept working on it to get it right until it was right . they want there customs to be happy and come back and when you fine guys like that that's ware you want to go to get your work done and know they can be trusted to do that for you stop in and see them they will make you happy and be part of the family good job guys keep it up .
