Great place and legit people. I had a great experience even if I came in for issues with the car. I they took good care of me and the car and I had something that was easily fixed and they did it for free.Go see BILL he's a trip

I had a great experience at Tuffy Winter Springs. I d called around to shops in the area about replacing my brake pads and rotors, and Jason at Tuffy took the time to talk through all of the possibilities with me, including pricing. I drove over right away, and they were able to fit me in for a free inspection of the status of my brakes. They then gave me the exact price for fixing my brakes (which was the best price I d received in the area). They had availability right then, so I left my car there and received a call 2 hours later to let me know my vehicle was ready. Ralph talked me through everything that had been done, and let me know that the pricing was actually slightly less than it was originally. Both Jason and Ralph were kind, helpful, and honest, which is not always easy to find. I received great service for my car AND great overall customer service. Thank you, Jason and Ralph! I will definitely be back.

I was in tire hell and another tire shop suggested I go to Tuffy. I went there and met with Bill. He gave me a couple of options, and didn t try to hard sell me on the more expensive one. I ended up just having them switch the damaged tire with the spare. They were quick, efficient and super polite. This isn t too standard for repair shops as most people are yelling at them. I was in there and didn t notice ANY dissatisfied customers. When my repair was done, I went to pay expecting at least a half hour of labor. Bill gave me my bill with 0 s on it and said don t worry about it. It s on us today. I was shocked as this has never happened to me before! I was driving home thinking about it and I believe Bill might have heard me say I had back surgery a couple of weeks before, which I had. He showed grace when he didn t have to. We should all be this way. So, Tuffy has gained a new customer for life. I will also send everyone I know there, including my 5 driving age kids who are always asking me for a good mechanic.

Went in for an oil change and a valve cover gasket replacement. They took care of my car in less than 2hrs. I even got the check engine light and ABS light issue addressed. So glad to find quality mechanics who really want to help and not just take my money. Thanks guys!!

When I tell you awesome I mean awesome!!!! Ralph and his team were so open, honest, and informative about every process of the services I received. I can definitely tell they take pride in their work and care a lot for their clients. I will definitely be returning with my other vehicles and telling all my family how great they are. Most importantly they are truly affordable.

Great shop for all my needs! They really helped me a couple months ago with a diagnostic when another body shop claimed they didn t cause the mechanical issues with my car, but Tuffys was able to prove that they did! They fixed my car up and I was able to get my insurance to cover the body shops mistake. They know what they are doing and what my cars needs are.

Just other day, I woke up to a flat on my Jeep. Thankfully, Ralph Ramos graciously tended to my tire quickly. I was in and out within thirty minutes and back on the road. Thank you for the professional service Ralph! Next time you have tire needs, consider Tuffy.

Have been taking my car to Tuffy Winter Springs for over two years now. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They do not try and upsell you. I like that they are local and competitively priced. Ralph was very helpful and got the job done on a very busy Saturday. Highly recommend!!

Great service and great customer service. I worked with Bill today and he did an excellent job of communicating the issues with my vehicle letting me know the cost up front with no surprises. This location does a great job at making the customer feel important and valued. Keep up the great work.

I like to bring my car here for my maintenances and have never had any issues with them in all the years I ve been bringing my car here. Also Bill and Elvin were both great! They are knowledgeable, professional, honest, and helpful! I definitely recommend this Tuffy location and feel grateful I know where I can take my car if there is an issue and they do the best they can to fit you in.Thanks guys!!

I took my Mazda here and was very impressed. They did not try to get me to buy things I didn't need and didn't find 'additional problems'. They did let me know what to look for during normal wear and tear maintenance. Logan Sanchez went above and beyond.Thank You!

Amazing service! Hector, Logan and Bill immediately helped me out regarding a repair for my Mustang. They scheduled me in as I had called that morning. We continue to use Tuffy because of the professionalism and also the CARE and concern for your vehicle. They take the time to explain what repairs are and treat you with respect. We will never go anywhere else!

I recently went to the Tuffy on Red Bug Lake Road on 3/14/2024, and have been going there for a while now. It really is a great experience. I highly recommend anyone ask for Ralph specifically, he is very personable, helpful, and very honest in what is needed and what isn t. He went above and beyond what he needed to and put up with mine and my wife s crummy schedule to make things work. Everyone else at the facility are pleasant, direct, and helpful as well. Prices were already very good, but i m sure like most places you probably could find somewhere thats cheaper; but, I don t think you could find a place as trustworthy.

From my first phone call asking for a rough estimate through to getting the oil changed and regular maintenance done I was treated respectfully. My car was done quickly. They are honest and didn t do any extra unnecessary work. I ll definitely be back!

EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS !!!!!!!!!!.The Land Rover dealership in Maitland tried to hose me with a 1k estimate for tires. I left there and drove to see Ralphie and his crew. I have to say they took great care of me. Ralphie is HONEST. I'm a Customer for life.I'm also in the military. This is why I continue to serve because of honest businesses like Tuffy's.

Came here for an oil change, tire rotation, and A/C checkup and service and it went well. The staff was helpful with explaining everything to me so I knew what to expect. It was easy being able to book an appointment and get the work done.

Went in today after my tire air valve broke off when trying to fill up with air. Called saying I was on the way. Was in and out with a replacement within 30 minutes. Hector was so helpful and explained everything. This place is literally the best and nicest people there too. Will always trust them with my car and go back any time I have an issue.

My last visit was amazing! My truck was putting itself into 4wd on its own and it was worrisome. I pulled up and Jason came out and immediately assisted me. He figured out what was wrong and had the parts ordered. It was fast and friendly service. Thank you!

Yesterday I arrived and told the mechanics I needed a tire repair. 3 hours later they called to have me pick it up and said there was nothing wrong with the tire. I told them that s impossible because i filled it up twice in half a day they assured me it was just low on air even though i asked them to please double check they sent me home.I woke up this morning and it was flat again. Took it to tire kingdom and they found the problem in minutes. Save your time and go down the road to a competent company. Mistakes like these could cost people their lives on the road.

Thank you Ralph and team Tuffy on Red Bug!! We re visiting Orlando From out-of-state and today my van stopped working. Tuffy had helped us in the past so I called them first. Not only did they get our van in immediately, they had it fixed by the end of the day!! I m so grateful as we re making a 1,000 mile trip home tomorrow and this was no small fix. Customer service was 10 out of 10.

Decided to try this place for a front end alignment. No complaints. Hector was prompt and courteous at the front counter. They got me in reasonably quick without an appointment. Acceptable price. And my van no longer pulls to the right.
