Great service and accommodating to get my vehicle in and serviced quickly. Gave me a great breakdown of any additional items that may need to be addressed soon without any high-pressure sales tactics. Overall a terrific experience start to finish.

I have been going over 25 years to this location. They always beat other prices but I TRUST THEM. I have never had anyone try to scam me or tell me something is wrong and isn't. PLUS home many mechanics have been at the same location 30 years! The front desk crew know me by name and I know them by name. Jim the head mechanic is excellent! Been there 30 years! The only place in town I trust to work on my car!

This is the only Tires Plus I will be going to from now on! Everyone there is very kind and genuinely seems to care for their customers. I m beyond grateful for the service I received on my tire. Drew and other staff made sure that I left feeling well cared for and happy! Thank you all again!

I've been a loyal customer at Tire Plus in Winter Springs for the past 3 years, and I can't praise their service enough. The staff, especially Drew (Andres) and Eric, consistently go above and beyond. They're not only super polite but also take the time to address all concerns, ensuring you get the best deal to meet your needs. Highly recommend this team for their excellent service!

They are THE ONLY ones who maintains my car. They are experts on my 2022 Sonata each and every time. The staff inside are very professional and courteous and keeps me updated on my car.I'm a woman and have been taken advantage of over the years, but not here, they are respectful and listen to issues with my car and work to get my car running in top shape.

Went in for a tpms replacement. All of a sudden I needed 2 new tires for 600. Wheel alignment. . My tires were fairly new and I just got my wheel alignment 1 month ago by them . All before they even checked my tpms. I'll never go there again

We had a flat tire and initially took our tire to another store unaffiliated with Tire Plus. They told us we needed a new tire, it could not be patched because there were too many holes. We were not satisfied with this response so we took it to Tires Plus. There, they found a key embedded in the tire, did not find multiple holes, and were able to patch it. Because of their honesty, I would highly recommend Tires Plus on Red Bug.

We had a flat tire while traveling to see friends. Took our car here because it was nearby and we re so glad we ended up here. We got our car back the same day with our tire replaced and our other three tires filled to the same psi. Very good shop for some stranded travelers!

Brought in Car for a water pump fix, after having to tow it there. They were already the highest quote . Man then said it was contaiminated and wants to replace my engine for $9000. And REFUSES to do the job , if I didn't let him do the whole engine. When i called so he could explain and re could figure it out. He spoke over top of me, and i told him not to. He got pissy and hung up on me. Needless to say we are goi ng elsewhere and No One should use this location

I always receive great service from Tires Plus. The staff really cares, listens to, and addresses my concerns the first time and properly. They are timely and reliable. I highly recommend this Tires Plus location to friends and family.

This shop is severely lacking in knowledge on cars. After two visits and $1500 they have only caused problems and have not resolved any. I originally came in for an oil change and inspection. I also informed the Service person, Tom or Andrew, that there was a bit of bounce when reversing without pressing the gas but this was a minor issue and not much of a worry. They recommended replacement of a motor Mount and a control arm bushing. After the work was complete, I noticed the original issue with the bouncing was still existing but now there were new issues now when I drive on the highway (over 60mph) the wheel starts to shake and also the check engine light came on. Neither of these problems existed before my first visit. Upon bringing it back, I was provided a long list of recommendations but ultimately they were unsure of what was causing the wheel to shake. They advised that replacing a sensor would fix the other issues. I authorized the work and am now at two visits and over $1500 paid. Now, less than a week after the second visit, the wheel is still shaking and the check engine light has come back on . At this point I will be bringing my car to another shop as I have lost all confidence in this shop resolving any of the issues.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Oil change

The guy who is 60 years charged $49.99 for wheel balancing and $19.99 for wheel rotating for no reason. The wheels could have been rotated when they were removed for balancing without an extra charge.

So for some back story I have been using tires plus since 2001. I have a Kia soul base which is a suckie car that has an engine that way to small for the body. About a month ago the engine light came on and took it , it was throwing 420 codes which could something as a spark plug to a catalytic converter. After replacing various things myself ie sparkplugs coils the light came back on . I called and spoke to Stephen and made an appt 2 days later the light went off and was concerned nothing could be ascertained but he told to bring it in anyway. So bad news it's unfixable so will drive to the wheels fall off and will be covered under the Kia engine warranty Good news even though I was there for over 2 hours Stephen and the technicians left no stone unturned gave me the correct and direct answer and that made me extremely happy.

I have 3 of my vehicles serviced here at this location I had an appointment at 8 o'clock to have a tire rotation 2 hours later sarcastically I was denied service because of questionable treadwear . If this is a policy why did it take them 2 hours to notify me I missed out on an important work project for this I will not go back

I took my Mazda CX 9 for service last month & they recommended new front brakes, which I was aware were needed. They gave me an estimate & when I brought it back, they honored that estimate and did exceptional work on the brakes in a timely manner.

I went there Monday June 5@11:50. They put me down at 1:00 for appointment to get 4 new tires and alignment. And told me should only take a couple hours. I called 3 different times and they still haven't worked on it. Finally went in around 5:3 6:00pm, and still wasn't done. Finally my car was getting the alignment done. Car was completed at7:06 pm. My email for receipt wasn't working, so I went in store and waived Patrick to come here, he..said in a rude sarcastic voice"she's..back guess who. He was very unprofessional. This took all day...and I had to miss work due to slow service and rude customer service. I wasn't happy. I will not be going back to themService: Tires

Came here at 2 with a slow leak. Told me it would be two hours At 3 told them saw a nail in the tire. Said ok we may repair it. Two hours later they took one look at the tire and said it has to be replaced. New tire will be here in 30 minutes. 5 pm they keep saying tire should be here any minute. Asked them to call to confirm second request. If they had simply looked at the tire at 2 they could have ordered a tire. Not happy.

I dropped my car off overnight after an emergency blowout. The gentleman on the phone explained what I needed to do for dropping off my keys and the information to provide. In the morning, I received a call shortly after opening to let me know the tire I wanted would be available in the afternoon and I could expect my car to be done before closing that day. In fact I got a call in the early afternoon that the tire had arrived from another location faster than expected and my car was done early! I have been driving in it for a couple of weeks now and everything is great. :)

Ive Been coming here for years. These guys are always honest. They have taken great care of both our cars. They will tell you what you need without trying to take advantage. They will let you know what might be in need of repair down the road but never a surprise must get.
