Can t say enough good things about this shop. This shop is amazing!!! Joey did such a great job on my car and got me out quick. Only place I ll ever bring my vehicles. Update had another issue and Joey got me in and out same day. Thanks guys!! Best service in town!!!!!!Update my daughters car broke down and she had to be somewhere took it over the Tire Kingdom Joey got her fixed up and done. These guys are great.

I've been a customer of this shop for years, but they must have changed management or something, because this last experience was horrendous.My battery light went on, so I took it back to the place where I'd bought my battery. After an inspection, they said my alternator was bad (and the battery needed to be replaced). The cost for the alternator was ridiculous (pro tip: your customers can Google the cost of parts), but it was already there so I gave the okay.I picked the truck up near closing time. When I start it, it made an ungodly screeching sound that it wasn't making when I brought it in. But, the place was about to close for, so I drove it home in the hopes it was a one time thing.It wasn't. Each time I started the truck, same hideous screeching sound. I called Tire Kingdom back and they told me to bring it back in.Fast forward a few hours later, and they claim the alternator pulley is bad and I need to replace that plus all of my belts to the tune of nearly $700! (Again, y'all really need to remember that we lowly customers have this thing called Google and we can tell how much you're jacking up the price of your parts.) I decided to hold off on the repair. When I went back to pick up the truck, the guy at the counter made a crack about how loudly the truck screeched when they started it, so I asked him how they didn't notice it when they replaced the alternator. He said he didn't know because he wasn't there.The guy next to him (I'm guess he's the freaking manager, who was there when I brought it in) literally shrugs. Not a confidence booster, guys.So I took it to another shop and lo and behold, all that needed to be replaced were the three belts (I have my suspicions about what Tire Kingdom did to them in the first place), which they did for a fraction of Tire Kingdom's estimate. Plus, they cleaned the battery terminals that Tire Kingdom failed to do when they replaced my battery.TL/DR: Stay away from Tire Kingdom.

Nathan and Joey are always super knowledgeable and friendly. Chris is a great mechanic. They are all very helpful in figuring out issues and if they cant fix something they direct to who can. Been going here for years for our cars.

These roads, twice in 5 days , nail & wood in 2 different tires . Joey and Nate were very helpful, and even gave me an upcoming special sale. I'm thankful for their prompt and courteous manner, and they are very convenient (close to where I live), but can go to any TireKingdom of course! I must have their extended warranty (road hazards), ~ with these roads and all the construction everywhere, you might definitely want to have that with any tire purchase.

Evan, Jason and store manager Nathan went above and beyond. It was closing time and they stayed late to put my tire on. Very polite, professional and friendly. I will most definitely continue my service with this location.

Ask for Alex! Stopped by to have the tire pressure checked, Alex quickly checked and added air to all 4 tires. He also told me 1 tire was particularly low, to keep an eye on it, and come back if it continues to lose pressure. Thank you Alex!

Up sell on something simple like an oil change. How can you say your oil drain plug needs replace when you haven't seen it ! Besides, double the price of Walmart and doesn't even come with a tire rotation anymore since midas bought them. Avoid so you don't waste your money !

To whom it may concern:My 87 year old mother went to TK to have her tires rotated, which they really didn t need to be done. These tires were 5 years old, the car sits in the garage and travels , at most, 50 miles per we. She ended up being sold 4 new tires. She is now mad at herself and her family is upset for her. I called on her behalf and spoke to the manager. He remembered her. He said they could not rotate the tires and guarantee them. I understand the guarantee, but my mom heard she needed 4 new tires. The tires were in good shape and I am sure have been sold already. The sales people should be ashamed for taking advantage of her. Both my parents have been loyal customers for over 15 years. And when I asked the manager how he would feel if this was his mom, he told me he would have been with his mom. Which I interpret as it is my fault I was not with her and I couldn t trust his store to work with the elderly fairly. So disappointing.

Nathan was incredibly kind and helpful. I had a bad experience at another service center, and he not only helped me get my car back on the road, he also managed the situation with professionalism and tact. I will now be taking my car to him for all future service.

Tire Kingdom helped change my tire when I had a screw in it and they did a tire rotation. They were very professional, kept me up to date, and were done in less than an hour. All of the staff was nice and helpful during my experience.

Recommend 100%I went in for a flat tire, left to explore options and ended up with a flat spare tire as well, returned to the shop after solving my spare tire issue and not only did Mr. Nathan B. already order the new tires for me but he waited after operating hours just to help me out! Left my car securely in the shop and next day the car was ready first thing early in the morning! He really went the extra mile and made all the difference! Great customer service! Thank you lots!

RJ and Evelyn were amazing. Had my car towed there. Had a bad flat. They got it last night at 4pm. Took care of everything. Picked up car by 9am Saturday. I was worried it being Labor Day weekend. No worries here. New tires, rotation and oil. They were very busy and very friendly. Yes they are closed on Monday. Thank you.

Recently bought by Mavis. Now you have to know your car's license plate numbers in order to get service by them. They no longer track you by last name or phone number which to me is an added inconvenience .Computer systems are iffy at best, won't repair run flat tires even if the manufacturer says it's ok even if you meet the manufacturers prerequisites. Definitely no longer my first choice for simple car maintenance.

A week ago I went to go get my oil changed at tire Kingdom. We ve been getting her oil change there for a couple years now have had no problems. But the following day my engine light turned on, so I took my car to my dealership, thinking it had to do something with my engine. turned out there was no oil in my car so tire kingdom must ve forgotten the most important part of an oil change. so I went back to tire Kingdom for a refund because they told me if I bring my receipt from my dealership that I would be promised a refund. mind you I am not upset. It s whatever things like this I guess happens sometimes but I m not paying $75 for nothing. when I went into the store, RJ, who is an amazing employee there and should be the manager was trying to help me. but her counterpart I don t even remember his name was a complete douche bag. pretty much telling me that they have footage of them putting oil in my car and that something must ve happened between the time they put oil in my car and me going to my dealership as if it was my fault. I called my husband privately talking to him, telling him about how they weren t really apologetic about what happened and that they have footage of actually putting oil in my car. as I m having a private conversation with my husband this man decides to tell me to be quiet because there are other customers inside of this building and I need to stop complaining because I m getting my refund back, then looks at the customer that he s helping and tells them. this is so typical of them. at this point when he says that I m not sure if he s saying it s typical because I m a woman or typical because I m black . needless to say I will never take my business to tire kingdom again if they employ people like him! so beware going to tire kingdom, if you are a female or black because they will tell you to be quiet and do as you re told.
