Took my 1997 TOWN CAR in for a full paint job. I drove up to theshop and told the guy I needed an EST for my car **HE NEVER LOOKED AT THE CAR AND SAID THAT 'S A $4000 PLUS PAINT THE CAR IS IN PERFECT CONDITION ONLY PROBLEM IS FLAKING CLEAR COAT.***NO BODY WORK OR NO RUST.**47000 MILES ON CAR**STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP***DR KEL

The entire staff is friendly and professional. They are good people and took car of me with a two day turn around time. I was so stressed about my car before I found this shop and once I met Phil I knew I was in good hands. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone in Casselberry or Orlando.

*Recently became Sunrise Automotive*Poor circumstances turned into a pleasant experience. This shop is awesome. Had to take my girlfriend's car into have the bumper re-painted due to a side swip and these guys delivered! Phillip told us to bring the car in before 8am and he would have it finished by the end of the day. Well the car was done by 3:30pm. Paint looked awesome for the price. Over all this shop and its team did a great job and ill be back in the future if need be!The only issue I encountered was that they did not clean the interior. There was sand and oil on the driver side (carpet) floor mat. This is a minor detail that was missed, but it makes a difference.

Had a great experience with this place. Got my car repainted for the first time, and they did a great job. Friendly and professional. They even acid washed my hub caps, fixed a small dent in my car door. Reasonably priced too!

Experienced nothing but stellar customer service and impeccable body work done to my Nissan 370z. All work was done in a timely manner. I would recommend Phil when looking for assistance. Whether it's electrical or cosmetic, you're in good hands!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this shop. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were extremely reasonable in their prices and the customer service was amazing. They had my car completed ahead of schedule. I will not take my car to any other shop. Thank you Sunrise Automotive for the superior service.

We recently bought a used car from someone that had issues shortly after. The previous owner directed us to this shop which is where they had their repairs done (we were told the issue was something hat had been fixed last summer.) Mike was nice enough to wave the labor charge but once her got into the engine it turns out it wasn t what we were told and the car needed a new engine. We d just had a baby and waited two plus weeks to hear the diagnosis. We came up with the money for a new engine and waited. Called again after a couple of weeks. That engine had been dropped and cracked. So we waited for another to be ordered and delivered. Along with another part. A little over two months after our car was dropped off we finally got the call it was done and that everything was fine. It s not. My husband could tell driving it home something wasn t right. Even after asking Mike that everything was working he offered a simple fix. Flush the system since it sat for so long. Not the issue. After taking it to her another mechanic and getting a diagnosis it turns out some of the hoses are dry rotted and we now have an oil leak onto exhaust along with issues in the engine we just paid to have put in the car. We would have preferred to have everything fixed and I had hoped we could find a trustworthy mechanic to keep coming back to but that will not be this shop. I m disappointed with our service and the time it took.

Mike took care of my mothers car for many years and was always honest and fair. When I needed a good general knowledged mechanic,I started going to him and have always been happy with the work done. He even takes care of my VW Bug now! Very reliable, stands by his work, fair and honest! Thanks Mike!

I had rear bumper damage on my beloved nissan 350z. when i got to shinerise i was greeted by Phil who is awesome! very professional and upfront about what the cost of repair would be. very speedy service. When i got my car back i could not tell there was previous damage. I highly recommend sunrise autobody if you want top of the line quality and 100% piece of mind!Thank You Sunrise Auto!

I can't believe this shop has any "5-Star" reviews; probably posted by friends and family. Long story short....do NOT waste your time and money on this place. Mike McNeil (owner)and Phillip Paulk (flunky), both committed perjury at trial. Yes, I sued the and won. After they destroyed my car's paint, Mr. Paulk tried to fix it, but made it worse. Then he refused to own up to the mistake. Now Mr. McNeil is in contempt of court and trying to not pay me $4,200 plus, he owes. I've placed liens on his home and LLC.This guy gets sued....a lot. Other business names include: Mike's Auto and 1060 Nursery Road, LLC. Just check the Seminole County Court records; it's all there. Mr. McNeil has also failed to comply with a State of Florida investigation into my issue.Also, I had to file a criminal complaint with Seminole County Sheriff's Office on Mr. Paulk for assault.Does this sound like a place you can trust?

They worked on my car and took out some dings. They do their job with excellence and the price was very affordable compared to the competition. I highly recommend them.

Great shop to take your classic american muscle or any car, they can do everything from motor work to full show paint and body.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Had some body work performed at this place, car was filthy upon pick up and several plastic under carriage pieces and clips were left off. Still in the process of finding more missing pieces.BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!
