The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful during my experience here. The oil change was done in less than 15 minutes! I appreciate that they cleaned my windows and vacuumed the car floors. Everyone was very friendly and it seemed to be a great work environment for all. I will be back for sure!

They took my other decals off drivers side wind shield. My costco drcal with mileage for tire rotation was there. I made them find it and put it back. I know u do that service , but is free with my costco tire purchase. Leave my decals alone please

Time is money and quick and efficient service is important to me. So Jiffy Lube is the best place to go. Service advisor said I couldn't leave without doing the rear brakes for $500 they were in such bad shape. I demurred as I recalled having them done six months prior. They said my battery was at the point of failure and it would be ill advised to leave without a new battery. I acquiesced. They charged $250 for the battery. Inflation was their response. The oil change increased from $115 to $128. The response was "inflation." That much inflation in three months? Took car to Firestone for the engine air filter they said they did not have. Firestone said the brakes, front and rear were nearly new, and no new brakes were necessary. Firestone said their battery recommended for my car was $179 same as last year plus a $15 installation charge. Total cost of the oil change plus two of the recommended services at Jiffy Lube (Winter Springs) came to $493. As a result, neither myself nor my extended family will be returning to Jiffy Lube which we had previously trusted for service for many years.

Had my oil changed this morning at Jiffy Lube, Red Bug location. Teddy came immediately when I pulled in. I was informed of all my options and the cost. All was taken care of in a timely manner. Great service, nice employee. Will be back again.

New in the area and never been to a Jiffy Lube.Great experience, work was done quickly and efficiently. They accomplished lots of extras like checking all fluids, tire pressure and even vacuumed the interior! Teddy is courteous and professional. He was assisted by Nick, who also was very helpful and professional. I will be back and recommend this outfit to anyone needing an oil change.Service: Oil change

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for over 2 years and it's the only place I like to take my vehicle and my wife the same we unfortunately had an issue the last time that we went but we reached out to the manager Joshua and upper management because of the severity of the situation long story short Jiffy Lube diffused the situation, and not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond. They were swamped and way behind, I was there for 50 minutes just waiting to get checked in. Service two was super friendly but couldn't honor my coupon because I had moved from another town in Florida. Offered me another lesser discount. Service was done and I left in a hurry almost in for two hours. As I got home I realized that they didn't vacuum my carpets or wash my windows and I was headed out on an 1800 mile drive. I was very frustrated. I got a survey from them and expressed my concerns. What else was not done, did my oil even get changed? They survey asked if I wanted to be contacted. Yes and please. They were supposed to call, nothing, nobody reached out. They don't care. I was waiting to write this review until I heard from them. Seems like I'll be waiting a long long time.

I just wanted to comment on the excellent job that Jiffy Lube on red bug Road in Winter Springs did on my Kia Optima. I brought it in for oil change and a few days later noticed there was a bit of an oil leak under the oil pan. I brought it back and with no hassles they checked it to make sure everything was okay. They made sure everything was tightened properly. After the diagnosis they realized that the oil pan had a hairline crack. I had no idea Jiffy Lube was able to replacing the oil pan. They did an excellent job. Their customer service is second to none. But I wanted to focus on the mechanics, starting with Hans, the general manager, Teddy and Logan. These guys are very good at what they do and super honest and sincere.

They always service my car. You do not need an appointment; it is fast, and the nice young men there make sure I am safe and comfortable. I have always known about Jiffy Lube but never been. I had accidently went to company next door because they are right beside each other and it's not clear who is who. I noticed their colors were yellow and not red so I asked if they were Jiffy Lube and they said no but they could give me a better price on an oil change..I said no thank you and went next door to Jiffy Lube and told Tanner what happened and he said maybe they do charge less but the wait isn't worth it. I agreed not knowing how long they would even take. Well let me tell you I had the best service ever!!!! I was greeted by Tanner who was very professional and took care of me right away. He did a complete check on my car to advise me of any issues like the cabin filter needed to be replaced and the windshield wipers. I was so happy they even offer this because someone like me doesn't know much about cars and service. Tanner explained all cost up front to make sure I agreed before he ordered the work to be done. I'm sooo very happy I went there!!! Not only did they do a quick efficient job...but the Manager David did a follow up call later in the day. It doesn't get better than that. I feel so special as a customer and will be using Jiffy Lube for all my cars !!!Oh on top of everything else I was telling Tanner about some issues with my daughter's car and he said they don't do that at this location and referred me to their sister company that does it on South Semoran. The service here is fantastic! The manager goes by the name of, Hans. He and the rest of the staff were very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. I came in for a oil change and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. David was very kind and very informative without pressuring me to get more work done on my car which I really appreciated. Overall I was very happy with their services.

Good and quick service. Because I only went in for an oil change, it was a bit anxiety inducing having them trying to sell me much more than I needed despite me saying I only wanted an oil change. I understand that they may be required to do that though. Only reason I am giving three stars is because I did notice everyone working on the cars in the back and including being inside of my vehicle were not wearing masks. They wore them when they came inside, but not inside my vehicle, which concerns me because I am very immunocompromised! I am unaware if the employees are vaccinated but in the middle of a pandemic it is concerning to me as a person with multiple medical conditions that people were in my vehicle were without a mask, especially with how Covid is here in Florida... Everything else was good service though. I appreciate how friendly everyone was.Service: Oil change

Have been here multiple times over the years and every time the service has been outstanding. They treat you like family and everyone is on a first name basis. I also would like to thank a very special customer, Angela, for the gift of my oil change this morning after she heard I was here as a Hurricane Irma refugee. Great people serving great people!

I would appreciate if Josh the general manager would give me a call when I asked him to put the air filters back in my car so that I could not get the service that I need it done cuz of a 40 minute wait I caught a mechanic coming out of my car with a code reader which is completely unnecessary to take an air filter out of my glove box and put one back in

Phenomenal service. Had an issue with my oil filter cap and they not only showed me what the error was and how to fix it moving forward, but refilled my oil and fluids for free! I don t typically go to Jiffy Lube for advice about my car, but I might start after today s visit! The person who helped me out was nice but very pushy on selling things and That made me extremely uncomfortable. When I left my tires were out of alignment and they definitely weren't like that when I came in. Not thrilled with the experience and now having to get my tires fixed somewhere else :(
