Probably the 4th or 5th set of tires my family has gotten from this location. Jose was a great help pricing out a set of 4 Destination a/t, getting them ordered to their location, and having them installed, all within 2 hours. I was very satisfied. Thank you Jose and the rest of the guys for a solid job, and great attitudes.

The guys at this location are awesome. My friend recommended them as her family has been bringing their vehicles here for 15 years.I didn t trust that the dealership had checked my car over properly when I had brought it in for service, so I called Firestone and chatted with Jose who is one of the managers. He was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. He took notes during our call and squeezed me in on a busy day. I feel I can trust that they really inspected my vehicle and that it s good to go now. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future needs. Thank you Jose and team!

Had 4 tires changed on my F150. Straight, no nonsense interactions with the staff. Everyone seems professional. The interactions I heard with the other customers while I was waiting seemed professional. I would come back again for service.

AJ, Matt, and Danny are so friendly and helpful. I know that when I go to Firestone, they will make sure that my car is completely fixed, they won't oversell me on anything I don't need, and hey truly care that my car is safe to drive after they complete their work. They always do their best to get the car completed as quickly as possible, and communicate every step along the way. It's so comforting to know that I can trust them 100%.

I stopped in to have the air in my tires checked. The service technician inside took care of me immediately.And asked if I had a life time alignment with Firestone because my car was pulling a little when driving, he said he could give me a alignment right away on my car. Thank you. I give five stars for your service

Obviously the technicians are extremely important but as a customer you don't really know how they did unless you have a future problem. So the face of Firestone, and the Firestone experience, becomes my contact person inside, Bob, the person I dealt with!Bob did an exceptional job! And not just with me but he was exceptional with everyone. He told me how long I would be there and he kept me updated. When I thanked him because my car was ready 20 minutes earlier than he had told me, he smiled and said we strive to over deliver!And like I said earlier, Bob was friendly, informative and upbeat with everyone he came in contact with. He is a true asset!!

I have been in business for more than 50 years. I have always believed that "The customer is KING". Jose', Danny, Ion, and AJ were very welcoming and had my best interest in mind. The professionalism I experienced was par excellence. If I were still in business, I would make a play for these guys to join my team. They are a credit to anyone that needs good Old Fashion business ethic. Displaying pride, honor, and integrity is this teams way of doing business. I would and already have notified my friends to do their business with Jose' and his team. The best one word term; EXEMPLARY.

On my first try at Firestone today, I was treated royally. I just needed one tire. I was told it would be at the shop in 20 minutes. It was. The tire was replaced in short order, expertly and professionally. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

I recommend Firestone car service in Winter Springs for keeping your car running great. The manager is friendly and honest. His mechanics have done good work for me over the last 4 visits to this Firestone.

I've been coming to this Firestone location for years, my wife and I always take our vehicles there for everything from oil changes to major repairs. They're fast, trustworthy and convenient. Great, knowledgeable staff. They'll always be my first choice for anything related to our cars.

Total car care, available in minimum amount of time and courteous service every time. Online scheduling is easy. Repairs are done in reasonable amount of time and cost is on par with other auto maintenance services.

Paid around 200.00 for them to look at the my Air conditioner. Told me I had a blown fuse and was low on freon. They change the fuse but didn't add any freon, also didn't give a reason why the fuse was popping.... I'm sorry, I thought I paid for a diagnosis of an issue. So summary of experience. Paid for a diagnostic, didn't get any answers. Avoid this place if you can. Only thing positive I can say, is the location. Is convenient.

I have always had really good service here. I trust these guys. I had a coupon for a Penzoil synthetic oil change and they told me about another discount AND a rebate. Got me in and out quickly. Am definitely a loyal customer at this point. Also, they did not try to upsell me.

This place is always the best. Anytime I have an issue I need to fix in a pinch, they are always able to help. Tonight I came in a half hour before closing time and even though all the service bays were full they were eager to help. Danny got me back on the road quickly. I ve never been a fan of any automotive place because I always feel like they are trying to rip you off, but I never feel like that here.

Very transparent mechanics and thorough work. Very kind and accommodating staff.Why not 5?:Last time I was there they weren't fully transparent with how long everything was going to take. I was never told it would take more than an hour and I was there for 3.5 hours. Also, they said my brakes were 90% worn but my mechanic said they are fine.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how very much I appreciated the service I received from Alex at your Winter Springs, FL location on Saturday, May 13, 2023.My Saturday started out badly with an area power outage for over 2 hours. I went shopping and was pulling out of a parking spot when I heard a noise. Upon inspection I noticed that the front plastic shield was dislocating from the car. Some very nice men came to my aid and pushed it back under and told me to go to an auto repair to get it fixed properly.Since I live right off of Red Bug Lake Road I proceeded to the Firestone located on Red Bug Road.I went in and told Jose what I had experienced and he had Alex come out and take a look. Alex was so very kind to me and put it up on the lift. Not very long after I was told to sign paperwork.I asked how much I was signing for and was told there would be no charge.In this day and age this is almost unheard of. Many thing were going wrong for me that day, but because of the service I received from Firestone the day became much brighter.My sincere thanks and appreciation to Firestone and especially to Alex. He is an asset to your company.

Updated from 1 to 4 state stars because Gene Did take care of everything. He was never informed about my ordeal so I cannot blame him for not calling. He took care of the repair and was very professional and kind. However, I cannot give 5 stars because Jo (female tech and Justin) had 0 integrity and customer service. The tech who worked on my car also was a giant fail. So, if you deal with Gene you're in good hands. He deserves a 5 star review.*** Gene never called, surprisingly since they were so unprofessional to begin with, right? So, again I would avoid this business like the bubonic plague. Unprofessional, poor work, unethical, unreliable (except in their poor performance). avoid themIf negative reviews were a thing, they'd earn it. Save yourself time, money and patience. 1, they had a power outage delaying then 2.5 hours. I was okay with that. Although, I see these "issues' are common with waiting and delays. However, the more alarming aspect of my visit was integrity and customer service. I returned back to my car with huge spider crack down the driver window. They told me it was there when I dropped it off- um, no. I clearly know a gigantic crack wasn't there when I left it, thanks. I also took a picture out if that window the same day and it's not there. The after picture does show it though. I asked if maybe they slammed the door and the tech got excessively defensive and dismissive. I'm not sure if he dislikes his job, women, or both but he was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Then the "manager" said he was the, "only one" we could speak to about the issue. Turns out he is acting manager for the day but the other manager, Gene, was main one. We found this out through another employee. Gene hasn't reached out in regards to the claim Jo (female associate trying to smooth things over) put in. No follow up. I'll update if they do. So they lied, the service was slow and my car is damaged. The paperwork doesn't indicate there were cracks, though the rude technician stated he did circle it- inaccurate again. I'll go to corporate and action 9 news if need be. This isn't the first vehicle review with a damaged car and no responsibility taken by this chain. Do not go here!

This place is Trash. Don't waste your money here. Tech's aren't certified. Car comes out worse than before service. Service writer's are smug, price points are astronomical. Paid them $300 for services, called back and was treated like I mean nothing, when pointing out service was either incomplete or flat out not done how in the world does a car drive worse after coming out of service?Make sure you drive your car prior to paying for the service here. Strong arm robbery.

I've had good experiences at this location in Winter Springs on Red Bug Road. Recently dropped off for oil change and tire rotation, they checked multiple other things on the car and didn't try to upsell me or anything. Car was ready for pickup when they said it would be. Also the text notifications about the car status is pretty helpful too. The mechanics sheet they gave me at checkout had detailed the current status of all the things they checked while the vehicle was there.

Did a great job working on my car, but didn't tell me I had a transmission line leak until aftwr i was cashed out and was about to leave then I asked if they noticed anything I needed to done. Then they made it seem like it was a big deal I had my radiator replaced recently at another shop.I've brought my vehicles to them since 2001 and have never complained about their work yet they were about to let me leave the shop with a leak they noticed that could have caused me to need a transmission rebuild or replacement.Just needed a little heads up so I can take it somewhere to get it fixed.

My son took car in for an alignment and was told vehicle needed front control arms replaced in order to do alignment. We had front control arms replaced by our trusted mechanic who stated they didn't need replaced but we did any way. They quoted my son $1400 and we spent less than $400 to get fixed.Took vehicle back for alignment and was told now they made a mistake and the rear control arms need replaced. I feel as they were very misleading about correct problems trying to get my young son to agree to charges. I will never take a vehicle back to this location as I feel they are very deceptive in diagnosing vehicles or attempting to charge for things not required to be replaced. I spent a lot of money replacing parts that were not faulty or related to the problem according to their inspection.Service: Wheel alignment

Terrible!!! Do Not Use!!!! They did an oil change and stripped the oil plug, and they didn't even put a washer on the oil plug. Had to have a mobile mechanic repair it. Beyond that when I bought new tires one of the existing ones was almost new due to a prior flat. Told them to save it and put it in the trunk for a spare. They threw it away. I had them put it on the work order - save it. Think they did that? No. Avoid This Place or you will regret using them.Service: Oil change

This review is long overdue!I came to get an oil change in the beginning of this week. I m pleased to say that the service I received it was not only fast but very efficient.I want to say thank you to Matt who help set up my appointment. Jose for making me feel very comfortable, even doing a battery check, and informing me more about my car.And Steve who worked on my car.These three men provided very good customer service and made me feel welcomed!I highly recommend getting your car serviced here!
