Extremely impressed with Rick and his team at Auto Glass Medics!On my daughter's way back to UCF, her windshield was dinged and cracked due to road debris. I called a few other companies to get quotes but Rick stood out right away with his attention to detail and knowledge about the replacement process. Not only was he quick with a quote but had the glass the very next day. Rick and his team worked with my daughter to create a plan for replacement and the appointment went seamless. Thank you Rick for providing excellent customer service and kindness towards a college student far from home.

You will not regret doing business with these guys.A person busted a car window of my family member's, and when all these big businesses like Safelite set appointments way far down the line quoting me bigger prices for everything, these guys came to the rescue!I called, they quoted cheaper AND the next day for repair, and low and behold they showed up and got the work done quick and moved along! It was good work!If you ever have glass damage or any work done with their services, go for it. I'll be doing future business with them from here on.

I would highly recommend Auto Glass Medics in Longwood. Rick Gonsalves helped my dad out with his 2023 GMC Sierra. He was able to get the glass in on short notice on Friday and had it installed by Saturday afternoon, including the calibration of the lane camera and adaptive cruise control. Very professional and pleasant to talk too.

I highly recommend Auto Glass Medics. I absolutely say this is a true, honest, and professional business. I had spoken with Rick who is the owner of this company. I d like to say that he was extremely professional and communicated with me due to my error of a bad review that was meant for another company. I d like to say I wish I would ve went with Auto Glass Medics after speaking with such a professional business owner. I am grateful that we spoke to resolve the matter. He was sincerely apologetic for the bad experience I had with a different glass company of which was not for him to have to do but he did anyway. That most definitely struck me as a sincere business owner who cares for his clientele and he takes pride of his growing business here in Florida. Thank you Rick; for your understanding. Many blessings to your expanding business . Below ask if I used the services my response was No, but I sure wish I had used his quality service.

There's wind noise coming from the top of the glass that wasn't there with my original glass, they tried two different windshields which leads me to believe they may have not put the right glass on my car, there are about 8 different ones for a 2016 Ford Escape. On top of that, there's DAMAGE on my dashboard!! I really didn't want to write this review because they tried, but in the end they did not succeed in the wind noise going away.

Contacted Rick today about replacing my daughter s scratched windshield. Rick was able to find a windshield immediately and scheduled Jeff to come do the work same day, within a few hours. Rick was great. I had a crack windshield, but did not want to go through my insurance company since I made a claim from a fender bender a few months earlier and was looking to pay out of pocket instead. I went and got a quote from one of the big guys that was almost $700. Jeff the installer from Auto glass medics came to my house and replaced the windshield the next day and it was several hundred dollars less. Thanks guys.

These guys are amazing!!!! I had a break i. yesterday and called around for quotes to fix my window. Rick gave me the best price and the quickest service and was upfront about pricing (which is hard to come by when dealing with auto repairs). I set my appointment for 8am this morning and my Tech Jeff came 30min early! And the customer service was great as well. We called around a few places for quotes and they were by far the most fair. Called them on Friday and Saturday morning the tech showed up and had the glass swapped in about an hour. Excellent service, install looks great and glass appears to be quality. I'll have to see how it holds up but I don't foresee any issues.Thank you Rick for the professionalism on the phone and getting my wife a quote, we really appreciate it. I will definitely recommend thenlm to friends moving forward.

I was very happy with Auto Glass Medics service. Rick was very helpful and responsive to all communications, and installer did a great job. However, I was not happy with Universal Calibrations who they referred me to for the calibration because they didn't have the proper equipment (target) yet for my vehicle. Universal did a good job on the calibration (which was just verifying everything was still working to spec, no changes even needed), but in my opinion billed GEICO quite excessively ($1779 for less than an hour's work that is separate from the glass bill...almost 3X the cost of the parts/labor for the glass replacement). Now I'm afraid my insurance premiums will be going up because of such an excessive bill. I had the same thing done at a dealership a year or so ago for ~$400. I would fully recommend Auto Glass Medics, but I would stay far away from Universal Calibrations!! I believe Auto Glass Medics is doing more calibrations in-house now, so I hope this won't be much of an issue in the future.

Absolutely phenomenal. The 5 stars make perfect sense. Don't even hesitate.Rick was friendly and very helpful from the beginning when I asked for a quote, helping to answer every question I had, until the end during the payment. He even went above and beyond to search for a better priced wholesaler so he can give me the best price, which he did have the best price. He wanted to help and you can feel the genuineness.Didn't catch the name of the repairman but he was just as friendly. It was a home service and he was punctual and did a wonderful job replacing my rear window. Garage door closed on my back window and completely shattered it. He removed the remaining glass & cleaned up all the glass inside my car and on the floor afterwards, wiped down the glass and my car, made sure the door closed and open fine, and that my wipers worked.Confirmed on a Monday, Rick got the glass same day, and was able to get me in the schedule the next day and was very flexible to work with my schedule.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Rick and his installer Jeff were great!!A small rock flew up while I was driving on the interstate and cracked my windshield. I called around for estimates for windshield replacement and Rick gave me the best price. He was very professional and personable. Jeff came to my house and got the job done in about an hour. On a late Friday afternoon, my driver side windows were heavily damaged by criminals who broke into my truck at a mall. On Saturday morning, I called Rick at Auto Glass Medics, explained the situation and that I was from Maine and needed the windows repaired ASAP. He contacted his partner Jeff, who picked up both windows from Orlando, and met me back at his shop at noon on a SATURDAY! Jeff is a very professional installer/technician who was meticulous in his workmanship. He installed both windows including cleanup in less than 2 hours! Rick handled all of the insurance reimbursement paperwork in five minutes over the phone. Rick and Jeff are wonderful people and went the extra mile to get me back on the road. Without hesitation or reservation, I would highly recommend Auto Glass Medics for any auto glass repairs/replacements you might need - they are the BEST!!!Service: Auto side window replacement

Let me start off by saying that I would highly reccomend this company to you. When you call in you will speak directly to Rick. I believe he is the owner. If not he is one hell of a great representation of the company.I needed the side quarter panel window on my SUV repaired. My deductible is 500. I didnt want the claim and paid cash/card. This was the 4th company I called.Quote 1 - 495.Quote 2 - 425Quote 3 - 567This company, $300. So of course I am skeptical because of the cost difference but it was too great a difference to not go with them. Thank GOD (and Rick and Jeff) that I did.I was able to schedule next day service via text with Rick. Which is extremely helpful when you can't talk.The tech Jeff, was extremely nice, was quick, and vacuumed out the car. I was thoroughly impressed.If you think the cost is too good to be true, it isnt. It is just great service at a great cost, and making an honest living.Go with them.
