Loving my 2010 BMW 650i convertible. Had an incredible experience with Velocity. Manny is a great guy and a trooper. Took a lot for me to get this car. Manny helped me through it all. I have severe anxiety and have never bought a car that I didn't drive or see in person first. This one was 800 miles away and Manny got it to me 2 days after I paid it. The shipping was not much and worth it and the car drives and looks perfect. I d definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Straight up CROOKS, all of them. The good reviews here are phony. They will take advantage of you in whatever way they can. Once you sign the contract they don't give a damn. They are not only dishonest but they take pleasure in the distress they create. Also, the cars look good but they are lemons. Despite of their responses the bad reviews are telling you the truth bc is everything I experienced just wish I would have read them sooner. They are all in it the finance guy, the mechanic, the owner. If you want peace of mind and value your money go somewhere else.

Nice experience!!!!After purchased my third car with them , a Volvo s40, the customer service was A+ even when a paid my last payment. They contacted me back and give me a refund. because I paid extra money. The refund came back immediately A+...people like that is hard to find on these days.Thanks!!! People, I want to let you know this car dealership from now on will be the only place I buy cars in the future and the reason is they are just awesome! I'm located all the way in Homestead, FL, but I'll rather go here for vehicles in the future. Both the sales guy and mechanic are great and really went out of their way from beginning to end and I ended up getting great value and an excellent vehicle and a totally positive experience and fast service. Couldn't be happier with my car purchase. Highly recommended!!!

Hands down best car buying experience ever! Such a quick process, you ll be in and out in 1-2 hours. The Staff were extremely helpful and kind as well. I purchased a 2015 Altima with 55k miles with only $500 down. I have no problems yet, all around pleasing experience!

Just purchased a Red Grand Cherokee from Velocity . The car is amazing. We just drove it from Orlando,FL to Atlanta,GA. It rides like a dream. I have been purchasing used cars for a while now and never have I experienced the level of professionalism that Velocity displayed. There was not one shady trick. Everything was as it was written. Awesome Customer Service! They were currently closed for the holiday. I called Manny and he came to the rescue. We purchased a 2500 Commercial Chev Express Cargo! Manny told us about the 90 warranty. I would highly recommend Vero Auto Sales! Thanks Manny. We are satisfied with our Service and purchase.

The sales manager Manny was good to work with but I had many issues with my vehicle. I couldn't put gas in it. Gas pump shutoff after a gallon and I had to trickle fill it ($700), major oil leak that showed up a 100 miles down the road ($1,200), no air ride compressor ($950) , Added air compressor the air shocks are bad $1,400 so now you know why the air compressor wasn't installed. No Transmission dip stick and transmission has to be dropped to add the stick and replace the fluid since there was no stick to determine what was in it. ($1200), Rear door actuator ($400). TPM monitor controller bad and new and OEM reset required $1,100. I was told they went through the vehicle and there were no service lights or no issues!! So I flew from MN, waited 3 hours for them to get it ready and discovered all these issues on my way home. Owner never called me back and always an excuse why he wasn't available. I'd buy elsewhere!!9 Months later you respond via google review pretending you care!!!!! You (Owner of Velocity Auto) have my contact information and you not once returned several phone calls immediately after purchase. You are ALAWAYS hiding behind your employees when I ask if your available!!! Since my above post I've had to add a radio since the one in it died, battery, 2 pulleys, a couple of belts, control arm and ball joint, transmission lines, rear main left me stranded on a vacation so that had to be replaced, and I still can't put in gas after $2000 worth of repairs specifically for that reason! Including the repairs above this is an extreme amount of repairs in only 9 months of ownership and 3K miles!! Reminder your dealership said they check things over. I'm ok with some of the things as maintenance is needed but you sold a salvage vehicle and did not disclose it. Your a coward and unethical dealership and I think you should not be business.

I can t wait any longer to share my experience buying a car at Velocity Auto.Isaac, the owner was the person that helped us and he was very friendly and helpful.The price was right, the payment arrangements were very convenient and we had an amazing experience.By the way, we got this car four years ago, it s old and still working really good.

I wish I could give a lower rating. I found a truck in March that was being advertised on CarGurus. I inquired, was told it was a "great" truck that was previously owned by their mechanic. Even told that the mechanic "had basically rebuilt the whole thing himself". Nowhere on the advertising did they clearly state that this was a salvage that had been in multiple accidents where the airbags deployed. It wasn't even until we were signing the paperwork and I actually saw the title that I realized it was a rebuilt title! I told them to make me a better offer and they once again gave me assurance after assurance "this is a roadworthy truck. It was owned by our mechanic. One of the best in the area. He rebuilt the whole thing. The motor was never affected. This thing will last forever." Not to mention it was advertised as a 6-speed transmission and it was actually only the 4-speed. Well, 3 months go by and I'm driving down I-95 and the motor locked up. I took it to a mechanic who is actually reputable and one of the best in Central Florida, took a video of oil coming out of the drain pan and filter (so it wasn't an oil failure or from a maintenance item) and was told the entire motor was blown. Cost of the truck $11,700 (almost 2k over the recommended value at a time when dealers where gouging consumers because of inventory shortages) cost of a new reliable motor after labor and programming? $9,000. I called several times to a number that was disconnected and once I finally did talk to someone they offered to get me a cheap motor for $2,500 but refused to pay any portion of the repairs or offer me a rebuy on their piece of trash. I'll be filing suit against them for FRAUD which is what these guys are, frauds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Purchased used BMW 528i from Isaac in March for over $7,000. He did not disclose major issues with the vehicle. After running a report with another dealership for a trade in, I come to find out this car is not suitable for driving, only for scraps. It has been involved in 4 car accidents and has structural damages not reported to me and the reason why it was not suitable for resale.None of this was disclosed by Velocity. In September, he told me via text message that by November I would still be owing 2,191.53 and this week he tells me I owe 2,315.34.I have already paid a down payment of $2,500 + 2,160 in monthly payments.After confronting Isaac, he said its the first time he heard about the car's history and report, which is a lie because he bought it at an auction. He told me basically that its my problem because I bought it As Is. AS IS purchases must come with the appropriate disclosures, which he did not do.This is car fraud. I demand corrective action immediately.I request to have the debt settled and have the car paid off under my name and the title sent to me under my name.I also request to have my down payment of $2,500 refunded and $1,500 of the monthly payments already paid.This car is worth only $250 for parts.Again, it was sold under false pretenses and fraud. I have been put at risk driving a vehicle that never should have been on the road.

Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, honest and straight forward business just how I like it.... I went to many dealerships and they all have the same game but Isaac took care of us heard what we wanted and made it happen. Took home a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan only 109,940 miles and in great condition for reasonable price. I highly recommend this dealership.

Purchased a vehicle about 2 weeks ago. Rachel was great. The vehicle however has given us 3 issues already. All we wanted was a safe, dependable car that gets me to work every day and back and for our enjoyment as well and I feel we are stuck again with a vehicle that is going to need repair after repair Frustrated

Isaac is a kind and knowledgeable auto dealer, he helped me find the perfect car to match my needs. Emmanuel Taylor recommended Velocity Autos to me so I visited the lot on his advice and I was very impressed. I ll definitely be coming back or recommending this dealership the next time a friend or family member needs a vehicle.

Isaac of this dealership has no good business ethics. He will work hard to place your car in repossession if you miss a payment or late. Please think before dealing with these people. They come off as friendly. People are living in a pandemic and they are praying on repossessing their car. Isaac has a very bad attitude and will not speak to you to answer any questions. The secretary also tries to cover the bad business practice up as well. They have no understanding and still tried to repossess our car after receiving a $3500 payment and the monthly payments. Be very careful of this dealership.

I recently purchased my 2010 Nissan from them. I wanted to wait to write a review because my car had some hiccups ( anyone buying higher milage should know already. Common knowledge that any higher milage vehicle weather purchasing from a dealer or personal. ) will know that a high milage car will need a tune up, fuel injector change, oil change ext. You CANNOT drive an older vehicle off the lot and expect it to drive on old oil and no tune up. I've seen comments like oh my 2005 has this and this wrong..well its a 2005. Isaac has been very helpful since buying my car..and since I had it for two months now every issue that I have had has been an easy fix. They take care of the problem right away for you. My next fix is the fuel injector I'm assuming but like I said HIGHER milage car. You take care of the car you buy straight away and the issues won't get so big. Dont blame others for ones personal idiocy. Take care of things and they last. Even if your car has had issues, Isaac is the type to confront the problem ASAP. A little communication can go a long way with him. he can't fix a problem if you let it go for too long and next thing you know you're blaming him for issues that could have been an easy fix. I love my car, I take care of it..I listen and communicate right away when I notice something off..even if its a little vibration from the engine. Orlando is not the place to treat your car like crazy and run it into the ground right after taking it off the lot. 100% recommend this place, don't let bad comments on here fool you. People who don't take care of their cars or don't know how to are usually the people doing misleading reviews. Any other dealer will tell you good luck after taking it off the lot. Velocity actually helps you and instead of paying 1000-2,000 at a shop he works with you and prices so it'll save you in the long run.Most dealerships now adays don't even do that...give the guy some slack. This place isn't bad at all, you just need to learn and be knowledgeable about car issues.

This place has been nothing but a nightmare to me! It all first started with my tag the owner had me running back and forth trying to get my tag!!! we paid him for the tag it was never given to me I had to go to the DMV to go get it!! my title was never given to me after months of purchasing the car this place is a joke!!! you know how they say read the reviews before you go and purchase something from a certain place I'm telling you read your reviews before you go by and purchase a car from this place!!! You are going to have nothing but problems if you purchase a car from them!!! Believe what I say please and read your reviews before you go purchase a car take it from me!!! people I'm telling you all he's going to do is write a message right after mine and try to excuse his self do not I mean do not buy a car from this place!!! The revenue will be hearing from me!!!!!

*Velocity Autos deserves 0 stars* Bought a 2005 Hyundai Tucson that had issues months after using, the repairs came up to be more than the value of the car, I would strongly advise NOT to do business with them. Also, if they reply to this comment saying "I have no records of you being a buyer here" then don't listen to their BS, cheers.Edit: They always reply to genuine bad reviews with the typical copy paste messages as you can see what they did here.

Financed a vehicle here and the ngine blew after two months. Now the owner wont take it back nor fix the problem for free.. im now stuck making payments for a vehicle i cannot drive until i can pay out about 5000 for a new engine... Please take my advice and don't do business here. Be blessed

After test driving almost 23 vehicles all throughout orlando, I finally gave velocity a shot. Friendly staff, I test drove 2 more vehicles and finally fell in love with my now 2014 altima. Velocity is definitely a place I recommend as they are willing to work with you, not against you. And whatever you may find wrong with any vehicle, they are willing to fix it on the spot. I wasn't thinking I'd be driving home the same day as test driving my car, but definitely happy that I did !
