My oil change was quick. When my car wouldn t start because the battery had died, the crew was amazing in trying to help me in anyway they could. They really went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this location. Quick service, great crew!

No wait at all, service was great, thorough, staff very helpful and friendly, super fast, fair prices and even better they give out frequent coupons! Outstanding experience, will be back and highly recommend! A+!

Good guys, quick service. They did offer multiple add-on services. I did purchase a tire rotation that I knew was needed, but turned down several other suggestions that would have run up the bill considerably. Of course that is what they are required to do. Use discretion or you will walk out several hundred dollars poorer.

Not only honest, friendly, and the most professional Valvoline in all of Florida. All Valvolines I have brought for service have been nothing but the best experience, but this location was exceptional. Sam, Ashton, and the manager Ryan are the benchmark of what all auto service technicians should be. They provided the best customer service and auto service I've ever experienced in 22 years of driving. Clone these 3 immediately.

I waited at least 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there . After waiting so long I finally left without getting my oil changed . I encountered terrible customer service there today . Will not be back

Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure to let me know what needed to be serviced and was being fully transparent which I highly appreciated. His attention to detail for customer service should not be overlooked.

I wish I could give -5 stars! I went for a simple oil change at this location and it was shaking uncontrollably and now my car won t start. Literally 30 minutes later! This is horrible. Location is 7625 university blvd winter park fl 32792Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Had such a great experience at this Valvoline Oil Change Stop. The manager Michael and his two guys were amazing. The made sure everything was clean and full, even fixed my light bulb in the back cheap and easily! I had my dogs with me and all the guys were so sweet with them giving them treats and pets. These guys did a great job ... they checked and topped off windshield washer fluid. Checked my tires, air filter, all lights ... changed my oil quickly. Took the online coupon no problem ... will definitely go there again.

I highly recommend Valvoline @ University, MB and team are awesome. They were able to get my oil change finalized, tire pressure on point, and battery quality checked in less than 15 minutes, and went above and beyond to ensure my truck was good to go.MB and team are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and MB clearly laid out options and prices for services, and helped me balance what would be ideal with my budget.Definitely will be my go to for all maintenance, and it should be your's too. Thanks again to the Valvoline @ University team

First time at this location. Very fast, friendly, with no gimmicks. I often hate coming to places like this at times because they always want to repair or fix something that s not broken. Everyone working was honest, friendly, and worked diligently to get my car in and out as soon as possible! Would recommend!

I ve been to this location a couple times and its aways been a pleasant and quick service. Yesterday my experience wasn t as great. The mechanic/advisor, came up to my car and instead of greeting me, his first question was do you speak English? Which of course, took me aback as I couldn t believe this man squestion because I was speaking English to the previous employee. Unfortunately, they weren t able to change my oil because of wear down on my oil filter which needs a special key/tool.Needless to say, I probably will not be back to this location. I have an appointment with Toyota next week.Service: Oil change

Mechanic didn t put enough oil in my Prius, never reset the dash, month later my oil was so low that I was getting engine oil warnings.I ve never seen an engine oil warning before in my 3 years owning the vehicle. After I took it to someone who worked with Prius cars I was told that the mechanic didn t bother to reset the dash and didn t bother to put enough oil in my car. Spoke to the manager at this location who had terrible customer service. He got an attitude with me and was not willing to take any accountability or find a solution besides having me PAY for another oil change. If my car isn t already completely ruined from their lack of care, I know I will never be taking it back there again.

Got a oil change. Asked them to check my slip plate because I think it broke before coming in. They put it back on. Drove off and I hear a scraping sound on knowing it fell off partly. Pulled back over and asked them to see if they could just take it off. Ryan ran over and zip tied it back on then had me drive over to the bays. They then took off the slip plate for me. Ryan was a huge help and they were all really nice.
