Great service! In and out. Joseph helped me from start to finish. They had a really good used tire with lots of tread. They cleaned my rim to make sure it won't leak from the edges. Highly recommended!

However the good price I paid for 2 used tires, both tires "mysteriously" had 6" metal spikes in each tire that eventually ripped through the sidewalls making tires junk, I hope not done on purpose as this would be a crime, 1 tire a mistake, both tires, deliberate, will not shop here again if they this careless

As a female, I m use to having to do extra work and research to make sure I m not being screwed over with unnecessary services and charges. Here that s never an issue. The prices are beyond reasonable. Quick. Polite. Affordable. Thanks for making these hard times a little better with your excellent service.

Had to share this gem of an experience at Tires Outlet. A bit ago, Walmart Autoshop hooked me up with two new tires and threw in a couple extra. Fast forward, my left rear tire started acting up, needing air every few days. Tried to get it swapped at Walmart, but no dice since the spares were a bit old. No hard feelings, they just have rules to follow.So, I hit up Tires Outlet. The guy on the phone was a total mensch, promised to fix me up in under 30 minutes. And guess what? He delivered. Not only did he swap the tires like it was nothing, but he also cleared out some leaves stuck around my trunk, giving me a heads-up on keeping it clean for better drainage. Super nice touch.Everyone at Tires Outlet was on point, not a single skeezy vibe. They were all about getting the job done right and making sure I was in the loop. Seriously impressed and feeling good about the whole deal.

I recently visited Tire Outlet to have a tire replaced, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment we arrived, they wasted no time and got right to work.The best part is that they had everything finished in no time. I was in and out of there without any hassle. The prices they offer are quite reasonable.The team at Tire Outlet made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth. I left feeling confident in their work. Bad experience. I had two tires mounted. They failed to reinstall 1 of the 5 lug nuts. When I called them, they said they couldn't find it. I gave them my "special" socket to remove the wheel locks but they did not return it to me, I had to make another trip back to retrieve it. I can't replace just one Gorilla lug nut, another set costs more than than I paid to get the two tires mounted.

Nino is a fantastic and honest worker who is personable and gets the job done, which is why I feel that I can depend on the dedicated staff at Tire Outlet. Another maintenance company lied about tire rot, but when I asked Nino to verify their unfounded claims, he was straight up and said they were in perfect condition. He saved me a pretty penny. Thank you, everyone at Tire Outlet, for your honesty and expertise. I look forward to depending on you from here on out!

Extremely honest and friendly family-owned shop. I had a flat tire which Pep Boys said they couldn't patch and they would give me a used tire for $122. I declined, came here, it was patched in less than 10 minutes for only $20. Definitely recommend this place, everyone is hard working and kind with your best interest in mind.

If you are looking for excellent customer service and more than fair pricing this is where you want to go! The sweet woman up front and Nick so kind and patient. Joseph is top notch and very thorough! I'm so glad the referral I received went beyond my expectations! Desperately needed 2 tires and a front brake job and all I can say is WOW!!! What a difference! Thank you to all for a comforting experience. Definitely will be a returning customer!

I blew a tire right down the road and needed a tire desperately. They were very quick to help me and their prices are great. I was in and out within 15 minutes and still made it to work on time. Definitely recommend.

I was helped by NINO who whirled on my corollas front driver tire. He was knowledgeable, professional, and fast. The guy is top notch and will genuinely try to help you and teach you what s wrong. Good work ethic and humble. Great overall experience. Would recommend .

Absolutely amazing place to get your car serviced. The owner Yusef is a sweetheart and is always looking out for you as a customer who will help you with your car. The staff is respectful, on time and provides excellent customer service. I do my tires and oil changes here and plan to keep coming back for the years to come. Do not hesitate to come here if you need car service, they will help you.

I have been going to this location for years now and continue to because they are honest with their work and as a woman sometimes you may feel a mechanic is trying to pull the wool over your eyes, but this location is amazing and very trustworthy!UPDATE NOVEMBER 2023:This place is ORLANDOS HIDDEN GEM when it comes to mechanics! My car has been going through it this year and every time I go here I am reminded why I won t go anywhere else. I even have friends and family coming now!! DONT GO TO ANY OTHER MECHANIC!!!

Josef is the nicest guy. My Ford Explorer need a new belt and power lines, and he was more than generous to help out. Great price and I definitely recommend you try this place out

Absolutely the best in town! Went above and beyond for me, tire was complete flat and could not get there, so the Manager came to my house and took of my tire brought it back to the shop to put new tire on and came back and but the tire on for me. Amazing! No other company would have done that.

My wife ran over a large screw. All of the major tire shops were telling us it would be a 1 to 2 hour wait for a simple patch job. I called here, and they got us in and out in less than 5 minutes. No joke. Wonderful people and wonderful customer service.

This is the only tire place I've gone to for the past 2 and a half years. He does not upcharge and works with you very well. He's always very kind and helped me when my car got stuck at a skating rink nearby. I've never had a bad experience here. 10/10 would recommend!

This is my go to tire shop. Consistently amazing customer service and works very fast to get me back on the road. I never waited more than 10 mins for service. Very honest mechanics and reasonable prices.

I called right away when I found out I needed tires and was told they would be able to service me right away. Turns out I only needed 2 tires and not 3, but most places would ve just gone with what I had said, but they instead only changed 2 since the other was actually fine compared to what I was told originally. They even checked for leaks and other issues for me without asking which I thought was very nice. I was in and out without within 30 minutes! I now know a place I can refer people and confide in.

This place is awesome! They are always helpful, have great prices and do great work! I have taken both my vehicles to them time after time and Ive never had a problem. Ive also referred other people here and now they wont go anywhere else!

Needed 2 tires. Spoke with Joseph and had 2 used available at a reasonable price. Installation was quick and he also looked at my brake pads to see what condition they were in (they were fine).
