Andy is a very respectable man and he and his team seem extremely knowledgeable.He has been helpful to me in the past over the phone when I was out of state and had a little hiccup with my XF and a scrupulous Jaguar dealer that was hoping to make a quick buck.Took Andy s advice and he probably saved me thousands of unnecessary service that I could not afford at the time.I will be taking my Jaguar here for as long as I can and recommend you stopping by!

Andy is great! The best mechanic shop I ve ever done business with. He was very informative and didn t rush me to fix a bunch of things just to make money. Also his pricing was more than fair it was good. If you own a Jaguar or a luxury car that s hard to find. I am coming close to 77 years old and had my first Jag, an XJ6, in England in 1976. In Florida I bought a new 2008 model XJ Vanden Plas at the end of 2007 which I have looked after lovingly but the original air suspension went faulty. Very rarely nowadays do you come across someone who is competent, confident and gives GOOD value with their service. Andy gets Brownie Points on all those attributes. Thank you Andy and your staff who replaced the air suspension with a suspension ride kit plus gave my pride and joy a thorough inspection. I told Andy to replace anything he thought might be in need of change within the next couple of years. They did not find anything. That is really honest!

Andy and his team are exceptional when it comes to Jaguars specifically, they go above and beyond the call of duty to help you. I have been a customer for a few years and my experience has always been 5*, good old honest reliable advice, very competitively priced compared to the rest. Andy, the Jaguar Doctor is amazing!!! He is a true professional. He is patient, kind, and honest. I have known him almost 4 years, and he has worked on three of my Jaguars. All had major issues, yet Andy and Rudy together can find a solution. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about him! I trust him completely and always will. Outstanding service and honesty - that's what you get at the Jaguar Doctor. I've never been happier knowing my Jaguar and Land Rover are well cared for.The technician (Rudy) always goes above and beyond not only on the repairs, he checks your vehicle over and does a very thorough multi-point inspection for safety and other upcoming needs. There's no pressure or upselling - ever. Most of all there is no dealer nonsense.I have known the owner (Andy) for several years along with the technician (Rudy) and you will NEVER find better people as individuals and as technicians. This is one of those shops that has the caliber of honest work that's done right every time at reasonable prices.Do yourself a huge favor and take your Jaguar, Land Rover (or other vehicles) to the Jaguar Doctor. You expectations will be met and exceeded!

Traveling from NJ to Orlando, my check engine light appeared and the car was running rough. Andy was kind enough to fit me into his schedule and did the repairs quickly and at a fair price. Can not say enough.....More than fair and honest and extremely good at his calling. Andy literally saved my beauty from the pit. After three years of one breakdown after another and several very expensive attempts to repair my XKR by dealers and specialists in three States, the Jag Doctor made her as new again at a modest cost. Andy makes owning a fantastic auto reasonable.

If you want your Jag serviced by the best, you've found the right place! Best of all, you don't pay the rip off dealer price! Incredibly meticulous, nothing they haven't been able to fix for me. Best of the British, right here in the US.

Andy has taken care of our 1997 Jaguar XJ6 for several years now and we are so pleased with the work that he does. Hard to find a honest, trustworthy Mechanic but Andy is that guy. If you need work done on your Jag you will find no better.

Having recently relocated to the Orlando area from Virginia with my 2006 Jaguar S-Type, I was lucky to have Orlando Jaguar recommend the Jaguar Doctor to me since the do not work on Jaguars older than 2010. I found the owner, Andy at The Jaguar Doctor a delight to work with and he will definitely be my Jaguar "Doctor" from now on!

Highly recommend Jaguar Doctor Winter Park, Orlando. This week they have undertaken work on my 1984 XJ-S.The owner Andy selected one of his specialist mechanics with the older classic Jaguars. Jeff the mechanic was very knowledgeable, communicated process & completed the work with a professional manner.Thanks guys 5 stars.

I show up for 2 seconds with my 2009 jaguar xk after the shop close by did something screwy with my window while applying tint. The Windows for going up and down with the lock/unlock of the car. The man who owns and operates Jaguar Doctor came out and did a restart for my car without asking me for a single dollar. It also just so happened to fix my direct issue. Would highly recommend.

The Jaguar Doctor saved me from buying a transmission by installing a transmission pan and sleeves. It had been leaking forever. Now I have no transmission leaks thanks to The Jaguar Doctor.
