Recently moved to FL from AZ, this Take 5 was recommended by my BF. First visit and I'm already a loyal customer. If you have any issue after the service, they take care of it. Absolute professionalism. Very much appreciated, guys! They took great care of my car and actually CARED about my car as much as I do. Well done.

This was my first time using this service and being at that location. The service was Awesome and the service guys were great. There was one young guy who was new and I appreciate him letting me know that. Tyler who is the senior tech was amazing. They were very professional. I ve worked in customer service for over 40 years and I appreciate and love when I see it and receive it . I will definitely keep going to that location. Kudos to you guys!

The staff informed me as soon as I pulled in that they were a little behind due to needing to drain another customer's car but they were still speedy! I was there maybe 30mins tops. They gave me constant updates, suggestions, and recommendations. I was even able to add a $10 off coupon I got in the mail. Will definitely come back

Took longer than 5 minutes (maybe 10 total) but I'm completely fine with that and very satisfied. I'd rather they take their time to make sure the job is done right. They did a safety check after the oil change, checked for any leaks, etc. Techs were super friendly and professional. A+ location!

Sketchy mechanic (facial piercing) stripped oil plug and blamed it on the last place that changed oil, which was the dealership for the last 3 years.He admitted that he didn t have the correct tool.I just don t like to be lied too. Be honest.The manager Snowball did change the oil next day at no charge. Miraculously he has the correct tool to fit the oil plug. While I m grateful for the oil change, it will not restore my faith in this company s ability to be honest.Buyer Beware watch everything!

This has been my go to oil change place since I moved here. Everyone is very nice and they check in on you and offer a cold bottle of water while you wait for your oil change. They all seem to work well and efficiently with each other and you can hear the communication while they are working, overall I think they do a great job. Will be returning in the future.

First time to visit. Staff was awesome, friendly and QUICK! Never left the car. Felt like it was time to go as soon as I got there. They tried to help me with an issue I was having with my skid plate too without hesitation. I will definitely be going back! Oh and prices were extremely fair and competitive with others.

This is the third time I ve been to this location. They are always very helpful and nice highly recommend. But, If you have a Hyundai or a Kia beware, it does take more than five minutes. It takes 20 minutes because the oil racked out of a Kia and a Hyundai they Have to do differently. Overall though this guys here are great.

Seeks services elsewhere. I recently had an oil change here, but the mechanic failed to properly tighten the oil filter. This caused an oil leak and eventually triggered the check engine light. Had to pay another $100 to have oil change elsewhere to fix their mistake

I had let my oil change go for way too many miles They cleaned out all the bad oil, topped off all my fluids (which I'm certain were embarrassingly low),explained thoroughly and in a non salesman like way the oil services and which would be best for my high mileage vehicle. Joshua and Carlos (?) were great and another guy brought us cold bottles of water while we waited in our cars for our turn! How awesome and considerate! Will definitely return and don't even live on this side of town?

Since I purchased my car, take five auto has been the only auto place that I ve been taking my car for no change they recently broke the oil filter and they gave me car to go to a shop that they partner with, and then the shop tried to give me a bill for $1000 saying that the oil filter and the oil filter housing unit Are both leaking oil was the impression that you getting an oil change? They are to check if anything is leaking according to their mechanic that they sent me to the housing unit has been leaking. Take five told me nothing was wrong would not cover the cost of their mistake I have the receipts to prove

Updated ReviewUpon taking my vehicle for additional service elsewhere, tech found the drain plus completely loose. I had smoke coming up from my hood, they re doing a compression test, and I may have a blown motor because of the lack of knowledge in this establishment.Was greeted with a smile, water bottle, and gentleman came back with a capri sun, fruit snack pack for my 3 year old. They were a little busy, and looked like second shift for relief didn t come in yet, but they assured me every step they were taking care of me, and didn t forget about me. I manage a repair shop on the other side of town, and it was nice to see customer service the way I try and deliver it. Thanks for changing the oil on my beach car!!!!!Service: Oil change

First time I experienced excellent service during my visit. The team was courteous during the service which was quick and efficient. This was the first time they cleaned my windshield and it came out squeaky clean.

The 2 guys helping me were very friendly and professional. One was being trained and the gentleman that was training him kept me updated the whole time as the service took longer than normal (but certainly not a long time by any means). I always get great service here and I will continue to return to this location because of the excellent service.Service: Oil change

I was in a hurry. I had my 2 year old son with me. It wasn t look like I was going to get the 5 minute oil change cause there was a big line when I got there. Tyler the assistant manager made it happen. It was great service and fast.

Noel and Richard went above and beyond. Friendly, courteous and thorough. Saved me $ with coupons. Returned next day with a shield loose thinking it was not reattached, but was completely unrelated to their service. They offered to fix it anyway! I will gladly return.

This location went above and beyond in customer service. Tyler did a great job making sure I was taken of with my oil change and replacing my window wipers. Two other gentlemen helped as well which made my service run smoothly and quickly. I always come here to get my oil change done and I always notice little things they add to the service. Like today they clean my windshield, I was not expecting it but made a huge difference in my opinion. This place has always been reliable and always go an extra mile for me. I really do appreciate it. Keep up the great work guys and always remember aim for 1% better each and every day, that's how I live my life and I will keep coming back for sure.

Called prior to going to ask if they serviced my car and the price. I gave them year, make and model. My car only comes in one engine configuration.The person confirmed, and said the price is $85 with synthetic. I get to the shop, and they said it had to be advanced synthetic at $102 plus extra due to the capacity over 5 quarts for a total of 150. They said I talked to the call center and they don't know what they are talking about. Sad the company has such poor knowledge and communication.

This place is close to my house! I always passed by and saw that they worked on Mercedes and BMWs.I decided to test it, after waiting for around 1:30 they started to do the work, I noticed that the unprepared young man started changing the oil filter, I had never seen anything like that, but I decided not to give an opinion.He changed the oil filter and did not change the gasket, however the new oil filter comes with a new gasket, resulting in a large leak.Another unprepared young man went under the car to remove the old oil, I realized he was having difficulty as he was always asking for a different type of tool to remove the crankcase screw.As they couldn't do the job, I left but they followed me to the other side of the street running saying that my car had a big leak, they insisted that my engine was broken, but I asked them to get out of the car and I discovered that The leak was because the inexperienced young man didn't change the filter seal.I made an appointment with my mechanic and he told me that for this type of screw you have to have a special tool and because they forced it with inappropriate tools they stripped the screw, and now I can't remove the screw to change the oil.I will have to change the entire oil pan (which is also made of plastic) to keep my car in perfect condition, as it was before going to this place.When I returned to the store and spoke to the manager, he told me that he needed to see the car, as he was going to do the repairs himself in the store or make an appointment with their mechanic.I picked up the car, and when I arrived at the store again the manager changed his position and said that I would have to go to the place where I last made the change.Following my lawyer's advice, I will repair the damage to the vehicle at an authorized BMW dealer and request a report proving the damage.Soon we will have the pleasure of meeting you at court!Thank you very much for the perfect service!Don't waste your time or money in this mediocre storeSee you as soon as possible at court!!

I was in need of an oil change and decided to try take 5. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even offered water when I arrived like I saw in a Tik Tok video. They then changed my oil and was done within 9 minutes. Was definitely a great experience.

This is the only place I will take my car for an oil change now. They are super friendly, and go above and beyond. I don't feel like they're constantly trying to rip me off or over charge me ever. They're just genuine people.

Efficient and knowledgeable service. Just under $100 for a 6 quart oil change!!! In my opinion too costly. Cheaper at the dealership or better yet doing it myself. Most likely will not return.

I have been a customer for many many years and I trust these guys . They also will do an oil check verifocation tomshow it was changed and then they show u last . It's double security in this crooked world I was there yesterday and it was brought to my attention about a pressing issue they found under my car and when I took it to my mechanic he said we need to get this taken care of so I went there.. Thankful for Richard and Tyler for that heads up...I'm a widow they are perfect for single girls and widows !! U can believe it if they see it !!

I have NEVER taken my Tesla to this store!!!! And they sent an oil change report for my Tesla to Carfax!!!!! Tesla DOES NOT change oil!!!! I'm never in this store!!!! And they did a report on my tesla with 171k miles!!!!! I called the store and I get BAD service!!!! A terrible place!!! I HOPE THEY FIX THIS ERROR SO WHEN RECEIVE MY COMPLAINT VIA GOOGLE. ==================PLEASE !!!!AUTOMATIC RESPONSE NO!!!!!!!I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN YOUR STORE!!!!TESLA DOESN'T CHANGE OIL!YOU MADE a BIG MISTAKE!!THEY REPORTED MY CAR TO CARFAX WITH 171k miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!March 13/2024!THEY REPORTED THE OIL CHANGE ON MY TESLA WHICH WAS NEVER IN YOUR STORE.I AM NOT A CUSTOMER!!!!DELETE THIS REPORT TO CARFAX!!!!CORRECT THIS ERROR!!!!!!!!!!IT'S CREATING A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME!!!!!
