Eldora is the absolute sweetest! She was able to get my windshield in quicker than norm since I m leaving Friday morning to head out of town for the weekend. The guys and the service was great! Highly recommend!!

Exceptional business. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite when I needed to get my car's front window replaced due to a break-in. They helped walk me through portions of the insurance claim process and even put a temporary plastic wrap on my door to keep the rain out until my glass arrived on site two days later. The technician who installed the glass, Ivan, was also very professional and friendly. He vacuumed out the remaining pieces of broken glass from the door and replaced the door body seamlessly. The window is good as new! I highly recommend Sunstate.

Vanessa was able to order an OEM windshield replacement. She was great to work with. Calibrator (forgot his name, Long hair) was extremely thorough. The owner has built a great culture here with caring employees that are willing to go the extra mile.

I was able to come consult the manager after a previous install on a windshield. They took care of me and allocated the time to fit me in their schedule, order the windshield and quote me on some moldings. Shannon Twiley was great and she went out of her way to assist us.

Sun state auto glass did a wonderful job after our windshield cracked. There were a couple hiccups with the dealership ordering the wrong windshield for us. But sun state was always responsive, friendly, and got the job done fast. I really appreciate their patience and help. Will definitely be back if my windshield cracks again. Thank you!

Bobby Curry and his team are the best in the business. They always have the best knowledge of glass replacements for any vehicle. You will always get the best service and best pricing out there. Abby was very kind and professional when scheduling my appointment. The tech who installed the glass even went beyond expectations by not only cleaning the newly installed window but the front windshield as well. The whole process was quick and easy. Thanks again

1/4 in. spider damage on windshield. Watched 4 different you tube AMATEURS perform this repair in 30 to 40 min. including resin cure time with results varying from 75 to 95% improvement "AMATEURS" who have never done it before. Before you say " oh, watched you tube and now he knows everything". NO but I was shown How long it should take and what results I could expect from an amateur and that it is a fairly simple procedure. Surely an experienced professional could produce at least equal results, RIGHT? WRONG! Tech showed up we talked for 5 minutes I then went inside. Tech calls me TEN (TEN) LITTERALLY (10) min. later "all done". I go out to see maybe, generously a 10% improvement, almost NO difference at all. I understood it might not be PERFECT, but I watched AMATEURS do a better job. I could have done a better job. It's NOT a difficult procedure. the pit left by his brief dremel cleaning was STILL there. He didn't even try to apply the resin. There is NO way the tech made an honest effort. This company had NO intention of repairing My windshield, they wanted to bilk the insurance company for the cost of a new windshield, That's All. Through dishonest actions of thier tech that is what will now happen. I can only imagine the POOR quality install instore for me. There are not enough harsh, scathing words to describe My displeasure, I have NEVER been angry enough to take the time to write a review in 50+ years on this Earth. Congratulations to SunState Autoglass for being The WORST business I have ever delt with. Dishonest, worse than amature you tubers, 0 "zero" customer service. DO NOT use this company but, if you have to watch them like a hawk, hover as much as possible. can't I wait to see how they try to spin this one.UPDATE: So different tech comes out next morning to replace my windshield. Cordial fellow by the name of Joe. I greet him, unlock my truck and let him get to work. Now after my bad experience yesterday I read other reviews and found complaints about dash and body damage. So, when I heard him fire up the Sawzall (yes, it's exactly what it sounds like, a saw that cuts through everything) with a large chisel attachment hammering away at the original window to get it free, I thought @#%@#! Knowing that he would have been warned about me from yesterday, I resisted going out to investigate and TRUSTED in GOD and the tech that he was not in fact trashing My dash roof line or hood. When he was finished, I looked to see if my trust had paid off. He was unable to salvage the original window trim and left a 1" gap lower driver side where there is no rubber trim. when asked about it, Joe told me it wouldn't leak it was just an aesthetic issue. Thankfully there was no body or dash damage visible. The interior was left strewn with glass, pieces of rubber and dirt. Joe was professional, polite and hardworking. For those qualities he receives my Respect. Only time will reveal if it was a quality installService: Auto windshield repair

Called about a windshield replacement on my car, the representatives we're very professional and helpful. They even helped get the claim filed with my insurance. The technician Charles was very professional and got my windshield installed perfectly. The whole process went smoothly and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Jos� gone above and beyond for me. I had dropped my phone at the junk yard entrance. He secured it and safely handled the item. Without a second thought after we established where I had been through another good Samaritan's phone. He without hesitation brought it back. I am extremely grateful for his integrity and I honor the effort he made. This goes to show there a still good people among us. Especially in this company he represents. This shows his character. With that. I thank you Sun State for taking Jose under your wing allowing for such an event to take place. I wish all great vibes. Thank you Jose.

We recently had to have a our windshield replaced and had a great experience with Sunstate. Charles was our technician. He was not only friendly and knowledgeable but took great care of our vehicle while in his hands. There s no else I d recommend other than him! We greatly appreciate his time and care!

I researched a company in the area to replace my windshield on my BMW. Had good reviews and the website says they use OEM parts which is what I was interested in. They had my specific glass (I have a rain sensor and heads up display) in stock which sped up the process. Good experience overall. Charles knows what he is doing and is well versed in working with BMWs and is also a good guy. The install was fast and smooth and they met me at my job. I recommend them.

I had a giant crack across my windshield. I called and spoke to Abby on the phone. She was amazing!!! Handled everything on a 3 way call with my insurance, and even got a factory Mopar windshield in my car at no cost!!! Highly recommend this company! Great job!!

Once again one of the worst company to deal. ( Sun State glass) The lack of customer service you get from the manager is one of a kind. HORRIBLE! i just got off the phone with the manager about how her driver damage my roof and inside my dash with their tools. She flat out told me because i posted a bad review on her company she will not fix the damage they did to my car. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO NOT USE THIS MOM AND PAP GLASS COMPANY. My insurance was informed and my lawyer will on standby

I called Sun State Auto Glass because I needed to replace the rear quarter windows on my Mustang. Their phone representatives were very helpful and informative. Charles (the technician) was very thorough and professional. He truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company.

Have used sun state 3 times now and haven t been disappointed. This most recent time Charles found an issue on my vehicle and made me aware of it so it could be addressed before the glass was re-installed. Having full coverage in my auto insurance was well worth it! I had my windshield replaced in 45 min free of charge. Brandon came from an hour away and took great care of my Vibe. It's nice when you can call the actual technician and find out their ETA. 5 Stars for SunState for hiring Brandon!

When my windshield cracked on my BMW M3 I didn't want to settle with just any windshield. I called Precision Sport Industries (BMW Specialists) spoke with David H. and he personally recommended SunState AutoGlass for excellent reputation. Without any hesitation I called SunState and I explained to them was I was looking for and the appointment got set. Fast forward some days later, the Technician Luis came over to my location and was super friendly; he gave me an explanation of what was going on during the windshield removal and even took his time to point out some defects that were occurring due to the hot Florida weather.In summary, I am very happy with the results from beginning to end. Everything went smooth and I couldn't have asked for better service. If you are picky about who installs your windshield ask for Luis; he did an excellent job removing/installing the windshield and was done in no time!

If you want your windshield installed correctly, call Substrate. Charles the installer explained everything to me and W was clean , efficient and very professional. My NEW BMW 540i was handled with the confidence it was done correctly especially with all the technology. Don't call anyone else. Completely satisfied

Iwas very disappointed with Sunstate Auto Glass I was referred to them from Audi here in Lakeland. I decided to go through them because Audi said that they were very professional and that I wouldn't have any worries about It was complete opposite. The service was unprofessional sloppy they left glass in my car they damaged my car when they replace the windshield and to top it off they charged me $1,400 for the windshield I got another crack in the windshield had it replaced yesterday and got charged $800 from SafeliteSo if you're considering choosing Sunstate I would reconsider

Jose came and replaced the windshield on my BMW X6M with such precision, I'd trust him to work on the engine! I'm very meticulous about my vehicles and was hesitant to even replace my cracked windshield in the first place for fear of getting a nick here or a scratch there. He methodically and systematically disassembled and reassembled the trim, cowl, windshield wiper arms, engine compartment panels and rearview mirror assembly with the care I demonstrate when I work on my own cars. I'd even trust him with my R8!

Don came out and replaced my window. I was very impressed he was fast, friendly, and on time. He gave me a run down of the do s and dont s. Never had a broken window before so my experience with this company and don was awesome. My windshield on my 335i suffered massive rock damage and these guys were quick to set up an appt and replace it. They were quick, courteous and gave outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

Pros: they are able to order glass in one day and have it installed the next day. Their technicians are nice and get glass installed very quickly. Glass is OEMCon: The only reason for not having 5 stars. First window of arrival 3-5. Tech arrives at 6:30. Next 9-12. Tech shows up at 1. First windshield was installed missing glue in the corner causing a very loud leak. Replaced quickly by another tech. Noise still exists. I scheduled for my ONLY available day for a 9a-12 window. While I appreciate punctuality, the tech showed up almost an hour early while I was asleep. So much for fixing it.However I give it 4 stars for the job alone because that is what I m reviewing. For the OEM glass and how quickly from order to install I give this business 4 stars.

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED--Horrible customer service! "We get all of BMW's work so good luck going somewhere else if you don't like our work. We don't have to finish the job if we don't want to." I am normally pretty easygoing an forgiving of someone having a bad day, or a fluke bad experience...this is not one of those times. My main initial complaint was that rather that send the installer with what he needed (maybe just being cheap hoping they didn't need it) they instead didn't, and wanted to come out again to take up two of my days instead of just the one it should take. Well...apparently if you complain about ANYTHING to the office they will leave you in the middle of the job and refuse to finish it. Good installer...horrible management. I've never seen anything like this before, and this was an insurance repair. Maybe their specialty is not in windshields, but ripping people off? Not sure, but I do know that you couldn't pay me $1k to ever do business with these people again.

One the the worst garbage company to deal with. The tech who came out to fix my car scratch my roof and my all over my dash the the tools the used to pop out the glass. its been 3 weeks i been waiting back for this woman name Abby to call me back regarding this matter. NO one has called me or giving a care. worst customer service, i highly recommended people no to ever used them. The will damage your car and play stupid like nothing happen. DO NOT USED SUN STATE AUTO GLASSEdit: in regards to the owners reply, this I'd precisely the level of customer service you will get from this company. You interrupted me and I needed to ask you repeatedly to let me speak but here I can speak with clear details. On the recorded line I stated that I did NOT hover over the tech and that I had to leave quickly after for a meeting in my other vehicle. I did call after returning home and saw the damage. Your tech did not total my vehicle but did damage it and mistakes unfortunately have to be managed and addressed. I told Abby that I felt bad even calling as the tech and Abby were both incredibly kind in helping me previously. She stated you would help and you did not call. I finally got you by googling the corporate number and getting you by coincidence. Name calling, accusations and denying services "because you wrote a review online" is unprofessional and disrespectful to yourself as it only makes you a lesser person. I would make the recommendation that you use a dictionary and consult a lawyer before you make threats about slander. My insurance company has received screenshots of your commentary. Have a blessed day.

Recently, Charles a technician with Sun State Auto Glass replaced the front windshield regarding a Mercedes Benz. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and most of all concerned about every aspect of the car he was working on.
