I had my car towed to Rudi s garage for something I thought was going to be a major repair since other shops were giving me some ridiculous estimates as it turned out the car had a blown fuse and a cylinder needed to be replaced. My vehicle is running like new again. The rate was so reasonable, I have found an Auto Shop that I can trust to fix my vehicles. They are very HONEST.

These guys do a great job. I took my truck in for something that I thought would be a major repair. After they diagnosed my vehicle, it turned out to be a faulty oil filter. Did I mention their labor rates are extremely reasonable? I have found an auto shop that can trust.

This is the best place to bring your car to in Orlando! They are the most genuine, nice people that will take care of your car like you re family. I will always recommend them to anyone! And can t thank them enough for helping me out

Not sure . Told me they would call back and never did. Kinda in the middle about it . Maybe it was a good thing or maybe not.The man was nice but they kinda forgot about me. Im learning that when you speak to a mechanic and you have a sense of whats UP with your car they tend to skip over you. (Opinion, not Rudy s attitude).Maybe one day ill make it out there. The prices I was quoted were a little high but again 3 stars for no call..(I did not have work done)Its not personal. We spend alot of money with the world of mechanics. A Benz is a pricy baby. But we love them!!!! The collective needs to be refreshed. What happened to the days of a mechanic being happy to see what you drive or feel honored that you brought it there to his/her shop?(My opinion not Rudys)Ford vs Ferrari (That mechanic) Rudys im sure you guys are great!!! My personal story is not to be taken as insult.Mercedes is a different animal. We as special people understand that they need love and care around the clock.You guys have awesome reviews and im sure you give the upmost best service.With that being said .I think we were a little nervous when I called you with the model of my car. If you need an honest mechanic that stands by his work, you have to go to Rudis. They saved me over 2,000 over the dealership when my radiator needed to be replaced. After we picked it up we noticed the radiator cap had come off. The owner immediately sent a tech to our house and fixed the problem, along with a few other things the dealership had done during their diagnostic. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I will be using them for all my mechanical work. Thanks for a great job John!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Despite saying Mercedes in the title, they did a beautiful job helping me with a kia and a jeep, both problems were solved cheaper than I thought and much faster. They went above and beyond. I had a question about the kia they said they'd look into and when i came back 2 weeks later with the jeep they remembered to tell me what they found out.

I just moved to Orlando and needed a service and check on my MB S550, decided to go with Rudi's. They are truly honest and truly kind, offer really great prices for the high standard of work they provide. I'm definitely a lifetime customer.

Called for AC on our C300 AMG. Made appointment, showed up that day. Asked for a couple of other small things could be addressed, assured no problem. Called me with estimate not too long after. Authorized work, completed before end of day & picked up. Very fair pricing, quality repair, good customer service & expeditious service. Nothing else to ask for in a service provider. This shop will have our business for duration of ownership.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Rudi's has serviced all of our company vehicles for the past few years. John and Donna are incredibly honest people who stand behind their work, use genuine parts and charge very fair prices. I was told needed to change caliper, rotor and break right front asked almost 1000.00 dollars before I took the car I tried it still making noise clicking when I hit break and humming when I drive it also, I said the car still making noise they told me when you drive it goes away until now still doing it clicking and humming!!! dashboard is showing sensor i was told 4 sensors need to be change and each 125.00 !! One of my friend told me to take it to Costco, I was told that the car needs one sensor to be change not 4 and it cost me 65.00 dollars at Costco ! Rudi Did bad job plus lied about the sensors , I will never take my car there anymore , they take advantage when they see a lady , not honest people at all !!!

I cannot praise them enough! My son brings his Mercedes here so now whenever my Range Rover needs a service we take it there. They are super friendly, have very fair prices and are super knowledgeable. Cannot say a bad word against them!

Very honest & trustworthy! They always fit me in right away, my car is always taken care of & comes back clean. They never try to up sell any jobs, only what is needed. The prices are reasonable & I always am shown & explained to what was done to my car. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I recommend this service to everyone, as this is the only place I will take my car.

The most honest mechanic shop I have ever been to, the whole team there is amazing, super knowledgeable in Mercedes. I highly recommend Rudi's to everyone. I will be a long time customer here from now on that I found this place. I wouldn't waste my time with dealership, save your money and time and come to Rudi's first. You will be glad you did. Whether you have a C250 or S550, don't get it serviced at the Mercedes dealer. Rudi's has done my A and B service, and they do it precisely to Mercedes' specifications and have done a great job each time. Their prices are very reasonable, and I can tell they really do their best and take pride in their work. Everyone is very friendly, and I love that it's a family owned and operated shop. I run a family business myself and understand what a difference it makes. I don't know what my next car will be when my lease is up, but if it's a Mercedes, I'm bringing it here!

John and his wife, the owners of Rudi s Mercedes, are great people!John does better and faster work at less cost than the rival Mercedes dealership in the area.I took my car in because the convertible top had stopped working and he was able to fix it in 2 quick one day sessions, even though a whole section of my trunk was full of water, which is why the pneumatic pump that controls the roof wasn t working in the first place.I don t think I ve ever had to leave my car with him overnight. He s always gotten it back to me the same day, every time I ve brought it in in the morning.

I ve brought my Mercedes to Rudi s several times. Every time they are fair, honest, knowledgeable and fast turn around. Kind people. They have earned all of my repair business going forward. Highly recommend.

I have had my 2000 E320 Mercedes serviced at Rudi's for over 2+ years now. John and his team are very meticulous about correcting any issue with this car. He is not only fair, but unlike several other facilities I have been to in the pass, he never tries to up-sell parts or service you really don't need on the vehicle.It is truly a pleasure to know your in great hands when John is working on your vehicle. I would highly recommend his service to all owners of high-end cars.

Was turned away for service by Mercedes of Maitland today for my 2008 C350. This place was kind, professional and serviced my car quickly and at a reasonable price. Hopefully I won't frequent often but they will be my mechanic shop moving forward. Thanks for the help John.

I took my MB SLK 350 and John (owner and mechanic) was honest and parts/labor prices were much better then dealership for repairing my front headlights. I had to prepay for the headlight kit (the whole headlight housing had to be replace due to corrosion). Anyway, when parts arrived, John's wife called me to let me know. I had also noticed some belt noise and John took a look at it while I watched and he explained what needed to be replaced. Prices were very fair and work was done to my satisfaction. I even asked him to buff a scratch and he did that free of charge (actually he buffed out another scratch that I had not requested).I will now always take my MB to his shop for repairs. Very satisfied. This is an honest mechanic who takes pride in his workmanship.

I went to Rudi s for an estimate on my 2002 Mercedes S430 the steering wheel had some play in it. I didn t tell them I already had an estimate from Action Gator(RIP-OFF) for $1420.00 they said my rack and pinion needed replaced. I left the vehicle and went and had coffee. When I came back my steering was fixed $53.20 a screw was loose! HONESTY gets my money everytime! Thanks and I m now your customer for life

Excellent communication. Fair pricing, they don't make up their prices. They don't overcharge, I had my parts picked up first and brought my Mercedes while I had lunch and it was finished in a timely manner!! Highly recommended!!
