Never come to this place. Took perfectly fine Toyota for an oil change. They Took 4 hours for an oil change. That same night my car stopped working. Of course they will DENY they did nothing but how does a car all of a sudden mess up when it s under your care ? Mind you my car is only a couple years old nothing has ever been wrong with it. It s not the battery. Now I m having to pay extra money for a tow and to get my car fixed and money for a rental while I wait. Customer service is horrible the owner says just tow it to them they ll look at it but of course I m having to pay for the tow Nasty attitudes don t even want them touching my car again. STICK TO THE DEALERSHIP NOT THESE SCAMMERS!

Always honest and provide quality work . I've had the check engine light come on and they told me it was an issue I can disregard ...... while mechanics at other shops would take advantage of meBought two cars from here and both have lasted a long time

We've had some pretty negative experiences with auto shops in the past, but now we will only use Royal One. We started going to RO probably about 5 years ago. They are honest, reliable and straight to the point. Pricing is pretty affordable compared to most too. I go in with an issue and they fix it and call it a day. At other shops, I'd leave with a list of 4 or 5 other things I should replace, just for a money grab...but not here. Thank you!!

Went to get a tire plugged he didn't tell me the price until after he was done, which I was in desperate need! He Charge me $25 which is outrageous especially when a kit only cost $14 and you can repair multiple tires will not be going back to them!

Rick and Alex are very honest and hard-working. I have been using them for at least 6 years now, and it feels like I always get better prices on their tires and services than Wal-Mart or anywhere else. I don't always need them, but when I do, they are right there to help and work with you.

Went there due to a screw in my tire. At a corporate place they told me it needed a new tire due to the location of the screw. At Royal one he looked at it and he said he will try to help. He removed the screw but it was not deep enough and no patch or replacement was needed it. He did not charge me. Thank you

Since they said walk-in wait longer, I made appointment on Monday for 2 shock absorber replacement at this location, 2931 Forsyth Rd. #101 Winter Park, FL 32792, and per their instruction I arrived before 8 am. They accepted the car and called back at 1 pm (after 5 hours) and told me I need to leave the car with them for 2 days because they are very busy and the repair will consume their time. It is a ridiculous reason, unprofessional and customer has no say at this place.

Excellent service, Carlos. This time we had our brake system flushed on an older car. They could have easily said we needed many more things done, but they DIDN'T. These are honest guys offering great service for a fair price. Given how so many places rip you off these days, we greatly appreciate the work ethic of Carlos and company. We'll be back soon.

Great service, great prices. I came in for a brake change and it was quick along with the brakes being good quality. I was also recommended tires which was good too because I needed some. Overall i had a good time being here and definitely will come again

Very friendly place. I needed my tire checked very quickly was on the road. They identified the issue and fixed in 15 minutes. Awesome service.

I'm always stressed and nervous about anything having to do with car repairs, but it's a necessary evil, right? I was at one of those well known shops, and after being told one of my tires had a nail in it and could be patched for $30, and quoted an outrageous price for new ones, I decided to shop around. Glad I did, because I happened upon Royal One. I did plenty of research and called other shops in the area...there are many! Royal has great reviews, and after my experience there, I see why. Rick, Alex, and their staff are wonderful and professional. I spoke to Rick on the phone, he listened, offered advice, and worked with me to meet my budget. Once at the shop, the guys took the time to show me things about my car that I needed to know. They were very respectful, and I felt comfortable and grateful to be treated so well. I walked away having paid much less than that "other place" which didn't give me half the information that I got at Royal One. I know this is long, guys, but much needed. I even told a friend about my experience and she's so excited, she's going to spread the word, too! I would recommend these guys for all your car service needs. I know I'll go back again! Very good place. Prices were amazing. For the same tire they were at least 20$ cheaper, each tire, than 99% of other places. And they got it done within a few hours of my call; having to order my tire special, where everyone else said it would be days before they get this particular tire. The staff was very helpful and polite. It was all in all a great experience!

This place is the real deal. I came in on a Saturday on a recommendation from another shop, no appointment. I had an air leak one of my tires and they were able to take care of me right away. Did the service super fast and they charged a super reasonably. Very honest people. Would highly recommend!

After searching the web for a used tire shop, I finally decided on this one. I called, gave my tire size, and was given a basic quote over the phone. I went to the shop and was greeted by a very friendly man that was very courteous and very prompt. The price quoted over the phone was the same price quoted at the shop. I purchased used tires and the amount of tread left was great for the price. I really feel I got a great price and even greater service. I didn't wait very long and before I knew it, my car was already getting serviced. He pointed out some things on my car that should fixed eventually, but in no way was he trying to pressure me into anything extra today. My experience here was absolutely fantastic and I would certainly recommend this place to others. They had my tires on and ready to go in about 45 minutes. I will be back again.

ALIGNMENTS DONE HERE, for those who had to search a lot for one, like I did. Best shop I've ever been to. The prices were extremely reasonable; no other place compared. I ended up paying half the amount of money, for (what I think) was higher quality work. Also, the staff was extremely helpful, honest, and friendly. They provided plenty of explanation, and even did more for me than what I paid for. Nothing like I've ever seen from a shop. I will always come back to this location as long as i live in Orlando.Update: Still going here, never a let down.

All female car owners should go here for all car repairs, they are reapectful transparent and honest. My first visit over 2 years ago the owner spoke to me about the tires I needed on my Ford truck. He talked to me like an intelligent person not like most shops that say "lady this is what you need" instead of selling me the same expensive tires I had on the truck he sold me price point and quality appropriate tires. Also post visiting I noticed their ratings on google of 5 stars which match the quality of service they provide. Their momma raised two amazing human beings who also are great mechanics who also sell cars. You should feel more then comfortable buying any car or having service done by Royal One, oh by the way you cant beat their prices.

I know when it's lunch time at home. I lock my door and I'm not available. But when it's lunch time at work, sometimes that has to be out on hold to take care of the customers waiting. That's just my opinion. I mean we waited over 35 min for a business open mind you during this time (lunch time) eat there food then help us. And when they did they obviously rushed the tire installation or was very rough with it or didn't use enough lube. Hey they were saying there was going to be a problem before there problem even arose. Easily all you had to do in this case was overinflate the tire to make a bubble come on the side. Listen I'm just sharing my first experience there. And definitely my last as I've never ever had to wait while someone else ate before I could get service. Either close your doors and don't be available in any which way shape or form consistently during that time (lunch time) or get busy knocking there cars out then eating your food.ThanksMark

I used to love them in the past, but the last two times I've been there they did not treat me right.I came there yesterday to buy a used tire and the guy told me we had to buy a set of two. Mind you I asked for one used tire, but the guy insisted I had to buy two! That is ridiculous! Especially when dealing with used tires you should be able to buy as many or as few as you want. I've gone there several times but I won't be back.

I came here years ago and got some used tires. I came back recently and boy what a difference. Horrible customer service. I drop by one day to get tire service and was told they couldn t do it because they closed early then the hours listed online. On the next day, I called and requested for tire service which I was told if I can get there in 10 minutes they could do it and that it would take an hour. I arrived 3 minutes later and was now told a different story that they couldn t start until 30 minutes later. He did not state that on the phone. He had no care about how his actions wasted my time. I do not recommend.

To be fully transparent, I did not have any service done here nor did I purchase any tires from Royal One. The situation: I went by there to see about replacing my front tire after the side wall had been cut by something I ran over. The damage was a half dollar size slice into the sidewalls that had me concerned that if the tire got hot while driving at interstate speeds, it would blow out. The tread on all the tires was still good and I didn't relish the idea of buying 4 new tires to balance out the handling. As such, I went there with the intent of purchasing a good used tire. I never got the gentleman's name, but from his actions, I presumed he was the owner. Before I could walk into the front door, he greeted me and asked how he could help. I showed him the tire and shared my concerns. After looking at it he said he'd be happy to sell me a tire to replace this one but in all honesty all I needed to do was put some super glue underneath the tire slice flap and it would be fine. As a follow up, I did that and its been over a week now and the tire is fine, the super glue is holding the flap in place and I'm no longer concerned about a tire failure. Additionally, I saved myself some money from an unnecessary tire purchase. So this review is about the honesty and integrity of whom I presumed was the owner of the shop. Two qualities I value, especially in the service industry. Two qualities that will have me going back there for future work.

I have been taking my car here for the past 4 years Rick and Alex are the owners and they are very professional,nice,and courteous. They have the best prices in town with tires which makes it very affordable and they provide quality service with fast speed they wont keep you waiting. I drive all the way from Lake Mary to come here for all my tire needs.

The service was great and the Mechanics were very honest. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. The prices are great as well. I found Royal One after i called 7 other Tire places and they gave new tires for a fraction of the price of everywhere else I called. They changed my tires and i was out of there in 30 minutes. Thank you, I will definitely be coming back.

It's a blessing to come across mechanics who genuily care about their client's and are trustworthy. Their work speaks for itself through their character and service given is honest with affordable prices. Put it this way as a woman I would not want any other female touching my husband...Same concept why would I want any other mechanic fixing my car :)

I came to Royal One to get two tires changed on Monday (03/02/20). Quality work! fast and efficient at a price you cannot beat! The Technician/mechanic inspected all my tires and informed me of an issue on another tire which was badly worn. I would definitely recommend coming to Royal One Tires & Auto Service!

As a young girl I'm always nervous about mechanics taking advantage of me but this mechanic was very nice and explained what was wrong with my car in full detail. They were also very upfront about pricing and didn't try to up sell me on anything unless it was absolutely necessary. Highly recommend this place especially if you want to support a local family instead of a big business.

We went to this place today due to a blown tire. Rick was so wonderful. He explained things to us and gave us the best solution based on our situation. We told Rick that we don't have a lot of money to spend and the car is for our son to learn driving. We bought used tires in good condition and the price was great. We needed to replace the tire so our son can keep on learn driving. Great service !

Very bad place ! Terrible customer service! Didn t want to work on my car! And when they did they did a terrible job ! They made me wait over 4 hours for a 30 minute job! didn't even find the issue with my flat tire ! Way to go ! Royal one ? More like peasant one! YES THIS IS THE RIGHT ROYAL ONE! why would my name be in the system if i just said you didn't find the issue with my flat tire. The worker didn't even attempt to take off the tire to soak it in water. waste of time!
