Do not take your car anywhere else.! The team at Precision went above and beyond for me. I took my Accord in for repairs that were pretty straightforward. Once they removed the drivers side rear fender Heidi, the shop owner, contacted me immediately to let me know that prior body work was not completed properly. I panicked and thought for sure I would have to involve a lawyer. Nope, Heidi reached out to the other shop and they agreed to pay Precision to fix what they had done improperly. You don t often find a business owner with such exceptional ethics. I m so relieved to have my car back, knowing that I had someone looking out for my best interest!!!

Needed a new bumper due to a minor fender bender and received excellent service and pricing was very reasonable. They even gave my car a wash and vacuum. If I am in need of future body work I will definitely use them again.

Wow!! I have been in the industry for over 20 years and Heidi and her team have always exceeded all expectations and the some! They are very personable, knowledgeable, provide outstanding customer service second none!! There has never been any issues with the quality of repairs no matter how small or how big the repairs have been. They are very honest and upfront and strive to make sure that you are completely satisfied when you pick up your vehicle. It is very hard to find a shop in the Central Florida area that strives for perfection on every car they repair and how exceptional they treat their customers. This is the only place that I would fix any of my cars from minor to major damage. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed by the service and repairs you will receive.

I have a Volvo XC60 that was repaired by Heidi and her team. We could not be happier with the service and the quality of work that was put into our Volvo. If you need any kind of repairs bring it here. Their communication was excellent even though we are in the Holidays they did an excellent job. Thank you Precision Collision!!!

Very professional not only did they repair my vehicle better than new but when the insurance was not cooperative precision collision helped me more than my own insurance. They made sure that all the parts for my vehicle were new and the paint job matched the rest of the vehicle. I would 100% recommend Precision Collision the work is great and the owner Heidi was there for me every step of the repairs.

I have taken several cars to this shop. The work is top quality. They are always professional and ready to assist in anyway possible.Heidi, the owner is very professional and she cares about her customers. She makes sure you are kept up to date on what is happening with your car.Heidi and her team take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. If you have an insurance claim, they make sure you know what you should ask the insurance company and what the insurance company should cover.It is becoming harder and harder to find good customer service these days. The Volvo dealer I bought my car from recommended this shop. They were incredibly nice, responsive, and worked fast. My car looks fantastic. The paint work here is A++++

Extremely professional and courteous service. Very reasonably priced. Outstanding workmanship. The two young ladies in front office were very polite and helpful. I m glad I chose this auto body shop. Will definitely use them again, if ever needed.EDIT: I had recently incurred some damage from rocks falling off a dump truck that didn't properly secure his load. Along with three other vehicles. We pulled over attempting to stop the truck, but to no avail. I was absolutely disheartened by the driver's negligence. However, I never once hesitated when my one and only choice for body repair was Precision Collision.Although it took much longer than expected for the repair, (due to current supply chain issues) my Mercedes turned out absolutely perfect. Heidi and her team were more than just meticulous, they made sure my vehicle went out there door almost new. Not only would I recommend their excellent service. I would never use another shop ever. Heidi had many mutual acquaintances, who either had classic autos restored, or who had conducted other business regarding auto body repair. Thank you Heidi, and your team. After going to my insurance company's shop I had tons of problems and the car was never fixed properly. Fast forward and I end up needing other repairs and my auto mechanic recommended Precision. Heidi and the entire company were incredible. They were detailed, honest, and got everything right. I am happy to have brought my car to them to be repaired properly. Thank you!

Customer service was spot on. Communication 10/10. Our daughters car looks brand new. Not to mention they even went the extra customer service mile and cleaned the inside of her vehicle. Would definitely recommend (hope to never have to be a return customer) but will definitely use again when future minor children start driving. Thanks collision!!!!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

I've had the pleasure of working with Heidi and her awesome team on multiple occasions. I allowed my insurance company to take my damaged car to "their" shop. Needless to say it did not get fixed correctly. The repairs looked bad and the vehicle performed poorly. I took it to Precision after pick up and they spent more than hour with me going through the receipt and showing me what needed to be fixed. I took it back to the original location and the GM agreed and re-did the 15k plus repair job. In a 2nd accident they fixed my vehicle for a fair price in a timely manner. The vehicle looked and performed like it was new. The team at Precision is knowledgeable, fair and committed to their customers. On top of it all the shop is the nicest/cleanest body shop I've ever seen. During my time there I noticed some really nice vehicles being brought in for repairs. The types of vehicles would lead you to believe that money is not an object with these customers yet they bring their vehicles to Precision. I highly recommend

I called to have my front bumper repaired, due to my bumper being repaired at a different shop that is no longer in business they will never touch my car, this is what a female manager told me, I'm sure plenty of people has had their vehicle worked on in several shops, to tell me that you won't work with me because you're not the first and only shop to work on my vehicle is outrages. She also told me that she was sure that another body shop will work with me, what kind of manager turns away business and advise customers to contact their competitors. I hope the owner sees this review because that manager needs to be fired immediately. I build my car from the ground up and I have money to spent and she told me to go away and give my money to this company's competitors. What a shame. I been in the automotive business for at least 10 years and I never turned away business.As far as the response from this lady fake manager, this is the first place I called, no I did not call several places in Florida and got the same answer. I see this lady making more assumptions and fake psychic predictions. FYI THE SECOND PLACE I CALLED after this body shop who turned me away, TOOK MY BUSINESS AND THOUGHT YOU Ms. FAKE MANAGER, WERE CRAZY FOR TURNING ME AWAY. HAHAHAH. GOOD LUCK TO YOU MS. FAKE MANAGER.P.S. TO EVERYONE READING THIS, THIS LADY IS LYING, SHE DID NOT TELL ME TO STOP BY FOR AN ESTIMATE, SHE TOLD ME STRAIGHT UP, IF ANOTHER BODY SHOP WORKED ON MY CAR THEY WILL NOT WORK ON MY CAR PERIOD. THAT WAS THIS FAKE MANAGER'S EXACT WORDS AND THAT SHE IS SURE THERE IS A BODY SHOP IN FLORIDA SHE IS SURE WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS. PLUS NO!!!! I DID NOT SPEAK TO THE OWNER MS. FAKE MANAGER!! I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND YOU STRAIGHT UP SAID YOU'RE THE MANAGER AND THE OWNER WAS NOT CURRENTLY IN THE SHOP, NOT AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO ME.MS. FAKE MANAGER PLEASE STOP LYING TO PEOPLE. My truck was in a smash n dash.. Went to a community page asking fir a repair shop & was recommended to visit Precision Collision.It was the very 1st shop on the list to get an estimate. Heidi greeted me and within minutes I knew THIS WOULD be the shop to take care of the job.Without any insurance knowledge she took it upon herself to call my claim in and handle ALL the details for me all the way down to a loaner car.Heidi kept me up to date on the progress and I was completely impressed by my rejuvenated truck. My car was hit from behind and Heidi and her team were recommended by my mechanic. Heidi was on top of it from the moment I arrived. She coordinated everything with the insurance adjuster and made sure my car was fixed properly. Not only did she handle everything for me she would keep me updated and aware of what was going on with the car. The work they did was outstanding and Heidi was as pleasant as could be. This is my first time leaving a review for a body shop because I ve never actually had a good experience at one, but this place is wonderful, very professional & very reasonable! They came highly recommended by my mechanic and I can see why! I d feel comfortable enough sending my grandma here. I was very happy with their work on my car! It looks good as new and they were super nice and helpful. I dropped my car off a day late and even so they finished a day earlier than expected. Also, I had some sticker residue on one of my windows that they were able to scrape off (and I didn t even ask them to do so!) which made me super happy to see. I d definitely recommend them!

We've required the services of Precision Collision a few times over the years, and they do such amazing work, we'd never consider going elsewhere. When my son's truck was hit while away at college, we transported the vehicle back to Winter Park so Precision Collision could take care of it. I was hit in a parking lot, had just bought the car. Insurance had warned me that it could be 30 days before my car was fixed, they did it in 4. Amazing job, you can't tell my car was hit. This place is top notch. Got to see inside the work zone. Clean. Professional technicians that know their job. Heide in the office, deserves a 5 star rating just for her professional and courteous service alone. Smart lady that knows what to do for the customer. She's gone above and beyond helping me get through my truck wreck situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PC& R to anyone.
