Very friendly and professional people. I was worried there would be distortion as I know that some windshields can have that. The technician let me inspect the windshield before installing. The whole process was very easy and fast. The glass is high quality and crystal clear. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Their ratings are so much higher than every other company. This is not a mistake. You can see why in every interaction with them. It is so refreshing to see what I consider an old fashioned level of excellent service. Especially in an industry involving your car. I was not their easiest customer to deal with on a few levels and logistically. Never once did they show it to me. Maribel was the person I dealt with the most. She instilled trust from the beginning. John was excellent. They are very transparent and do their best. If you need your windshield replaced, I could not recommend this business any more strongly. Definitely my best experience this year, and completely unexpected. My windshield is as if nothing ever happened to it.

I had an emergency situation to get my back glass replaced so I could get home and they were able to come out on the same day and get it replaced for me when nobody else could do it on the same day after calling around before finding Orange Blossom. The repairman who came out was also extremely kind and easy to work with. He did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable. Thank you guys so much for helping me out when nobody else would. Fast and great service! Jessica was kind and helpful throughout my process of speaking with my insurance and setting an appointment. Don did an amazing job and he came to my home to do it. He was quick and was done in less than an hour. I definitely recommend this company to replace your windshield. Best company around, while i was waiting on the dealer to get my windshield replace since last year Nov 23, 2022. This company in 1 day was able to replace it fast. Also used OEM window for my 2022 Challenger Scatpack. The guy that installed was really professional, on time, and fast. They have WONDERFUL customer service which is hard to find! They did not have openings for the same day but made space for my glass to be replaced anyway. They were communicative about every step of the process and even the ETA. The women who answered the phone were friendly and helpful. They reviewed my insurance with me to make sure I qualified. I did not so they were able to lower the price of the front windshield so I could save some money. The technician was very friendly as well and did a great job. I would reuse them if need be and would reccommend them to others.

Called Orange Blossom Auto glass around noon and they had a technician come out the next day on time. Company is very communicative and the tech is as well. He called me and said I was his second stop, then I received a text when he was 15 min away. Very happy with the installation job and the job itself took less than 2 hours. Our windshield was unexpectedly damaged to the point of needing it to be fully replaced. We were worried rain would get into our car if we couldn t get it fixed the same day. I called eight other auto glass shops, and Orange Blossom Auto Glass was the only shop that both had the glass in stock and could replace the windshield the same day. Maribel was very helpful during the process and Mikel the technician did an excellent job with our windshield. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Service was great. In fact the call to get everything set up and paid for through the insurance took longer than the install. The guy called to let me know he could come earlier than scheduled which i had no problem with. Company came to my job and replaced the windshield. Was happy with the process and outcome. They took care of all the insurance stuff. They also used genuine Toyota trim from Toyota dealer. I got home from work around 4:35pn and found my car with a Beautiful new Windshield. The technician assigned to my car did an outstanding job. Even installed one of my wiper nuts to hold the windshield wiper. Very impressed, fast and clean. I don't have words of how great this company is!Firstly, the call. Bibi was so helpful walking me through the process. She was very patient (my first time as a European in US replacing the windshield) and caring. She even reached out to me to check on me while I was waiting for the claim to proceed. YAY BIBI, YOU'RE AWESOME!Secondly, the service. Super on point, timely and professional. Great experience! So quick and easy. I have had issues with trying to get my car windshield fixed and nobody has my windshield or was able to do calibration too. So happy I called orange blossom because 2 days later they came and replaced my windshield in just 45min. Safelight was going to take more than 3 hours and lied about even having a windshield.Service: Auto windshield repair

Called mid afternoon on a Thursday (spoke to a VERY polite and EXTREMELY professional woman) and provided her the necessary information. She was asked if my vehicle was available on Friday so they could replace the rear window glass! (The very next day!?! WHAT?That's unheard of nowadays!) We scheduled for Saturday and stated the technician would be calling me. As promised, John called me and provided a window of when he'd be at my home to perform the work. Showed up on time and also conducted himself like a true professional as he walked me through the process. Old glass removed and vacuumed out of my truck, new glass installed, paid the man, and he was gone! A GREAT experience with this company and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing vehicle glass replacement. Job well done!5 Stars all day long.

After being told by Safelite, that I would have to pay above what my insurance would cover for OEM spec glass, I shopped around and chose Orange Blossom Auto Glass, the receptionist was extremely helpful, contacted my insurance and made sure we had OEM Spec glass installed without having to pay more. They installer showed up on time, was extremely cordial and did a quick and excellent job, even cleaned the inside of the vehicle after installation. I m extremely pleased and highly recommend over Safelite, don t be fooled by the advertising.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Had chip in windshield. Car is a classic 2012 Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca, one of 750. Had Orange Blossom Auto Glass to my home to replace windshield. The two friendly fellows did the job in my driveway with the Mustang backed into the garage and just barely out. Excellent job. Looks brand new and everything fits and looks perfect. Very satisfied.
