Called in for break rotors. The dude got strong accent. Strong accents are not easily understood by others. I don't mind if your accent is trong, you need to speak slowly, but he also got bad attitude.

I came here frustrated and crying because David Maus Volkswagen north wanted to charge me and arm and a leg for a simple fuse change. VW neglected giving the publicly available schematics; turns out there s a much better option. Go visit THOMAS. He went out of his way to calm me down AND solved my simple schematic issues that David Maus VW North refused to solve. If you have a Volkswagen don t come anywhere else. Friendly, and knowledge service at a fair price. I couldn t ask for more.

I know it's Thanksgiving and location is open only till 5 today. But called location at 5 till 5 and after ringing for an extended period of time, someone answer who did not give a name and i asked if location had a part that was needed that had broken while trying to do a repair on my only transportation. Was told close in a few minutes. Said pull part for me and would be up in a few since I live behind location and was told ok sounds good. Showed up to location at 5 on the dot. Another customer already standing at door saying it was locked already. Knocked on door and seen 2 employees just ignore us. Tried to get them to open but wouldn't for a 2 second transaction. Again I know it's a holiday and they want to leave but to be told that they would pull part and have ready and show up and have Door locked before even time to close. Have used this location alot since it opened and spent countless amount here and this is how they want to treat customers. Have used this company in the past as well with previous employer and can see why they were so adiment about not using this company. Having employees who does this does meet companies goals I'm sure. Will never use again myself and I'm sure I'm not the first.

Amazing customer service! I bought windshield wipers, not only the wipers are great but they installed them for me for free. Carl was outstanding. I will definitely come back!

Donnie was an extremely helpful sales associate.I would have given them a 5 star review, but corporate wouldn't allow him to install my new battery in my 2018 Ford Fusion.However, Donnie provided me the 1 tool I needed to complete the installation of my new battery. It took me 5 minutes to install my new battery, me a 64 yr old woman.O' Reilly needs more associates like Donnie.

Will was super kind and helpful! He tested my battery, tried to recharge it, and then helped me install my new one. He's very knowledgeable and considerate to someone as ignorant about cars as I am. Thank you, Will!

When I walked in and started looking, someone walked over to help me which was nice, but he was surprised when I went to the right section for what I was looking for. He also didn't necessarily ask if I needed help, he seemed to just assume that I needed help, even though what I was looking for was something very simple. It felt like he thought I didn't know what I was looking for or doing because I was a woman in an auto parts store. Not a super great feeling, especially since I found what I was looking for on my own, but he directed me to another isle. He was nice and all, and the price point was good, but not a great shopping experience.

I ordered parts online and their ability to fulfill and communicate is a joke. Should have been ready by 10:30am which online said within an hour because it showed in stock but found out after having to call them they had to get a part from another store. Was told i would have it by that same afternoon to find out by me having to call them again now they say 1:30pm tomorrow. They are terrible about keeping the client updated causing a huge inconvenience.

I love this auto parts store and will not shop anywhere else. Stopped by today with a dead battery in my wife's van. I am not a car repair guy and I had no idea how to take the battery out and put a new one in because of where it was located in engine compartment. Thomas and Jose were super helpful. I left the store with a new battery and I know the van will start every time for my Mrs. Thanks Guys!

Today I stopped by O'Reilly's to have my battery checked. Anthony ran the test and the battery was bad and had to be replaced. I was so very impressed with Anthony's attitude, skills and efficiency. He not only replaced the battery, but he checked and filled up my oil and the windshield wiper wash. Service was exceptional as always! Thanks again Anthony :)Debi W., Winter Park

Walked in and was instantly greeted. I told them what I needed. Employee came out to verify the exact piece on the car. He then sold me the part AND followed me out to install it. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Went in to get AC recharging can, big poster on entry window said that if you buy AC Pro, get $15 giftcard. I bought 1, asked about gift card and was told, "we don't have those right now." I ask about sign attached to product, "those are on order". Like really? I ask why they still had ads up and I got the blank stare. I don't plan on visiting here if I can help it as this was not first time I have felt like no one in store cares about their customers. I mean don't advertise and not deliver, or show a bit more explanation in regards to this "misleading advertisement".

I had a wheel hub assembly which I purchased at another O'Reilly location wear out prematurely. Jeremy was unbelievably helpful with the exchange! The rest of the staff at this location is also exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I was a regular shopper for over a decade at the Autozone and and Advance Auto Parts within a mile of where this location opened just a couple of years ago and because of the quality of the parts and service, O'Reilly has become my first choice.

WOW!!! Honestly when you are stranded with a dead battery look nowhere else but O'Reilly. They go above and beyond for you.Jeremy was my saving grace. I called several other competitors to no avail but Jeremy without hesitation came to test and jump start my battery at my location.Quick drive to the store and after great customer service (from him and other members) I left feeling appreciated and valued as a customer AND a person.Thank you for helping AND caring!10 stars if I could!

Excellent customer service. I visited because of a dead battery, and jason not only checked my battery and found that it was still under warranty, he also changed it for me in the pouring rain. Couldn't ask for better business practices

This is a relatively new store in our neighborhood, but almost everytime I've gone in they've had what we needed in stock and if we had to order something it came quickly and correctly. Great people, very helpful. I'm definitely a repeat customer.

Dude, I had so many issues with junk I needed, and Dwight was completely cool and collected the whole time. He did everything he could to help address all my needs without even breaking his smile (even with a fast mask, you can tell by someone s eyes if they re smiling). I really appreciate Dwight, I m a customer for life now.

This past purchase I got a coil for my van. It was $5 under AutoZone's price. Yeah, 5 bucks is chump change. But when gas is 3 bucks a gallon, that savings paid for ALMOST 2 gallons for my gas guzzler! Lol. On a serious note, ALL the staff / managers are friendly. I've started going back since a certain manager is no longer at the location.

Let me tell you...I will never, ever go to another auto parts store again. These people make me feel welcome every time I come here, and they always offer to help me figure out a solution to my car's problem. One time this very knowledgeable woman came out, looked under the hood, and actually installed the small part for me (headlamp bulb). I am disabled and cannot reach most places under the hood, but this is never a problem for these guys! Another time a gentleman went home and looked up info on his own time to help with another issue Iw as having, and when I came back the next day he fixed the problem. SUPERB customer service here!

Very helpful there. I needed a belt and they took the time and effort to find it for me after being told no at 3 other auto parts stores. O'REILLY will be my first stop next time.
