My husband and I have never once written a negative review for a business. We know mistakes happen or someone might be having a bad day and we always extended grace because of that. However we felt the need to warn others of the experience we have had due to safety negligence of their repairs and the lack of properly repairing the damages that totaled close to $17,000.Nine weeks ago we got into a car accident and our insurance was going to send our car to a local auto body repair shop. We called the Honda we got our car from to see if they can do the repairs however that s not something they offer but they recommended Maitland Auto Body as an authorized Honda repair shop. With full confidence since Holler Honda recommended them we took our 2021 Pilot. They had our SUV for 7 weeks and we were extremely patient believing this was the best shop our SUV could be repaired at. However since picking it up we have had on going issues. Here is a list of some of our issues. When picking up the car on 7/13/23, there were multiple items left in the vehicle, including a spray paint can, car parts in their original pink wrapper for a different vehicle, and multiple mold plastic pieces and hardware fasteners from the vehicle (including additional components we found the next day up to the present day) The vehicle was still dirty after we were told it was detailed External panels on the front and side of the vehicle were not secured The front cabinet light fixture was not secured as well as the phone charging pad on the console Panel molding beneath glove compartment was detached Multiple pieces broken on center tread of tire (we were told it was likely from tow truck transfer for body painting) The front passenger window switch is defective Cabinet liner was filthy and stained, and was not told it was on back order until we mentioned it Drivers side passenger door handle molding broken off When making sharp turns, driver s side that was hit makes noise that sounds like it s coming from the axle & not properly repaired Brakes are making noise Driver s side seatbelt locking mechanism has intermittent resistance AC is not cooling properly intermittently Loose suspension components (Safety concern) Which was discovered by Holler Honda in one hour. Before having Honda inspect it we took our car back to Maitland Auto Body and they told us our car was fine after having it for another three days. They said we were driving with the emergency brake on. Which is we knew wasn t the truth so we decided to take our car and pay out of pocket to Holler Honda which they found the suspension was not properly bolted downZIt has been two weeks since calling the shop multiple times raising our concern with our car that wasn t properly repaired and one week since writing a formal email. This week our insurance adjuster went out to raise our concerns on our behalf and Carlos finally called us back once on each of our phone lines. However my husband and I were both at work and have tried to call him back multiple times since then and haven t heard back from him. We have called the shop and left messages, we sent an email, called his cell phone, sent text messages and even voice notes in hopes we would hear from him before having to escalate this issue. Throughout the last 9 weeks we have been extremely patient. It is very unfortunate a recommended auto repair shop by Honda has shown no concern for the safety & concerns of their customers. As well as for their customer service with communicating with customers.

The employees are polite, but their work is shoddy at best. They had my car for almost a month for repairs following a collision. A few days after getting the car back I had to return it to them as they put the used wheel bearings back in, and they had to be replaced. They also failed to properly reinstall my engine splash guard and it started dragging the ground. Not to mention the hood wasn t lined up properly, and they broke some of my clips for my lower bumper cover trim. The worst part is I followed all of their post care instructions for the new paint job, but about a month after they finished it the new paint began to bubble and peel. Had I not moved to a new state I d take it back and make them fix it. If your car requires a paint job, RUN!!!! Next time I will take my car to a Ford dealership with a collision center. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Got hit by a semi truck on I4. Maitland Auto Body, specifically Kourtney (spelling?) was recommended to me by Todd from Complete Auto Care down the road. He was correct to recommend them to me. Despite not being an "in-network" repair shop for insurance, they dealt with the estimate and back and forth, including for sublet damage. I have no issues with the quality of work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car in to have my bumper replaced and they were amazing. I was well informed of everything that was being done to my car & they were able to answer all my questions. My 2019 jeep had the paint bubble in the hood latch. Once Chrysler approved the repair, I took a chance with Maitland Auto - WOW WOW! They repainted the entire hood, and the paint is an EXACT MATCH! By no fault of my own, I was in two car accidents in 2021, and a friend referred me to Maitland Auto Body. The first time I brought my vehicle in for�repairs, it was a good enough experience and I did not have any issues. I decided to return to Maitland Auto Body for service after my second accident.I was hit on the front driver's side bumper, but could still drive my vehicle. I informed Maitland Auto Body I would continue to drive my car until all�parts needed for repairs were received. Approximately five weeks later, I received a call stating all parts were in, so I dropped my vehicle off to begin repairs. My auto insurance paid for a 30-day car rental, which I picked up the same day. Three weeks later, I followed up with Maitland Auto Body for an update. I was told my car would be ready the next week. Two days before I was to pick up my vehicle, I called to make sure the car would be ready. I was then told my car would NOT be ready, and they were still waiting on the hood to come in. I resolved to have them put my car back together so I could drive it until all parts were in to complete the service. I explained I could not afford to pay for a daily car rental, unknowing of how long it could take for them to get the hood.I drove my vehicle in that condition for another 2 months waiting for the part to arrive. During those two months, several phone calls were made to both Maitland Auto Body (many calls unanswered and if answered they were extremely rude) and my auto insurance company, where I learned my auto insurance had already paid Maitland Auto Body in full. I was very concerned�my vehicle would not get fixed, but the body shop called and the part had finally arrived. They completed the service October 2021.In February 2022, my car was making a terrible noise. The sound was coming from the front driver s side tire area. I took my vehicle in to the Honda dealership. Their mechanic informed me the ball joint and tie rod should have been replaced after my second car accident. He said my car was hanging from a thread and that eventually my wheel would have come off. I am fortunate to be alive today. The reason for this review is for the safety and well-being of this community by informing others.

We are still waiting for a part on my daughter s car to be installed. Was told a month ago the ETA for the part was sometime in July, then was told they don t know when that part is coming in. We were able to take the car while we waited for the part because a paint job had been done in the rear part because of an accident. But we still paid in full with insurance money. Was not given an option to leave a deposit. We continue to call asking when part will be in, they do not follow up with customers. Had to call and leave message then call again to get a hold of someone only to be told my daughter would be called when the part gets in. They are not able to explain where that part is, because it s on back order. Didn t give number of manufacturer of part so we could personally get an ETA from them. Honda recommend this place but wouldn t recommend. Did good with paint job but poor job with customer follow up and keeping them up to date. We just want to get updates, it s already been a month. That s poor customer service!

I got put on the schedule immediately. Cost to repair was fair. Courtney was SOOOOO helpful and nice. I can t wait to get my car looking great again.

The shop was excellent everyone was nice and did a fantastic job. They called me and kept me informed and returned my car back to it's original brand new state. Filled my tank and cleaned the engine and inside. Told me if I ever had any problems come back no questions asked. I would recommend to anyone who's in need of repair, GOD BLESS these young gentlemen.

Simply the best. Honest, professional and I actually felt my car looked better than it did BEFORE my accident. Staff was wonderful; called to update me on status and project a respectful confidence in their work. I too felt confident that I had chosen the right shop.

It took them half a year to fix my cosmetic damages. They are inconsistent with calls and blame everything on back ordering parts and won't share any info with you regarding progress. When I got the vehicle back the taillights were out, tires all had holes, gas was at a quarter, oil was empty, and they had removed my hitch (without asking), and my battery was dead. I would rather sniff anthrax than take my vehicle here again.

If you need auto body repair, this place is going to take good care of you. I rarely write any reviews but I have to give a thumbs up for this place. Calvin is the man you want to talk to, such a gentlemen who is humble, patient, and responsible. Unlike some other places I ve been dealing with where they think they know everything (which they don t), Calvin WILL listen to the customers carefully. He literally executed every single request I had in a timely manner and the results turned out perfectly. This review might only represent my personal opinion, but I am a real car guy, a Porsche 911 owner and also a Mazda Motorsport racer who s really picky about details and precision. And it turns out I literally have nothing to complain with this place. Straight 5 star hands down.

Took my car in to be repaired after being rear ended. They kept me up to speed every step of the way. The car looks great! Not only did they repair the damage, but they detailed it as well. I definitely recommend Maitland Auto Body to anyone looking for a repair shop.

Had my car in an accident where the other driver was at fault!!!! I contacted Maitland Auto Body, referee by Honda Holler. Their team, Courtney at the front & Calvin at the back, had helped to make this whole experience as smooth as it could be. From their welcoming customer service, & directly working with the insurance to their clean & professional auto body work I must say that I highly recommend using them!!!! Thank you!

Had to bring vehicle back several times as they "missed" things during the repair.They painted my vehicles front end as part of some body work done following an accident... They left a cap off while painting resulting in the car needing a fluid flush. Had to do it same day at Mazda service center down the road, their mechanic even saw the green paint inside and said it wasn't there fault.Also, aside from the paint job causing unnecessary damages, it's also the worst paint job I've ever had in any vehicle.A couple years later, and the work they did is the ONLY paint on the car (factory or new) that has peeled and worn... Can't really say their work is of quality, and that's a shame... They were initially very friendly.

I had both of my cars in for service this week and NO, one did not hit the other. One was a smash-n-grab on a window and the other was a bicycle to the quarter panel. Both in and out in a timely matter and look like nothing even happened. Excellent job! Walking distance to Enterprise car rental made it easier then ever. I hope I never see these guys again but if I need body work done I will definitely take it there.

A job that should have taken 2 weeks, became nearly 5 weeks do to poor planning on the shop's part. I was never contacted first, but only if I called them first to ask why it was taking so long. They installed fog lights in my bumper as part of the job, leaving a VERY conspicuous bright purple wire lying across the engine and splicing the wires with huge orange wire nuts (the type used in residential construction). And to top it off they completely forgot to put all of the lugs back on the wheel that was replaced.The paint on the bumper was good, but the rest of the job was mediocre at best.

Took my car there a month ago to get fixed. Still not even close to being fixed. Now I get to pay a couple hundred dollars in rental fees because they can t do there jobService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This has been the best body shop I have ever been to. Extremely friendly and professional staff, they are very honest and upfront about the pricing, the pricing is very fair, and they do amazing work and really seem to care. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good and honest body shop.

This is horrible shop they had my truck for over 2mos and still did horrible job. They act real nice at first but they move very slow the work they did they charge my insurance company over 4K worth work and I don't see anything they did. Beware stay away Manger Joe is straight Crook he has no idea what he doing but will try to pretend that he has all this experience but I checked on him he's been fired from every auto shop for half ass work!

Really good work considering the damage that my car had.... there was a whole in the roof of my Lexus caused by a small steel crow bar that fell off a truck in front of me on the 408. The repaired looked awesome when they repaired it, but the car needed additional buffing of a few swirl marks that were overlooked.... no big deal... when these got done is was perfect... the paint matched perfectly.

Yeah don t go to this place if you re looking for a fair price. Literally quoted me 3 times the price other places where offering for the same work done
