The team at Maitland Auto body shop were great from the beginning to end. Although there were a few delays due to car parts which is out of their control, their communication was top notch! Jennifer was always giving me updates via email or call and Calvin and his team were always on top of it in regards to working on the vehicle in an efficient and accurate manner. I got my car back and it looks great and back to its former self :). They re truly awesome! Thank you all for the great work my my vehicle!

Maitland Auto Body's team is full of kind people who perform top-quality work. This is a real friendly neighborhood place that cares about its customers and never takes advantage of them. Their pricing is fair, the services are done quickly and with precision, and they go above and beyond what is asked of them.I've used them three times in the past and each time they did more for me than what I needed. I trust that my car is in good hands when we drop it off here.We're lucky to have Jennifer, Calvin, and the rest of the Maitland Auto Body team in this neighborhood and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their cars.Service: Body & Trim

The personnel at this shop did an amazing job in our baby. I ve been to a few shops in my life and the crew on this place is way ahead of everyone. From the receptionist, to everyone that work in our car, my deepest appreciation. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

I called Maitland Auto Body because I wanted to know if they would/could install a new alternator for me? I was told they would send me to the dealer for something like that . So I went to Holler Honda Great & honest service!

My first experience with Maitland Auto Body was excellent to put it lightly. This was the first time I had gone outside of a dealer for my repairs to my vehicle, and the service was on par, if not better than my past experiences with collision repair services. The staff were all very sociable and accommodating to my schedule. The repairs were taken care of swiftly and I am very happy with the quality of the work. Whenever I had a question or concern regarding my accident and the repairs, they reassured me that everything would be taken care of, the right way. I cannot recommend them enough for the tight ship that they run.Service: Body & Trim

This place is amazing! My car was parked when someone backed up into it, I was suggested to take it here. They did a fantastic job, and had great communication! They dealt with the insurance company as well, so I hardly had to do anything while my car was getting fixed. When I got my car back I was so pleased with how great it looked and they even cleaned it! I highly recommend this place.Service: Body & Trim

I stopped in for a quote. I had a very minor repair, whereby a clip was missing that was securing the lower bumper. They took my Jeep back immediately and fixed it free of charge. That really made my day and I just had to post a positive recommendation.

Christmas came early for us!!! Back in July 2021, while touring the US in our motor coach, we were side-swiped by a semi-truck/trailer as we were parked in a rest stop in Nevada. Our destination to FL was scheduled for Dec. 4th, and our stops were too short to have body work done on our vehicle until we landed in FL. The Tesla people pointed us to Maitland Auto Body for our repair needs, and are we ever glad they did!!! Our first contact at this facility was Jennifer Hill and it was a blessing!!! In these awful times where the whole country "has COVID" and businesses are either poorly or short-staffed, customer service has gone down hill, but not at Maitland Auto Body. We DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH COMPLIMENTS to hand out that would cover the excellent service, timeliness of work completed (before the holidays!!!) and the excellent work done on our vehicle, all expertly orchestrated by Jennifer. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maitland Auto Body, and please be sure to tell Jennifer that Chris & Luis sent you!!! You will be so pleased!!! Merry Christmas!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came to Maitland Auto Body at the recommendation of my Jeep dealership to help fix a broken body mount that happened while trying to install new rock rails on my Jeep. Despite not expecting to need a body shop to help me with what was supposed to be a simple install, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Maitland Auto Body. Carlos was extremely helpful in setting me up to get my 2019 Jeep Wrangler taken care of, made me a spot on estimate that came in under what I was mentally preparing myself for, AND they even came in UNDER the estimate that was created for me since the parts for my repair were less expensive than expected. They were great with communication throughout the 3 day period my Jeep was in their hands, and based on how clean my car was when picking it up, I could tell that they treated my Jeep the same way I treat my new car. The day I was picking my Jeep up, the had a new receptionist that had just started on her first day. I can't remember her name, but I think it started with an 'F'. She was very kind on the phone, and very tolerative of my many calls trying to manage picking my Jeep up around my own work schedule. When I arrived to pick it up, the same receptionist was very hospitable. I was so impressed with the quality of work these guys did, that I requested another estimate to have them repair a chip in the fiberglass hardtop on my Jeep. Again, another very reasonable estimate, and I assured Carlos I plan on returning very soon to have them patch it as well. Thank you again to all of the employees I met, and the body shop workers that fixed my Jeep. It's not easy to leave a vehicle that means so much to me in other people's hand, but your team definitely made it as comforting as could be. I'll look forward to working with y'all in the future.

This place is amazing! My bumper partially fell off in the middle of the day. I went inside to ask if there was any availability to get my car in driving shape with a quick fix, and the worker there immediately went outside to check out my car. Within 10 minutes, my car was being driven back out front with the bumper fixed. Amazing! The worker did not ask for anything in return, but I provided him with a tip due to his great work. The worker was very welcoming and very quick to help out. I would recommend this place to anyone!Service: Body & Trim

Maitland auto body did a fantastic job repairing the rear and side of our Honda minivan. They were very quick, very good communication, and very professional. It s been a few months since repair and we have not had any issues! We highly recommend them.

We were referred to Maitland Auto Body by Holler Honda when we discovered chipping paint. After happily finding out the paint repair was covered under warranty by Honda we took it to Maitland Auto Body for the estimate and a few weeks later for the work. Everyone there was professional and quick to respond. Jenn at the front is great. Work was done EXCEPTIONALLY and timely, including a surprise detail inside and out that we were not expecting. Tesla certified auto body shop. I was very happy with the quality and timeliness of my repairs.Great customer service. Very organized. They kept me updated. They also work with Enterprise and were able to help me with my rental.I hope I don't have to come back here but if I ever do because of how people drive in Orlando....I know where to go.

I was rear-ended in February and the Mazda dealership recommended Maitland Auto Body. I immediately reached out and Jennifer was a huge help. She ordered my new bumper right away because she said Mazda bumpers were taking months to get in due to supply chain issues and she'd reach out once the bumper came in. The bumper arrived last week and she was super helpful in walking me through what to do with getting a rental, etc (I've never been rear ended or had to coordinate anything like this before) and the work was completed in 2 days. I highly recommend this shop! They were amazing and I would trust them to do anything for me or anyone I know.Service: Body & Trim

Extremely satisfied with my experience here! They did an excellent job fixing my 2017 Ford Escape after an accident. They went above and beyond! My car came back to me significantly better, running smooth, and they even cleaned the outside and inside of my car. Also, they answer the phone quickly and are always kind on the phone. Highly recommend!

My car was stolen and then trashed. They fixed my baby up like new, detailed the seats and carpet to undo the wreck the people made and gave the best customer service. Thank you a thousand times over and you guys won you a new customer. I highly recommend

Most excellent service provided by Calvin and Rock. I broke off a frame bolt while trying to install a Rock Slide Engineering, Rock slider step.Calvin & Rock said they could do it and they did. Removed left front broken bolt up inside frame then installed Rock Slider automatic step.Could not be happier with work at a great price.

If I could give 0 stars to this establishment, I would. I chose this facility after my car was in a wreck. They seemed good at first, but went downhill quickly. I continuously tried to get into contact with them for updates on my car so I could figure out my rental car situation and I failed to ever get an answer and was disrespected and talked over every time I tried to reach out to them. I understand parts are hard to get right now, but I just wanted general updates so I could plan accordingly. My car was also in a separate wreck at the hands of the facility, which I don t blame on them as apparently it was a hit and run. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car, I called to pay and they said notified me they are still waiting on a part for the car (I was never notified they ordered another part and it wasn t in, as I had already arranged returning my rental and picking up the car). After continuously calling to get updates (because they failed to call me), I went to get my car after hours 2 weeks later (a total of 2.5 months since I dropped off my car at the facility). I paid over the phone and returned my rental car, then went to get my car. Upon picking up my car, I began driving it and there was an atrocious scraping noise. I had to find a way to then leave my car there, get another rental car and then contact them to ask they fix it. After it was fixed, I went to pick it up again. When it was light outside, I assessed my car again and found 5 broken parts that were not broken at the time the car was dropped off originally at the facility. They used double sided tape to put parts of my car back together and when we called to complain they said that is how they put the parts on at the factory , which is not true. After much fighting, we told them that they need to order the replacement parts. They said they would, and we have never heard from them again. I have called weekly for updates and they have failed to ever contact me. Their lack of communication and lack of professionalism is beyond inappropriate. You couldn t pay me to bring my car here and I would never recommend anyone bring their car here. I ended up having to get a new car after all this work. I have never felt compelled to leave a review of this magnitude before, but disappointed and frustrated is an understatement.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

When my truck was hit in the front end, I chose Maitland Auto Body because they are a Ford Certified Collision Center and Peacock Ford uses them exclusively. I set up a day to drop the truck off for the repairs, then just three days before drop off, I had the back end damaged... They said no worries, we can handle that too. They did an excellent job repairing my truck with all OEM parts, they even argued with the insurance company when they discovered additional unseen damage. They kept me informed every step of the way, and they didn't mind me calling for updates. With the new damage, the additional unseen damage, they still delivered my truck back to me on the day and time originally promised. I am very thankful for the professionalism that both Jennifer and Calvin displayed. And while Calvin was simply being respectful by calling me "Mr." he respected my wishes by addressing me by my first name.Abtter collision center you will not find. This place is the best! My husband's 4 month old white F150 was hit in the front and the back. The folks here didn't waste anytime getting to work on it. They found way more damage than what was originally estimated. Instead of making us go back to Geico, they dealt with Geico directly and had it covered. Even then, with the extra work, they still got the truck completely repaired back to new condition with OEM parts. It looks great!!! Big thanks to Calvin and Jennifer!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did and excellent job. I just had my Buick with some body damages to the 1/4 panel and the paint has metallic in it and is black so not an easy job. I have very high expectations when taking my vehicles to be repaired by someone besides my preferred dealership, I was very pleased with the quality of the work performed the paint is a perfect match didn't see any flaws and the price to repair it was more than fair. Thanks for the service and I'll recommend others!

Had my car repaired here. Lady was very nice on phone and kept me updated. Worked well with my insurance. Recommended by Holler Hyundai. My car repair looks good. They did my front underneath, splash panel, fender insert, bottom of my front bumper, and radiator. I had run over a ladder at high speed..unavoidable. I'm glad to have my car back.

I highly recommend this repair shop! I brought my car here to replace my front bumper and left fender and now it looks brand new and the color match looks great! We got pricing from 3 different places and not only was Maitland Auto body the most reasonable in cost, they were so accommodating, helpful and just pleasant to talk to. As soon as I dropped my car off, they had Enterprise pick me up to get my rental car (waited about 5min max), it was so easy and quick, which is MUCH appreciated. No stress at all and quality work, a 5 star in my book!

I love dealing w Jennifer and her team of super talented auto dudes at Maitland auto body. Unfortunately, they are on my auto dial ( my husband's, too)!! I always go to them when my car is out of warranty. Jen does all she can to search out the best price and charges very fair labor prices. Go!

I reached out to Jennifer at Maitland auto body to have them fix some damage I had done to the side of my car. The staff were very friendly when I went in and they gave me a quick and free estimate. The estimate was fair so I decided to move forward and I m glad I did. They did an excellent job with the repairs and provided a high level of customer service throughout the entire process, plus they have a lifetime warranty on the work they do! I will definitely be using them again for any other body work needed!!

Got a quote from Maitland Auto Body to repair some scratches and dents to my left quarter panel. The estimate was fair and Jennifer was able to price match an aftermarket part with the Mazda part. She was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. Service was done in the designated time frame and it was easy to drop off my rental at the body shop upon pickup. Overall, great customer service and body work. Highly recommend!

Amazingly talented and friendly Staff! Excellent Quality work done on my front bumper! Fast & Quick to return the car, easy transition with using a rental from Enterprise. Returns your car looking like brand new, clean & waxed. HIGHLY Recommend!! Thank you Carlos & Adam!!

They repaired on Tesla Model 3 as a Tesla Certified repair shop and worked with me & my insurance. As good as new ones my body work, Jennifer at the desk was very knowledgeable, and the staff did a fantastic job on my car. Would come back gladly (but hopefully I don t have to!)

I had such a great experience here! They took care of my car in no time and were very personable. Jennifer at the front desk, was great. I was out of town when my car was ready and she made sure my rental was authorized until I made it back and kept me updated the whole process. Would definitely recommend them if you need some work done!
