From the moment I walked into the Lexus dealership, Allan, Lola, and Quentin provided an outstanding service experience. Allan was knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me through the selection of my new car with great patience and expertise. Lola handled the financial aspects seamlessly, making sure everything was clear and straightforward. As the story goes, my mom and I came in to "just look" and ended up buying a car instead. This is actually our second Lexus from Lexus of Winter Park, and when the time comes for our third, I know we'll come back here! Celeste was absolutely a joy to work with, and made the process smooth and seamless. She worked with our needs and made sure the RX350 hybrid that we ended up with was everything we wanted, and then some. The entire Lexus team who helped us - Celeste, Lola, and Gabe - was best in class, making sure we were all happy and satisfied. If you need a new car, run, don't walk, to Lexus of Winter Park!

Candy Wu is the nicest person I have ever bought a car from in my 45 years; she was so diligent and capable, and even gave me food for my drive back to South Florida; truly a great human. The dealership worked with me to get the deal I needed, so I m very happy, and I got exactly the car I wanted.

Short story: Lola and Vanessa gave me the easiest experience and the best price! And Gabriel and the finance department made signing paperwork quick and actually enjoyable. Best car experience I ve ever had.Longer story: After a month of being frustrated by other dealers, I got a referral to Lexus of Winterpark and had a quick conversation with Lola. With her and Vanessa we were able to talk about my wants in a car and were able to narrow down my choices. The best part about this whole experience was that she was able to give me an amazing price on their car and my trade in WITHOUT all of the crazy back and forth that car dealers do.So if you want an amazing car without having to fight on pricing or settle for less of a car than you want, you need to call and ask for Lola!

I cannot recommend Lexus of Winter Park enough!!!! I live in Charlotte, NC and had a terrible experience with the Lexus here. My parents live in Florida so I figured I may as well call and hear them out and I am SO GLAD I did! From the first phone call to driving off the lot the experience I had was even better than I could ve imagined.From my first call with Ricardo to find the car, he made me feel like a priority. He consistently followed up and kept me up to do on all of the inventory and numbers. He answered all of my MANY questions and had such in-depth knowledge that made me feel comfortable.Lola, the sales manager, was incredible!! She made me feel like I was the only one she was working with and gave me undivided attention and was great at keeping me in loop every step of the way. When I made it to Florida she was so excited and kind and made everything so easy and comfortable.Vanessa knew my NX250 like the back of her hand. I was so impressed with her knowledge on every single bell and whistle. She helped me get all set up on the app, show me all the tips and tricks and went through every accessory. Not to mention she even went out of her way to make sure the front and back tags were all set for me. Then of course we had to take a little photoshoot with my new ride.I finished out the day with Brandy in finance and I never once felt pressured to add anything I was confident in having or really felt that I needed. She was extremely open and talked through every dollar. Buying a car is very expensive and can make you second guess a lot and she brought so much confidence and ease. I never once felt like I was just getting taken advantage of or pressured to bump up the bill.From the first phone call with Ricardo to signing the dotted line, it was such a great experience. I LOVE my new 2024 Lexus NX250 but I m also looking forward to when I can pick up the phone and call Lexus of Winter Park.I ve recommended them to so many and will continue to do so! We came into the Lexus dealership today with no expectation other than to look at a vehicle for a possible upgrade in the next month or two as we are expecting & needed a larger vehicle. We were greeted by Charles Ream (product specialist) who was very accommodating & attentive right away! He showed us a couple vehicles that met our needs & was really kind to us! Chanlin Sok (manager) was able to provide us all our finance options in a matter of minutes without being pushy or overwhelming us. Finally during the finance part of the process Quenton Wong was really fast & efficient in getting us through the process & it was fast!! Overall the process was really smooth, easy, & fast! My husband & I highly recommend Lexus of Winter Park & their amazing team! Best experience we have ever had buying a car!

This is our 3rd Lexus from Lexus of Winter Park / Orlando. We keep coming back because there s truly something unique and special about their customer service. Shawn and Lola knew that I was coming from 2+ hours away on a holiday and did everything they could to make my trip as fast as possible to get back home to my family. 100% happy with my 2017 Rx, but decided consider an upgrade. Upon entering I was greeted by Celeste Gonzalez who was very kind and very low (no) pressure, which was exactly what I needed. I ve driven Lexus for many years & have come to appreciate them particularly for their service department due to their exemplary, professional & friendly service. I only went in to consider a newer model and left with just that. Celeste made the process simple and was so knowledgeable.Finished the day off with wonderful Quentin, who did all of the paperwork and made that typically annoying process, anything but. He was a total joy to deal with.It was an unexpected, yet fantastic day thanks to Celeste and Quentin!

We had a great experience buying our new car from Teddy Chan and the rest of the sales team at Lexus of Winter Park, from the moment we stepped out of our car until we drove off in our new car. Teddy was genuinely friendly, listened well, and directed us to the best choice for us - to replace my hybrid with a modern crossover that would accommodate us and our dogs. There was no nonsense or hassle, and we feel like we paid a fair price with no hidden costs. It was the best car buying experience we ve ever had. Thanks!

I have to say this has been one of the best purchasing experiences I ve ever had. Quentin was outstanding with information about the vehicle and was a pleasure helping me along the process. Lorraine was amazing helping me with the numbers and making it a non stressful experience. Jacob was amazing as well helping me through finance while cracking a smile or two along the way. Overall an amazing team wish I could give a 6/5 stars. Will most definitely purchase again from them.

Another wonderful experience leasing from Lexus of Winter Park. Charles Ream has helped me with all four RX 350 s that I have leased here and does an outstanding job including making sure I have water, sodas, granola bars and cookies. I love this dealership and don t mind driving here from The Villages as they really look after their customers.

We had such a pleasant and positive experience thanks to Tetiana Arkhypenko, our product specialist. We visited the dealership several times interested in specific vehicles and she was more than happy to field each and every question we had.. as well as provide a "hands on" experience. We were thrilled to find my dream car and the closing process with Sephanie and Quintin made the remainder of the purchase experience very smooth! Tetiana was very attentive and assured us she would walk along side of us to the very end as she did! Tetiana was thorough, professional and quite pleasant to work with! The dealership is fortunate to have such an exemplary employee with so much dedication to the product! I look forward to many happy miles ahead in my new vehicle!! Tetiana also assured me if I had any future questions or concerns about our soon to be scheduled "we owe" in regards to some minor scratches present on the new vehicle to be sure and get in touch with her whenever I return for my visit so that she may accompany me and be sure I happy and satisfied with the outcome

Over the course of my lifetime I started to dread going into dealerships, mainly because the salesmen were hungry for a sale and they saw me as a business deal and nothing more. It wasn t like that for me at Lexus of Winter Park. I met Teddy Chan and his introduction was warm and sincere. He asked my daughter if she wanted anything to drink or that she could help herself to the coffee area which she did. He stepped away for one minute and came back with snacks and a juice for my grandson, and started to converse with my grandson. Immediately, I knew I was giving Teddy my business. We talked about the SUV I was interested in and he got me in it for a test drive. Teddy was extremely knowledgeable as he spoke to me about the features of the SUV, I had no questions for him. All I said is I want it he then introduced me to Lola the sales manager and she is a gem. I said to myself This awesome treatment is too good to be true . Lola worked hard for me, and before I knew it I was purchasing my dream SUV. Finally I was introduced to Jacob in finance, that was the last step of the process. From the moment Jacob shook my hand, and spoke to me, I felt comfortable walking to his office to finalize the sale. Jacob and I talked and laughed the entire time, I almost forgot what I was there for. I walked out of that dealership feeling like I was a part of their family - that s how well they treated me. I will forever be a loyal customer to Lexus of Winter Park all because of Teddy, Lola and Jacob. The following day I cried, not because I got my dream SUV but because of the way I was treated by my awesome team Teddy, Lola and Jacob. I bought an is350 f sport from Shawn in sales he was the best salesman I ever bought a car from! If I could give him 10 stars I would . He made my experience feel very comfortable and was not pushy. Bought a used 18 is300. I lived 4 hours away but was able to get an out the door price that was honored when I got there. Very hassle free purchasing process. Lola, Candy, and Jake were amazing!
