I expected more from Lexus. ES350 was in for 20,000 mile service last week. Charges close to $400. 5 days later the battery was stone dead. They claim it was part of their routine service to check the battery but it would have shown something wrong. Makes me wonder what else they didn't check or do that they were supposed to.

Took my Lexus 2016 with a navigation control console that wasn't working I thought because it was a Lexus dealer they will find the problem after almost 2 hours the didn't find the problem told me that they needed more time so $169 and hour they want another hour if they didn't find the problem in 1 hour they not going to find it there technician really need to go back to school took it to max audio in Kissimmee they find the problem I was so happy Lexus dealer u really suck

Very helpful people. They help you find what you are looking for, or if they don't have it, something close. They will definitely help guide you where you need to be. The service center is absolutely amazing. They take amazing care of you and your car. They answer any and all questions you may have. These people will get you taken care of.

My service agent, Fabian, was superb. He was prompt, very courteous, answered all of my questions, and worked with me on an issue I ve had with Lexus to my satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable, and didn t rush while working with me. He also kept me up-to-date on the status of the service. Everyone at the dealership (service department included) is polite and professional and I d recommend Lexus of Winter Park to anyone who needs Lexus service.

I have to say that my experience with the service department turned me into a huge Lexus fan.As a gift to my bestie for her wedding, I decided to bring her Lexus to the dealership to get her tires fixed, an oil change, and have it detailed while she was on her honeymoon.I expected it to be a normal dealer experience which is to say, completely obnoxious. I was shocked when the entire experience was amazing.Jeff ended up being my service advisor. He was so kind, explained everything, went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable while I waited, then when I needed to get someplace and he wasn t sure the car would be ready, he coordinated a loaner car.When I was supposed to go back to pick up my friends car, I lost track of time with my kids and wasn t gonna be there til past their closing time. I texted Jeff and he said not to worry or rush. He told me to drive safe and he would hold the door for me (on a Saturday!!!). I was still in a swimsuit from being at the lake with my kids and was not thinking straight.When I pulled up past their closing time, the car was ready and beautifully detailed, but Jeff was still working on making sure it was perfect walking around it to make sure nothing was missed.He then gave me all the paperwork super organized so I could give it to my friend, he gave me bottled water for the road, and didn t rush me one bit even though it was after they should have been closed for the day!It s a thirty minute drive home from the dealership and when I got home I realized it I forgot a bag in the loaner . I texted Jeff and he coordinated to have someone drop it off at my house. I mean c mon I ve never been to this place or any Lexus dealership (that I can remember) and yes, everything about the work they did on the car was perfect. (The $199 detail was ridiculously remarkable!!) but what blew me away was the obvious care, warmth, and effort was put into the entire visit.We only have so many hours and days. If we have to spend them at a car dealership, it should be at someplace like this with people like Jeff.

My service advisor Jeffery took wonderful care of my Lexus IS250. I had to bring my car in for a Customer Satisfaction Campaign that provides help if your having issues with the electronic A/C servo motors. They promptly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a complimentary new Lexus to drive while I had the work done. In the end everything was repaired and it cost me absolutely nothing out of pocket. They don t try to up sell you on work you don t actually need like other places I ve been. All in all I find Winter Park Lexus specifically to be the easiest place to have work done on your car. I will be coming back for all my service needs.

Wasn't going leave anything but after reading Damian's comment below I had to.Been in the industry long enough to spot out things that simply don't work & the people leaving good comments here are unaware that there's much better service for less money elsewhereDon't expect any resolve at a corporate level, they make their own rulesDO NOT COME HERE

I love this place. They take really great car of my car. The customer service is 2nd to none. The communication is great. They REALLY take good care of their clients. They even provide food for their clients.Alex is my service representative. He is awesome.Thanks Alex.

Stealership. One thing that will make me never come back to a mechanic is if the try to upsell me on things I don't need. Very dishonest.Today monday July 26th 2021 I was in the dealership for an oil change. They told me I needed to have both the cabin filter and engine filter replaced. I had done both myself within 1000 miles. Any trust I had with these guys is shot, ill find somewhere else for service.

Slow service, intentionally designed to overcharge the customer. This was for a warranty exchange for a battery. The process took an hour, and they tried to charge double the proper cost. It took 6 calls to a service manager to get it corrected. Flatly unethical.

When my RX 350 wouldn't start recently due to a dead battery, I called Lexus , who then contacted my local dealer, Lexus of Winter Park. They sent out a technician (Oscar) within an hour to install a new battery. I was so thankful I didn't have to either have it jumped (and then drive to the dealer) or have it towed. Oscar was very professional, efficient, and friendly and offered to answer any questions I had. I've been very pleased with the service I've received through Lexus of Winter Park.

I have been doing business with this dealership for the last 15 years. My service advisor, Jafar, is very good and attentive. I would highly recommend this dealership to buy a Lexus or to have it serviced.
