Wrapping up my purchase of a new 2024 Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid. Cannot speak highly enough of Donny Joseph. He was attentive, he knew everything under the hood and every bell and whistle. Most importantly he got me exactly what I wanted without trying to push me to something outside my budget. Great dealership and will be recommending to all my friends and family. Thank you Donny!! Update: the generic response with no name for a contact is just another reflection of how this service department runs. It seems as though the management either encourages this type of dishonest behavior or just doesn't care. Also, they use scare tactic on young people to encourage them to do service work that is not necessary.BEWARE before you service your cars here: parents of students and everyone, I encourage for you to seek other Hyundai service facilities if you want honesty and integrity. I recommended this place years ago to both my kids to service their Hyundai vehicles. I called and spoke to the service department to get pricing on several major maintenance items. I wrote down the price of each item and my daughter went to service her car the same day. Well, guess what? At check out, she was OVER charged about $80 in total for all the items!! When she emailed me the invoice, and I checked the itemized items, every single one of them was overcharged from what I was quoted on the phone. Then, you add all the taxes and Shop fees on top of that, you can just imagine what her total cost was. Shame on you for taking advantage of a young girl!!! What a HORRIBLE way to run a business!!!

Unfortunately, it is impossible to give Holler Hyundai a favorable rating for the following reasons:-OVERALL FACILITY-Their service department is dark and cramped. Looking out to the garages, one can see dozens of cars packed very tightly, I would guess awaiting service. Didn't seem like much room to move around back there. Must be very difficult for the staff.-GUEST WAITING AREA AND AMENITIES-I did not see a comfortable waiting area for guests having their vehicles serviced. I was relegated to the sales showroom floor that is tightly packed with tables and chairs. I found it very uncomfortable that I can hear other customer s personal details during interactions with their sales person during my long wait. I think these shoppers deserve more privacy!-SPEED OF SERVICE-I understand that things don't always go as planned, but a two hour promise time that turned into four was a bit of a stretch. I was forced to virtually cancel my afternoon plans. Frustrating!-SOME GOOD-Aside from my bad experience, I can report that there are some good things at Holler Hyundai Service, their people. Their service bay greeters were warm and friendly at the early 630am hour. My service writer Moises was very attentive and did his best to make sure my car concerns were addressed.

My husband and I recently visited Holler Hyundai in Winter Park with high hopes of purchasing a new vehicle. However, our visit left us feeling disappointed and undervalued.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly individual at the front desk who tried to assist us in finding a salesperson. Despite the presence of numerous seemingly idle salespeople, each one we approached claimed to be too busy to help. One mentioned a meeting, while another was leisurely enjoying yogurt with a group.Growing increasingly frustrated, we decided to browse the outdoor lot on our own, with the assurance that someone would be out to assist us shortly. After several minutes in the outdoor lot without any help, we realized that if our business wasn't important enough to warrant assistance, then Holler Hyundai was not the right place for us.As we returned inside, the salesperson who had been previously occupied eating his yogurt approached us and asked if we needed help, I expressed our disappointment at the lack of assistance and informed him that we would be leaving. Unfortunately, his response was dismissive, lacking any apology or genuine concern.This experience at Holler Hyundai, Winter Park, highlights a clear lack of customer focus. If they are unwilling to assist potential customers before any money is exchanged, one can only imagine how they would treat customers during the actual sales process and post-purchase.It's worth noting that we were very interested in purchasing, so Holler Hyundai likely missed out on a sale. We are currently headed to Clermont Hyundai, where the service we've received in the past was much better.

Buying a car is never fun, but Michael at holler Hyundai made the experience pretty seamless for me. I was very particular and what I was looking for I did my research ahead of time called around many places. He didn t push, didn t force, did not haggle. The price I received was fair. The price they were offering was also fair.Michael was quick to respond to any of my questions & even took the time after the purchase of the car to go over some of its benefits and features. It wasn t just about the sale. It was about building a relationship with the customer and that goes miles for me.

Interacting with any auto dealership can be a stressful, frankly awful experience. I come to the process from inside the industry (on the auto journalism side), so I'm a fairly knowledgeable consumer and familiar with the product and the process. The crew at Holler was exceptionally easy to work with, and didn't waste my time with info I already knew or superfluous parts of the process. On the other hand, they did a fantastic job explaining all the features and functions of the car to my wife, who was going to be the daily driver. Really thumbs-up experience all around. More dealers should employ this type of customer service model.

They are a terrific location to have your car serviced. They may not always be able to meet the agreed time constraints, they are however very willing to work with you on remediating your experience. My thanks to the Service Manager for understanding my situation and making it right. I highly recommend their Service Department as we have all had Mondays even if it is a Thursday.

Absolutely fantastic experience in purchasing our new Ioniq 5. Special kudos to salesman Donny Joseph. Donny was patient, thorough and informative, and really took the time to make us completely comfortable and confident in our decisions. His knowledge of the vehicle and its advanced systems was impressive and we felt ready to go with all the car's capabilities from the beginning. The pricing was very favorable, including incentives we were not aware of. Overall, the process was painless and even pleasant. We never felt rushed or pressured and would definitely and highly recommend Holler Hyundai.

Took them 3 months to fix a recall they told me would take 3 days and it was delivered to me with new problems which required me to make a new appointment since they wouldn't take the car back to fix the same day. Had to ask multiple times for a loaner vehicle. Had to ask for updates instead of being kept up to date on the status. Car was delivered with a dead battery so I had to jump it using a coworkers cables.

Everytime I go to Holler Hyundai, I have a pleasant experience because of the type of service I receive. Not only do they do an excellent job when working on my vehicle, but their Customer Service is top notch. I make sure to ask for Ty when I go in because he is very nice and professional. He is straightforward and honest about anything pertaining to my car. I've had other experiences elsewhere that were sub-par where I felt all they cared about was taking as much money from me. But I can assure you, at Holler and with Ty, they care about your best interest and will do what they can and make sure you leave there satisfied.

STAY AWAY!I wish I read everyone's reviews sooner. The negative service reviews are all ACCURATE. I would have given this negative reviews if I could have. The Service Department is the absolute WORST. First, no one shares any left messages. No one ever calls you back. If you fill out an online request, no one will EVER contact you back. Had to follow up on an email multiple times to even get a response after I had been in contact with a service employee and had his card in hand. No one cares about anything except how much money they can get out of you.I should have never come back. I bought my car from them in 2013 and I stopped coming here in 2019 due to very inappropriate and sexist service employees. Ironic, I actually mentioned it to the guy this time after never saying anything as he accused me of getting something else installed in my car elsewhere. His response? "Oh, he doesn't work here anymore." So you know what I am talking about? COOL.I only came back here in July of 2023 after getting multiple incorrect statements about what work needed to be done and I thought I could at least trust them to be honest. They had a list of work needed to be done but I could only afford part of it. I came back to complete the list and after the work was completed, I pulled out to leave and now my entire car is vibrating. When other reviews say they create additional problems for your car, they absolutely do. Another $1400 to fix that. We are at roughly $8,000 for service in a few months. No rental car ever available, EVER. They even put a part on my wheels and they couldn't even clean that let alone a car wash. When I used to come here for service, they would wash your car. I got an oil change, they scratched off the old sticker on the windshield which left reside but didn't even replace it with a new one. The paperwork is not even correct. They had some random part that they tried to charge me for that was not even for my car. The price is NEVER what they quote you. They put Day Out as the day before I even got my car back. They put Day In as THREE days after I originally left it. Mileage doesn't match up at all considering I hit the mileage they put after I was almost home. When I picked up my car, it was raining hard outside and they left my door open. The door/interior by the drivers door and everything were SOAKED.They had my car for weeks working on my sunroof years ago and it has NEVER WORKED. They said it was me after I left. You're right, never being able to use it is definitely my fault. It worked the one time when they "showed me" and then maybe one time after that.In July 2023, they had to remove my dash to fix the AC. They left wires out on my windshield which I noticed IMMEDIATELY as I was leaving the dealership. I took a photo which I have with the date and time that coordinate with my receipt. I called, spoke to multiple people and left multiple voicemails for my service employee, no response. I came in to complete the work and told him... He BLAMED ME. Said it was me and some aftermarket product I put in the car. There is NOTHING added to that car that was not there the day I bought it FROM THEM. Yet, the wire only appeared AFTER they had to take my entire dash off.I have worked in Customer Service my entire life and I have never experienced anything like this dealership. No one contacts you, no one responds, no one lets you know when your car will be ready even though they know you have limited ability to get there when you have asked for a rental car multiple times and to follow up if they have one available. They will never get back to you. The man I was working with told me he would be there for my pick up and make sure everything was perfect this time with all the difficulties... apparently he started a multiple week vacation. Cool. Never told me this when I spoke to him the day before.Do yourself a favor and save the headache and sexist male attitude in this place. I will NEVER return.

This dealership is a top-class dealership led by its terrific employees. I felt lucky to have a salesperson like Donny who really listens and responds to all of your questions and never makes you feel like you're not important. Donny recently helped me trade in my old car for a new one and also helped me surprise my wife with her new Sante Fe. Donny's efforts to deliver the car late at night when he didn't have to spoke volumes of his care for his customers. It's a blessing to meet people like Donny, along with Josh who walked me through the financing options in great detail so I chose the right option for myself and for my wife. I look forward to seeing more beautiful cars from Hyundai and to future purchases at Holler Hyundai!

I was initially confused that the person I had interacted with on-line was not there to meet me at my appointment time (thus the 4 stars rather than 5). Donaldson Joseph immediately put me at ease and walked me through the process of comparing, selecting, and eventually purchasing a new car. Donny was well versed in his product and quite adept at educating me as a consumer of new and unfamiliar technologies. He was patient and courteous. He assured me that he is available in the future as I continue to learn the details of this vehicle. He has reached out in the days since my purchase to make certain of my satisfaction. Holler Hyundai is well represented by this employee who left a very favorable impression of the dealership upon this new-car buyer.

Went for my appointment for the recall and routine service. People were friendly and got things moving. The waiting area is mixed with the sales area, very rudimentary, only coffee was available. Service office area was pretty crowded.After the service, I didn't get a report about the multi-point inspection, and asked the agent that he said the system was broken a few months back. Akso no car wash, no removal of the plastic cover on the seat, no overall evaluation. Quite a different dealership.The window stick says coming back in 12 months but 5000 miles? Not quite match.

I am very disappointed with this Hyundai location. My blind spot sensors went out and I had made an appointment online to go get a diagnostic on what was wrong. My experience with the service department was awful. Brian was my service representative and he was not helpful at all. He was condescending and was talking down to both me and my family member. He took 3 hours to answer my text at one point in time and every time I called the dealership he was "busy". On top of all that they charged me $250 for a "diagnostic", but failed to even give me a diagnosis. I understand having to pay for the work, but paying $250 when they did not even touch my car or tell me what is wrong is an absolute scam!! It is ridiculous to be told that what is wrong with my car is the blind spot radars aren't working like duh that's why I brought it in. Like how are you going to charge someone for something I already knew and told you about? Also it's not very smart to tell your customer that you could push lightly and bend the frame of the car with your arm. That's not a good sales pitch and does not make me want to ever buy a Hyundai again.

I walked in last weekend and was approached by George Bonafede, and immediately felt welcomed and appreciated. He gave me a no hassle, no obligation experience. Showing me multiple models, styles, and trim levels of the Palisade.I met with him again earlier last week when he wanted to show me a Calligraphy. His care on getting me into the perfect car, at the right price, and in all the colors I wanted was a mission for him. And although my fianc� and I truly wanted a light beige interior - he found me the perfect silver Palisade Calligraphy with black interior. I was immediately sold and reserved the car with him until it arrived.He allowed me to see the car the moment it came in, booked an appointment with me the following day, and I was in and out of the building within two hours driving away in my Palisade.Please recognize and thank George Bonafede and Toni Thomas at your location in Winter Park. Truly an amazing experience. George treated my fianc� Will and I with respect and made us feel so welcomed. In todays crazy world we live in, I have to tell you that is refreshing to see you hire ethical and inclusive individuals. No hassle and no hidden fees is how I felt with Toni, as she made the Financing quick and painless. It was absolutely awesome.First time I have ever bought a car based mainly on comfort, ease, and safety. All of the luxuries are a bonus! Is this what 35 years old feels like?Being an Infiniti guy since 2015 and leasing 5 vehicles from them - I have to tell you I am excited to now be a Hyundai owner.In closing, I just wanted to say thank you. Sylvia was the best person to work with. I told her platinum. I wont mind giving her business again when I am in market for a 3rd vehicle. I am very happy that she got me the right vehicle as far as color and trim and she blew other dealerships out the door when it came to prices. I did not feel that she was being unfair at all. I have no regrets. The manager does need to communicate better with his employees that is a failure on his part. Not going to name drop on that issue, other than that very happy with this dealership.

Very courteous and understanding.. They went above and beyond my expectations with my recent issue. I have owned 1 Hyundai Accent and 4 different Sonatas in recent years. All cars were great and I have never had any issues with service for these cars.

Made an appointment at 820 and arrived 10 minutes early. By noon I had not received an update and asked and they still had not even taken my car to be diagnosed and said it would be at least a few more hours just to look at it. I spoke to 2 other people who were waiting and in similar situations. I definitely did not get the impression that they valued their customers time at all. I was able to leave and I would highly recommend you choose another place for car service.

I bought my car 5-years back and have since always had a great experience with Holler Hyundai. They're always there to help with questions and make honest recommendations. I have hardly had any problems with my car. I did have a situation recently where I needed to contact the manufacturer for a cosmetic fix and Ty was THE BEST! From the beginning he was honest, detailed and kept in updated with me with what was happening in his conversations with the manufacturer. He was able to get my issue resolved quickly and even arranged for a loaner car in the meantime while my car was getting fixed. It was as hassle free for me as it could possibly be. I have really built up a lot of trust with this dealership and recommended it out to my friends/family who also had similar experiences.

I just purchased a Hyundai Tucson for my son's 17th birthday. I went to Holler Hyundai and was thankfully met with a very patient, knowledgeable sales associate ---Donny Joseph. He answered all of my questions and was never pushy. I have bought many vehicles in my day and Donny J was awesome! In fact, I told him he is management material. One thing that really touched my heart is although we didn't get done until after 9pm, he voluntarily drove the new car to my house with a big red bow so that we could surprise my son. I don't see many car sales associates doing this. I recommend Donny Joseph of HH very highly. Thank you Donny for making my son's birthday and first car experience so special!!!Jennifer W.
