I ve never experienced customer service like this before. Ron is amazing! He s helped me multiple times with my car and each time he s great. Very patient, well spoken, and professional. I plan to come here with all my car needs! Every employee at this location is honestly so nice, 10/10!

For many years the team at Holler Honda Fairbanks Service Center has consistently delivered professional, courteous, and efficient customer service in maintaining my Honda vehicles. Long-standing Team Leader Ron Schilling is always responsive to a request for assistance outside the scope of ordinary scheduled maintenance, and the other members of the Holler maintenance team are always ready, willing, and able to assist. What a great team! As an owner of numerous Honda vehicles over the years, I recognize that it s not only the product that keeps you loyal, but the people who provide the service that keeps you coming back. My kudo s to true professionals!

I visited this location to service my car for the first time, and the main advisor (Andres) was very attentive to my needs. He was supported by his colleagues who gave great care to my vehicle. Everything was done in a timely manner, and the wait area was small and cozy. Will use this location again.

My car had been randomly not starting and I had it towed. The technicians diagnosed my car and gave a recommendation. Thankfully, they got it fixed by the next day. I have been taking my Honda Accord to this location on Fairbanks for many years and have always had friendly reliable service to get me back on the road. The Saturday hours are convenient for me to drop off and pick up for a scheduled appointment. Al and Ron have always been very kind and caring whenever I have come in to have my car serviced. Thank you!

All staff are courteous and helpful! I have been coming here since 2017 and have always felt they take care of what my 2015 Honda CRV needs. I have had two times where my car needed to be towed in and they immediately responded and diagnosed the problem.

The staff at the Fairbanks Service Center are the best! Very professional and efficient. Also, just plain nice. I went in without an appointment on New Years Eve because I had a nail in my tire. They took my car in right away and got me back on the road ASAP. Excellent experience overall.

I always get taken care of here. Friendly staff that makes sure your concerns are handled appropriately. Ron is exceptional with his customer service. I always book with him or Andreas. They always go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Go see them with your car concerns. You will leave satisfied.

The service was great! I have no complaints about that. I went in to have my service visit, fix my flat tire indicator, and check out my air conditioning. The service visit was fine and my indicator light was recalibrated so that it worked properly. The only reason I gave this a four was because no one told me when I signed up for my appointment that it would take me 2 hours at least to have my air conditioner evaluated and/or serviced. That was not the fault of the service center. In fact, I appreciate that they told me this up front rather than just going ahead and checking out the AC. Because I was staying and waiting for the car, that made a big difference. I always get good service at the Fairbanks location.

This place is a great place to get your vehicle services done the staff very professional and polite I would recommend it to anyone I was very pleased with the customer services over all I give 10 star's to them. And they respect their appointments times that is exactly what I like the most about holler honda of fairbanks winter park fl and I waited to said thank you very much to Ron and the staff.

My visit here was fantastic. The staff were very professional and polite. Ron the manager was so kind as to give me some awesome food recommendations in the area as I awaited service on my car. My oil change was finished within an hour. I will be coming here from now on to have my car serviced.

Excellent service and super friendly, personable staff. My car had squeaky brakes that I had gotten fixed at the Semoran location that cost a fortune and were still squeaky after. I brought it to the Fairbanks location and they had a technician ride in the car with me until we heard it and they cleaned out the brakes for free. I was helped by Al and Ron, both super helpful and told me to come back any time if I had any problems. I will only be taking my car to this location from now on!

I have been a loyal customer to Holler Honda service center on Fairbanks for about 5 years now. From the amazing customer service that begins on the phone while making the appointment, to the face to face customer service interactions, and to the knowledge and honesty they provide ..it s a no brainer. Al goes above and beyond for his customers every single time. It s hard to find employees like Al with the work ethic and compassion he displays on a daily basis.

I just used these guys again for repairs on my Honda. Always friendly, not overpriced and they do the job right. Me and my wife will continue to take our Honda's here due to positive experiences each time we've gone. Thanks to the customer service and mechanic staff for doing such a great job!

First time I ve had them perform maintenance on my old Acura. So far I m very happy with everything they did. I especially enjoyed dealing with Ron, my service advisor. I plan on going back the next time I need service.

Holler Honda Fairbanks Service Center exceeds my expectations every time I bring my car there.This location is unique since it is just service and there is no hassle from sales people in a complete dealership. It is just vehicle maintenance and repairs.The customer service level is outstanding. Service advisors Ron and Andres and mechanic Abdul hit it out of the park again today. I have taken our Honda van to this service location for several years now and I trust these folks implicitly. I won't go anywhere else for service. There was a terrible noise coming from the front end of my car. I was concerned about our safety. Ron, Andreas and Abdul took care of me. I feel safe to drive our car and, more importantly, I am no longer anxious about my wife driving the car.

I would give 10 stars! Great service. I had issues on my car, they were great at explaining everything, giving me options and helping me. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. For 1 year I only bring my car here and I m considering just getting Honda s from now on to keep using their services.

Have never had a bad experience here. Staff is always super friendly and courteous. I have never felt as if they re trying to gouge my wallet with service charges. As long as I have a Honda, I will always take it here. Five stars.

I did not had an appointment since the light for the tire had lit the night before so I stopped by this location that I have been there before & even when they were completely full I was helped with smile by Ron & his team. One of the tires had a nail & needed replacement which it was done. Customer Service in this location is excellent as well as their service. Highly recommend this Holler Honda Fairbanks location. Ron & his team are great assets to this company.

During car servicing, I was promptly notified of any addiitonal items that needed to be addressed and/or corrective action that needed to be taken.Upon completion, you provided me with an easy to read, comprehensive invoice for payment.
