Big thanks to this group for getting my car back on the road I had some challenges with an ABS pump and they were able to diagnose and resolve both issues. They got it done without hesitation and were reasonable in the cost considering it s german. It wasn t a typical pressured sales experience either regarding their other maintenance items available ..they text you a web link to a private page and show you all the options and pertinent cost. I opted for a coolant flush in addition to abs issues because of the experience and how they achieved a solution for me. I ll be back when it s clutch time.

I will never use this shop again! I brought our Z3 to experience German Excellence but what I experienced was far short of excellent. First off, I must say, I never write reviews. In fact, I hate the idea that I am forced to write about my experience, however given my awful experience, I feel it necessary to share. I also fully understand the shops position on my issue, however, given the fact that they have refused to at least acknowledge any potential wrongdoing, it leaves me no other choice than to share my experience. To make a long story short, we towed in our Z3 due to a fuel pump issue. The fuel pump was replaced along with some intake hoses and new spark plugs to the tune of $2,000!!! When I get the call from the shop that the car was ready, they told me that the clutch was going out. I had never had an issue with changing gears in this car before bringing it to German Excellence but I understand it is an older vehicle and I was in desperate need to get my car back. I declined the repair and got my car from the shop. On the way home, less than two miles from the shop, I am suddenly unable to change gears. I had to coast into a parking lot. The clutch was completely shot. I called the shop and tell them the issue. I explain that the car was brought in for a fuel pump, and given back to me with a blown clutch. After a couple days, the shop called me back to offer a 10% discount for a new clutch. HOW GENEROUS!?! I was told that they trust their technicians and that there was no way they caused any damage to the clutch. I explained that I trusted them to give me the repairs I needed, but they need to trust me, that I never had an issue with the clutch before. They refused to give me anything for the poor experience or the inconvenience of being stranded on the side of the road for a car that they broke. I am sure they are all nice people that work there but do yourself a favor and find a better shop. STAY AWAY!!!Service: Electrical repair

Some of us are blessed and cursed at the same time owning expensive German engineering. I took my 2002 Boxster to German Excellence expecting to spend my next years salary in repairs, the same as when I take it to the dealership and boy was I wrong. They were honest, sincere, under standing, fast, reliable and most notably honest( yes, i can t say that enough!! )Price was at least 1/2 of what the dealership would have cost me but more importantly, they did the right thing. They fixed (please note this word fixed) what was wrong with my car and not try to oversell me on things I did not need. Thank you George and everybody else in the team. I will return for further repairs. Glad to know that I can drive my car without the fear of a nuclear blast happening if I don t get it done right there and now. I always bring all my cars here they alway take care of my cars Don and his staff are very friendly and absolutely trustworthy, the Mercedes dealer could not figure out the problem with my Mercedes I brought it to Don and they knew the problem and got it back on the road in no time. I had an, overall, good experience with them. I have an Audi and it is fantastic that I don't have to go to Millenia or Sanford to get my car worked on. They estimate was really straight forward; they did a diagnostic and providing an electronic list in full detail everything they recommend. From the time you accept to the time they complete is about as fast as you can ask for. I had a pretty complicated service, but from drop off to pick up was 2 days.My only "complaint" would be them recommending a service I had already done. If they had actually checked they would have noticed that there was a brand new cabin air filter. Not a huge deal, but just makes me lose a little confidence when they suggest recommended services.Other than that I will be using them regularly for both my vehicles; aside from it being very close, there is a significant difference when comparing the cost of services to the dealership.

My daughter is a UCF student who drives a Mini Cooper. Most local mechanics will not work on her car. We found German Excellence and I could not be more satisfied with our mechanic Jorge. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, honest! My daughter brought her car recently thinking she needed an alternator and a battery. A shady mechanic could have easily gotten away with a large repair bill, but Jorge was great! It only needed a main drive belt which was a much cheaper job and he had the car done quickly! I have found my new mechanic! My Audi Q5 , decided to not start , after a trip to the dealer, they could not duplicate the problem. Drove it home, and , the next day she decided to not start , yet again. I called German Excellence at 4:30 PM, Shay and the whole team spring into action to get my car to them, in record time! For them to go above and beyond, for a new client just blew me away, they said they would be able to look at it the next day, sure enough , an hour and a half after they opened, I received a message of what the problem was! Fuel pump. They then ordered the part and had me back on the road the next day by 4 pm!!! Thank you , German Excellence, for going above and beyond in the customer service department. We LOVE German Excellence! We would not take our Porsche or Mini anywhere else! They have OUTSTANDING customer service. The mechanics are AMAZING! After calling 5 shops and hearing a big NO! I got in contact with german excellence. Hands down the best shop in Central Florida. Staff is awesome and well knowledge and replace my steering wheel in only 40 minutes. Totally recommend this shop. If you have a german car. Do yourself a favor and always go to this shop. You won t be disappointed. If I could give them more then 5 stars. I WOULD!!!!

Went in for an 8am appointment. Shay at the front was very rude from the beginning. Automatic attitude. She sent over paperwork and said it was filled out before 5:00pm the previous day as she requested and she said it was not sent over even though it was before 5:00pm the previous day. I have never been treated so rudely by an employee. If you don t want to do your job then quit you can t be treating people like that. Would not recommend this place and Shay should be fired. She s turning away customers from your establishment. 0/10 would not recommend.

The difference between the last shop I took my car to and this one is like night and day. You walk up the the window and get greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk. The techs are honest about the issues with your vehicle. The call you when they find an issue to see if thats something you'd like to also fix. This was amazing to me because the last shop would work on the vehicle without any estimate and then I got stuck with the bill of things I never was even told about. The last shop called me once in a 1 month period and didn't even fix the issue.I had to fix it myself. German excellence was also very quick and knowledgeable. I went over there and the woman named Shay was the most unpleasant and disrespectful employee I have seen in a long time, when I got there she hadn t even processed the paperwork I sent even though I sent it before 5pm like she had told me. When I got there the next day for my 08:00am appointment, the moment I starting speaking with her she was very rude and even rolled her eyes at me just because I asked if I should come back later since the papers weren t processed, the person who came in with me was even offended with this woman s attitude that they also left a review. I wasn t even upset about anything until she turned into a KarenI didn t even ask to speak with the manager because something tells me she owns the place for her to get away with speaking to customers the way she does and still work there

German Excellence just gained a new customer with me, Shay and Jorge very professionals and friendly, from scheduling appointment to checking out. Took my previous VW to the dealership for the same issue and ended paying 3 times more to have it fixed. The guys are very attentive sanitizing the car and retrieving it just like if you were paying for valet.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Their communication was excellent and attentive, responding to my emails immediately and able to see me on short notice. They didn't promise me miracles sight unseen, (I had been quoted $3000 for an exhaust hanger replacement at my local dealership), but they promised a fair evaluation and explanation of parts and labor needed.When I arrived, I was offered beverages and use of a clean and air-conditioned waiting room that had wifi so I could work remotely.After the mechanic had an opportunity to evaluate the car, he was able to assess that the repair was much less invasive and expensive than my original quote. He explained what they would do and assured me that there were no missing parts (as alluded to by the other auto shop) and it was a simple process to manipulate the hanger into it's original position.I paid only 69.00 for this service and they washed my car to boot.I highly recommend this honest, efficient, and professional shop. If I have any other issues with my Toyota Prius, I will definitely bring it back.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Showed up monday at 8 am. Very unfriendly at the front desk, would not book my appointment on the spot without filling out a new customer form. Told me they were no appointments til next tuesday. never got the email, so I ended up emailing myself, back and forth from monday morning til tuesday afternoon, now the only availablity was thursday. they finally send the form the following morning. i send it back immediately trying to confirm the appointment for next thursday now. never received another email as of 3PM TUES. so we called and again the lady shay was very unfriendly, condescending and now the only availablity was that next wednesday. 17 days after i originally showed up. i guess they dont want the business. i get that they are very busy. but wow. we were referred there by some friends and were told how nice they were.... lol not really sure what to say.oh and she scoffed when i asked to see the mechanic for a quick question about the issue itself, want to insure the car was til i got it in.the mechanic was very friendly who came out to talk to me briefly.

Professional (mechanics), friendly (mechanics), experienced, knowledgeable. Front desk woman (Shay?) seemed frustrated, irritated, unfriendly - but only the first time I arrived to simply drop off my Audi. She was friendly every encounter I had with her thereafter. I don t know why. Receiving the parts and making the repairs were done timely. The oil change was half the price of Valvoline drive-thru oil change and the dealership. My 2015 Audi A4 runs great. I would recommend them for anyone with a German automobile. Pricing is fair and much better than dealership pricing.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Oil change

I brought my C250 to address an engine light that was on, they called me to tell me a list of things that needed to be done. I agreed to having everything addressed, paid for it and when I went to pick up the car 12 days later, the engine light was still on. I brought the car back only for them to charge me for multiple diagnostics and tell me they weren t licensed to fixed the transmission issue. Bottom line, I was charged several unnecessary diagnostics, $5k for repairs and they never addressed the issue I went there for to begin with. I won t bring my business back to this place again.

The folks at German Excellence were extremely helpful in my first foreign performance auto purchase. Initially, they assisted with a very thorough PPI. During inspection, the mechanic walked me around, identifying precise areas to consider. The mechanic even suggested some small repairs that could be done at home. I was wildly impressed with this level of detail and assistance (for very little cost overall). Later, when I decided to have some more serious preventative maintenance done, I called Rick and he took great care of me. The work was done professionally, quickly, and below the initially quoted (and expected) cost. Wonderful!

Very nice people. I dropped the car off for the oil change early in the a.m. with a request to have it complete before lunch. I didn't get a call back until about 30 minutes before closing time. All staff friendly and professional. The office, waiting rooms are clean and comfortable. Service/appointment times are as promised. Cost estimates are closely guesstimated with limited to no surprises. I have a 1997 Mercedes C280, very low mileage, but my AC stopped working. Took it to a repair shop, they said it was unrepairable, will not work on a car that old. But then my son took our car to German Excellence and although it took two or three weeks, they found the intermittent electrical problem, recharged the Freon, and gave it back to us ice cold, better than ever for around seven hundred dollars! I challenge any car dealership to beat the love and quality that German Excellence put into our car. Nobody will come even close, I guarantee you and I am a very particular and critical person, but I will tell you, these gentlemen know what they are doing, and that s a rarity today. Once they commit to a job, they will complete it, you can count on them! Thank you so much German Excellence!

I left my car here overnight because it broke down, once they looked at it they try to rip me off with a charge of 850+, when you go and see how much the parts actually cost you can clearly see that they were doubling every part i called a different mechanic and they only charged me half, honesty is key and the funny part is that when i told them about the new place they tried to give me a different price for their service, not a good business motto especially for people that don't know much about cars. Very Unprofessional.

ANY German vehicle is expensive to repair..that said...I've been there 3 times in 3 months(dropped over $3000, AND had to pay for THEM breaking a wiring harness)...everytime I leave I get, "all good"...I'm now stuck 45 miles from home w my kids w EPC and check engine lights flashing...You need oil change on your Porsche? Fine... anything else RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Over the years I ve had German Excellence service 2 different vehicles and the work has always been stellar. Their owners and staff are always friendly, and never once have I felt any work was unnecessary. And to top it off, you get your vehicle back completely washed and clean. German Excellence recently serviced the convertible top on my 02 Boxster S and I was very pleased with the experience. The top works like new and they completed the work very quickly.
