Excellent service. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they did AMAZING. Junior kept me updated throughout the process and took time to answer all of our questions. They were very quick and efficient especially working with my insurance. Highly recommend Gerber on Forsyth.

This is by far the best body shop I have been to. The only issues that came to me were with my insurance company. The shop itself 10/10 on the repairs AND service. Rose was the best as well as all of the other staff. I have extra damages from my accident that my insurance does not want to cover and they were able to tell me what the insurance would look for if they were to supplement for extra repairs. On top of that, my repair was finished 6 days early. Thank you Gerber! This is the first place I will go to in the future if need be.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

I was hit and insurance suggested I go to Gerber (Forsyth location) as it is their approved repair site. I went yesterday at 4:25pm after work. I went in explained I needed an estimate. I was told it was too late in the day to do an estimate. Sign on doors says they work until 5PM. Then I was told they couldn t give me an estimate because the claim hadn t been assigned. I said I had a claim number they could video the truck and perform the estimate the next day. They said they couldn t do that. They kept insisting they would make me an appointment for another day in the middle of the day. I finally left and went to Russel s Auto body and they contacted the insurance company, worked the claim right there online, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. The insurance company had me the total estimate completed and in my inbox within an hour. Russel s is not one of my insurance company preferred providers. It was obvious to me that this Gerber location didn t want my business.

I m recommending this shop to all my friends and family. They were very professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process! Even when Honda sent them bad parts they let me know what happened and updated me when they got the good parts. Everyone in there was so kind, finished everything when they said they were. Hopefully i don t have another accident in the future but if i do know who i m going to! thank you guys!Services: Painting, Electrical

Take your car elsewhere! The receptionist is absolutely rude and unhelpful. My car was rear ended at a red light and so I brought it here for repair. They messed up the repair so now my car trunk is full of water and the back seat floor is wet. I take it back to them under warranty to have them fix their mistakes. The receptionist was rude and refused to help me with getting a car rental (which they promised they would provide one) after the Enterprise they are contracted with said they don t have a car for me. So I had to arrange everything myself which is ridiculous as it was gerber collision s fault as to why my car is having these problems.TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!

I can't recommend these folks enough. It was a little dicey at the start but that was the fault of the tow company losing my car for a week, not anything they did and the quality of work they did was perfection. They kept me informed on the status of the work with weekly calls and were able to beat their original estimated completion time by two weeks!My car has never looked better and if I need work again in the future I'll definitely be coming back here again.

Amazing work! I got rear-ended at a full stop and a lot of work had to be done to my car. The worst part was that my car had a custom paint job and I couldn't find the paint code. I was very worried about the color not matching and looking off, but when I collected my car... you'd never have known. The paint job blends so phenomenally that I can't see any difference at all. In fact, I think they actually did a better paint job on my bumper than the original people I paid to paint my car did. They kept me updated along the way via texts and were very courteous and helpful. Given all the work they had to do, they worked quick and I got my car back much faster than expected. While I hope to not have to return (considering I don't enjoy car accidents) if I have a reason to need my car fixed again, I will definitely be returning here.

Had a great experience w/ Gerber. I had my first accident a few weeks ago and had to get my fender replaced. Gerber was great about working with my insurance and keeping me updated on the cars progress. I got estimates from multiple places, and Gerber was the least expensive by hundreds of dollars. The quality of work was excellent, and they even fixed an unrelated dent and scratch in my door at no additional cost. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Gustavo and the woman who works reception (her name is slipping my mind at the moment!) I would definitely recommend Gerber!

I took my car to Gerber Collision and Glass following an auto accident. While I hope to never need their services again, I wouldn t hesitate to take my car back to Gerber for all of my repair needs. The whole process was seamless. Customer service was fantastic and I was given frequent updates of my repair status. Gerber completed my repairs over a week before the estimated completion date. Could not recommend then enough!

Picked up my car today and learned why it took so long to get it repaired. The team worked 5 hours overtime to get my car to me when I desperately needed it back. The part that was damaged and needed to be replaced was no longer being made so was hard to find. I applaud Gerber Collision for going above and beyond to get my car done just in time. My only complaint and frustration was that they didn't keep me informed as to why it was taking extra long to get the part needed for the repair.

I ve had my car repaired at Gerber 3 separate times and every single time has produced quality work. I don t ever worry in leaving it in their hands. In fact, they are about to do repairs as we speak and I m not sweating it at all. It s like a reset button on the car every time.8/23/18I left real pictures of before and after.

Absolute worse experience while dealing with this shop. The GM Gustavo is very unprofessional and has terrible customer service skills. They tried giving me my car back half done and they charged the insurance a ton of money. When I refuse to take my car in those conditions they damaged my steering wheel with some kind of metal brush and worse of all they gave me my car back, which had front end damage, without inspecting the alignment. In consequence, the strut was rubbing with my front tire and my brand new tire was chewed up in days and blew up on me, luckily not on a highway going 70mph. This is pure negligence from there end and they dont want to take responsibility for this. I will be contacting some attorneys. Please do not go to these people. The franchise might be good, but this location is not. They do awful work.

Yaira and Henry were amazing! I chose Gerber to repair my vehicle after a collision. Having Yaira and Henry help me with the process after dealing with a less than friendly insurance company was a breath of fresh air. They repaired my vehicle in the timeframe they estimated and kept me appraised of the progress every step of the way. So far, the repairs to my car are holding up nicely. I got into a car accident right before Thanksgiving and Gerber got my car all fixed up in no time. The customer service was fantastic and the work done great. Chris exampled everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

Formerly K&J collision. A lot of the former K&J employees stayed when Gerber bought them out. I have always had excellent results when taking my car here. Don't waste your time going anywhere else if you can take your vehicle here. I made the mistake of taking my last repair elsewhere and had to bring it here to have it (re) done and fixed right.Update 2017: the new office personnel gave me such a hard time when I wanted an estimate for something I wanted to pay for out of my own pocket, that I wound up going elsewhere. So I cannot vouch for their current level of service.

I tapped something with my car, and the bumper was displaced and a trim piece fell out. I had had a good experience with this Gerber location a couple years ago, so I called them to make an appointment. The fixed my car in a few minutes and did not charge me.

Glass america helped me finish up the windshield on my 2019 Alfa Romeo Giulia within 2 days..while Safelite took over a month to continuously lose or damage the shipment of my glass.Ron and the team were beyond amazing.

Took the car in to get damages to it appraised after an accident. Service was fast, painless, pretty much in, wait 30 minutes, and out. Only complain was the strong smell of paint cleaner, or some other type of chemical, that made it impossible to remain inside.

Gerber did a great job when my cadillac had been rear-ended. They are very professional and detailed oriented. Also they are very quick and my car looked better than ever when I picked it up!

My husband took his 1999 S10 pickup for repair after a car accident. We waited almost 3 weeks and they still did not have the parts nor could they tell him how long it would be before the parts came in. The communication was poor - they would only say that they would call when the parts came in. Meanwhile, my husband could not drive his truck after dark because his license plate lights were missing. Other repair shops were able to get the parts in one day. Very disappointed with their service.

Destroyed parts of my truck then not willing to pay for it ! They were supposed to txt me a day to remove overspray and buff out paint ! Stripped off wheel lugs paint a door and fender ! Stripped door latch post with a pair of pliers in stead of using box end of wrench! Management does not care overcharged me then didnt want to make their mistakes good ! Stay as far away from this side show !

Had work done when it was K&J. All fine. So really my 2nd time using them. Will never go back. Please be careful. So I had small touch up done around convertible top. Never had any trouble with the top working. I was told they forced it open. Forced was the word they used. The manual says never open it manually. They will not take responsibility. A lot of b s from them.

They will overcharge your insurance and send your monthly bill skyrocketing and do a terrible job.
